I come and sell here frequently. They typically only buy seasonal stuff, but if you have work clothes like carhaart or dickies, those are good sellers! Terrific selection of clothing; however, the place is too small for the quantity that they are trying to sell. It is very packed in and a little overwhelming. Go in knowing what you want to get and you'll be fine. This is not a good place to browse unless you plan on spending hours. I went there for the first time on Thursday. Left my bags for 2 hours to browse the store and have lunch. When I returned they said they would buy 2 items for $4.80. One necklace and one leggings. Well.... I just went to unpack all the jewelry and they took it all. They total said they were only taking that one item and I took my bags home assuming all my stuff was there and they just kept it without paying me. So shady! I won't be returning or suggesting this place to others. I'm a big time thrifter and this place was scammy and overpriced. read more

Went to sell some clothes here that we had we tried san mateo first and they rejected everything and also they were quite rude but in this store they were much more friendly since i crossed the door and they took around two hours to get to our clothes (they had around 4 people before us) and we sold 5 pieces at fair prices so overall a much better location for selling and as for buying they have a better selection at this store to! read more

This is the first time I brought clothes here to sell as I cleaned out one of my closets. My friend and I went to the San Mateo location and had a much better experience. I will write a separate review for them. This review is for the Pacifica location. The young girl I believe her name is Allie is not very personable borderline icy. She went through the spiel about how to use the computer to check in using our driver's license. When she was giving us the instructions she seemed impatient and her tone icy. We hung out at the store waiting for her to see which items they were going to buy from us. She decided to buy 2 skirts and offered me $5.10 ! Yes, that's right $5.10. I don't need the money to eat or live thank God but, to offer a pittance and coupled with her icy attitude I will never go back there again. Nor will my friend. Shame on you! I will donate the rest of my items. This place doesn't deserve my clothes nor my business. I buy quality clothes and I know about quality and fabrication. This place buys and sells fast fashion clothes and accessories. They cater to teenage girls and fast fashion. This place is not for me. I would give them zero stars. read more
