It is the right receipt, the guy just didn't scan the sandal and the shoes, he just typed the wrong items into the receipt. I will report them to the city, the company and the police. I also saw that we aren't the only victims of that store.

The guy who was in the store greeted me, didn't say have a good day and did not check up on me when I was in the store. Although he did tell me about the deals. The store was clean and had a good selection of styles but I did not see what sizes they had maybe they had more in the back. The shoes I was interested in he said were about originallly 180 so I was able to get them for 79 with the discount. This is where I was able to see that the prices were high even for the "super" discount items. That is the reason for the one minus star was the prices and the customer service.

The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. This is my second time reposting this review because the manager or store owner took it down. This is the honest truth about Plato's closet Westminster. I'm not sure why this place is still open or how they're staying in business. Every time I come in here to sell, I have brand name clothes like Pacsun, forever 21, cotton on, aero, etc. but when they tell me which Items they are going to be buying, it's only brandy Melville. Like what? Lol all my items are brand new and some have tags still attached that are cute but they don't even take them, they always take my worn, dirty, out of style brandy Melville from when I was in high school. They literally took my brandy Melville t-shirt that had yellow pit stains on it and a cropped white zip up that had a brown stain on it but yet they don't take my other perfectly good clothes. I get a feeling that for some odd reason, they will buy any Brandy Melville items, no matter the condition or if it's cute or not, if it has a brandy tag they'll take it I guess? They have their own lil brandy section and every time I come in, the same items from weeks ago are still sitting and haven't been sold. I'm not sure who's idea it was to only take brandy clothes but they need a reality check because no one wears brandy anymore, it's not cute and no one even wears it anymore. And don't even get me STARTED on the associates that work here. I came in today to sell and buy clothes and this boy with black hair, sunglasses and a hat was behind the counter on his phone the ENTIRE time not doing anything at all. It was pretty busy today a lot of people were also selling clothes and buying and he would not ring anyone up or help out the other 2 associates, 1 short girl and an older woman. I wish I could go to work and get paid to not do anything, be on my phone and not help out lol. The young short girl was so nice to me and greeted me when I came in and helped me out! The other times that I come in here though, a different girl is working and she's not so nice. She has black wavy hair and is usually wearing a hoodie and she never greets me when I come in, her vibe seems like she doesn't want to be there and I really question her buying skills. She never buys my brand name and brand new clothing that would easily sell if they took it but I literally saw her buy pajamas, an ugly Ross dress that STILL had the Ross price tag on it like how embarrassing is that?! They need to train their associates on how to ACTUALLY work because the times that I do come here, I'm not really greeted or feel welcomed, I feel like they're just so lazy and unmotivated to do the bare minimum and they need to be trained on buying clothes that are cute and stylish because it seems that they only buy ugly, worn and dirty clothing. I hope this location shuts down or hires better associates. read more

A couple days later I dropped four bags of items off for her to look at her son who was working at the time. Left my name and number on a notepad and left. Went in two days later in the afternoon to pick up items she wasn't interested in. I then noticed my items hanging on racks with price tags. I then told her I'm here about my items I dropped off. She then said she had No idea what I was talking about. I was shocked..... she then asked me for an itemized list of items I dropped off...I was In complete SHOCK!!! I ask if she did inventory??? I started to take my items off the rack and she CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. She told them I was yelling and stealing items off her racks. Lies. I took my items and sat on the bench in front of the store waiting for the police. I asked them to check the cameras which apparently don't work. She told the police to let me have the items I took with me. It's been Almost two weeks later and I'm waiting for the rest of my items??? This is NOT good business. She could have been friendly and worked with me. Horrible. My loss at least $300 in merchandise some with tags
