His discerning eye and thoughtful approach truly went above and beyond what you'd typically expect from an electrician. I had a very bad experience with this company. When I called…read morethem to schedule the appointment, I told them about the work that needs to be done. I asked for an estimate and info about their fees, they refused to give me numbers and only mentioned their $99 dispatch fee. Once their technician arrived at my house and before touching or seeing anything, he requested an additional $577 for the basic diagnosis he needs to do to give me an estimate for the repair. This information was never revealed before his visit. You can image why. So basically, you pay $676 just to get an estimate for how much the repair will cost. On top of that, their technician kept asking me personal question about my ethnicity, nationality, among other things that made me feel uncomfortable. I avoided answering him and changed the subject, yet he insisted and kept repeating his personal questions. I highly recommend hiring another company. I'm writing the review I wish I had seen before hiring them.

The office staff/owner was very easy to work with and accommodating of the fact that the resident of the house is old and crotchety. One I called, lots of noise in the background. They quoted me $99 just to come out and then they would price quote me. Even stating what I had said to Meadow and that I would buy both. After knowing I wasn't going to use them, I mentioned the noise, and he said he was at a bar having a beer. Found ANM were well worth the price Meadow quoted. Really, these are the people. Once I got everything, Meadow got me in the books right away. Nicholas was to be here at 7:30 am. Loved that he texted he was running 15 mins late. He was really nice and knowledgeable. To my surprise, he was saying goodbye, and I said wait who do I pay? They are sending invoice in the mail. Who does that? :-) Absolutely nothing bad to say. Will wait til I get the invoice but pretty sure I know what it will be per Meadows and mine's conversation. Update: I did get the invoice. Close to $100 more than I thought. Dropping a star.

My manager said they were here for 10 minutes. Their work order says they were here for two and a half hours but all they did was determined where the turnoff was and did nothing else. Now they're saying I owe them $500 or it would be sent to collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What I found to be a plus was the quote Titan gave us stayed the same even when he had to do a few extra things. They patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. They thought through ways for me to save money without compromising efficiency. Their estimate was significantly less than those of other companies I contacted. I truthfully cannot say enough about the installation crew of Cody and Brian. This was a four-day job and throughout Cody and Brian were communicative, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable about optimum installation methods. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took every precaution to prevent any damage to walls, etc., during installation of heavy and awkward water heaters and furnaces on both the main and second levels. Then, Peter and his crew from Bob's sister electrical company, Washington Energy Services, like the Bob's crew, went above-and-beyond. Peter spent a lot of time analyzing the situation to come up with the most efficient, cost effective and least intrusive methods to update the wiring to accommodate the new equipment. Bottom line: Bob's far exceeded my expectations on every level.
