Been here a few times and the kids have a blast every single time. That said, I do have to be honest about some things. The place is pretty dirty overall and the foam pits honestly smell like vomit. It also gets extremely overcrowded and safety definitely feels secondary here. There's no real checkin or check out process, no security, and it would be very easy for a kid to wander off if you're not paying close attention. Definitely keep your eyes on your kids at all times. Despite all that, it's still a pretty fun place for kids and mine always enjoy themselves. One thing I really wish they had is a dedicated area for smaller kids between ages 0-2. Right now you basically have to keep them in a stroller or carry them the whole time because there's nowhere safe or appropriate to put them down. Overall, fun for the kids but parents should come prepared for a chaotic and not so clean environment. read more

Was the first person there for toddler time and was informed that I needed to purchase the pass online since they don't sell them at counter, that was kind of a pain in the ass since i had a toddler in my arms. Other than that the experience was super fun. My toddler had a great time running around and playing on everything. We had some socks from Urban Air and they switched them out for Altitude socks which was really nice also! I tried to cancel in August, it did not go through, I called back and tried to cancel for 2 in October again and now I called today and they only canceled for one. They have no records of who did or did not do the canceling. After some bad experiences with this place we stopped by with our 9 year old grandson, who has always loved wearing his Spider-Man costumes when jumping. Now this place has made some improvements and repairs but there are still a lot of dirty areas visible. The problem we had was that after being here for about an hour and a half a staff member approached my grandson and told him that he could not wear a Spider-Man mask. Didn't give any explanation just told me couldn't wear it. We had to go and find the manager who clarified that they do not allow any face mask of any kind. We stated that he had been wearing one ever since the establishment opened years ago, and she advised us that that has always been in the rules, but never really enforced. She stated that it was due to safety reasons that they might not be able to tell when someone was in distress. Really makes very little sense. A few minutes later, we noticed an employee talking to our grandson again and went over to find out what the problem was. They had been telling him and some other kids not to rough house. When I asked what was going on, they couldn't really explain just that it was rough housing. Looking around the place that's all it is his kids rough housing. We always keep an eye on our grandkids and make sure that they are playing appropriately and there's nothing they were doing that was out of the ordinary. Literally as they were walking away from that employee another one stopped my wife and told her that she needed to have on altitude socks. My wife was wearing the grip socks from another location (Utban Air). She showed them that they were grip socks, but they told her it was not the same. In the time it took her to walk 20 yards to where I was another employee approached me and told me that he noticed that I wasn't wearing altitude, branded socks. I was wearing plain socks, cause I had just stopped to visit. I explained that I wasn't jumping, but they said that if you were on the surface at all you had to have on their safety socks. At this point while it sounds silly I felt that we were now being targeted and I told the employee that I wasn't going to put on safety socks if all I was doing was sitting on a bench watching my grandson. They also began to tell my wife that she had to remove the urban air socks and put on their socks, she explained that they were still safety socks and the employee went to great links to explain the difference in the socks and how theirs were much better and had more surface area that was sticky, etc. etc. At this point, it had become ridiculous as we now had an assistant manager, in like three other employees standing around us. Keep in mind that out of these employees, two of them had hair long enough hanging into their eyes that I could not look them in the eye. How this differ from somebody wearing a mask I'm not sure. Lol. So, I guess kudos to them for doing a lot of repairs and cleaning. The place really is in a lot better shape than it was a year ago. We did notice that there was a lot more employees although they still seem to just wander around in a circle, but obviously now they seem to be a lot better at telling people to calm down. So overall, as long as you don't mind, your kids not being able to run, horse play, jump, etc. then give this place a try. Just make sure your face is fully exposed and don't try to sneak in wearing some second rate safety socks from another business. read more

Altitude is really Fun, lots of interactive employees, the kids love it and they have some good snack options.

Took my kiddo here last week for his friend's birthday party which was a fun place indoors to get energy, fun and bounce around with little ones during the summer The workers are a bunch of teenagers during the summer running the stations and we enjoyed the fact that the kids had a lot to do, running around to their hearts content and playing on both a playground, or doing fun obstacles on the bouncy trampolines scattered throughout. Lots of snack/chip options and it's interesting the playtime is built in by 2 hour wristband increments. We do like the quick in and out so you're not stuck here forever, and the parking lot is pretty intense so just be warned you may have to walk a bit with kiddos. read more

My boyfriend and I came here to nurture our inner child's. We loved jumping around, it melted our stress from the day and brought laughter to our faces. We wish there was a 30 min option for adults who just want to jump on a trampoline for a bit, we were out of breath after 15 minutes haha (out of shape) The space had different jumping activities. The reason I took a star off was because the conditions of some of the equipment need some maintenance, there were parts of the flooring that looked like they were deteriorating. Shouldn't be a safety hazard at the moment but we recommend they inspect it since most of the jumpers are kiddos. read more

We hosted our 6-year-old daughter's birthday party on a Saturday evening. The park was busy, which was expected. Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed. read more

We had a bday party this past Saturday at this location for our 2 yr old. We got the room late, the room was dirty and most importantly the room was hot, they had a fan in there, but the fan wasn't much help! The manager Janaya (Shania) Smith has no business being a GM for that establishment! When I called and complained she kept justifying why this or that happened. I told her at the end of the day we were NOT happy w/the outcome of the Party and she still was not willing to assist nor make things right. She would not give me info to the Corp office, (She kept telling me there was an email on their website) but I did call the South Austin location, and they were more than willing to assist. Another thing was when we called to get a quote, we were billed something totally different! We paid over $700 dollars for a party that we and our guest did not enjoy! I took my grandson to this place. I recently had surgery on my foot and cannot NOT wear shoes. I brought shoes that are not worn outside and walked on the edges only. Today, I sat with my normal socks sitting on the foam bench watching the children when I was aggressively approached by a Gen Z employee talking "at" me stating I too must purchase the socks that I was not required to wear for years. The only drawback is that it can be quite crowded on weekends and some parents do not watch their kids and there's limited surveillance by the adult employees. The facilities aren't well maintained. There are holes between the trampolines where someone could easily get their foot stuck, and the foam pit smells musty, when we get in there we almost always end up with some smell stuck on us. The staff isn't very friendly; they look like kids who absolutely HATE working here, one employee who was vacuuming at night even treated my child poorly. They also require you to buy their own "Altitude" socks, which feels unnecessary since any grip socks would compare. At almost $5 a pair, it just feels like another way to charge more on top of the already expensive entrance pass. Food options are minimal, and what they do have at the snack bar is overpriced, about three times what it should be. The kids playground was also dirty and not well maintained as you can see on pictures, there's dust all over, holes on the net and gum and other fluids in the floor. I also once asked if my child could use the trapeze to the front staff. This was about an hour and a half before closing, and the front staff directed me to ask the person that was vacuuming the floor. I went to ask and he rudely said, "It's closed right now." It felt dismissive, like they were brushing us off, especially since it clearly wasn't broken or under maintenance. We saw other kids using it just 15 minutes before we asked. On top of that, I once swiped my card at one of the arcade games in the back, and it kept charging my credit card even though we weren't playing. The charges continued nonstop until I had to call my bank and cancel my card completely so that they could stop charging my card. I let the manager know that there were unauthorized charges (and the charges that kept coming) on my card and she didnt know what to do. Overall, it comes across as a money-hungry establishment with poor maintenance and careless/rude management. read more

My daughter loves the variety of trampolines and the foam pits. It's a great way for them to burn energy and have fun while doing so! The space is bright, well lit, and clean. we had a membership here for quite some time. with that membership came a free water and coffee at every visit. Showed up a few weeks ago and was told that they no longer offer the water or coffee because they are under new management. They also require parents to have a wristband and socks now to "check on your kids". I was told I couldn't check on my kids because I didn't have socks which has never been the case since coming here for the past four years. It would have been nice to know ahead of time or them to send an email out that things were changing. We got a membership for my son to jump and what sold us was the free coffee and water so us parents can relax when we got here. seems like they can't uphold the promises they have made to paying customers. Seems like a typical bait and switch where a company offers promises to get people to sign up and then takes those items away once they are signed up and paying. this is deceptive and considered false marketing and is illegal. I have got quite a few parents to sign up from our homeschool group where we do a weekly meet up here where I advertised the free coffee and water. My little loves this place! He's had his birthday here too and it went very smooth and was worth the money. It can get very busy in here but it's really big so it doesn't feel over crowded. The lines were divided in 3 but it was unclear if they went by the line or who was next. I took in line for about 15 mins before being helped which cut into my jump time. There was one girl on the phone the entire time. She didn't once knowledge me or the 5 other people waiting in line. They weren't understaffed so I don't know why it took 15 mins before someone came out to help check people in. After checking in, ready to play. My daughter got hurt within 5 mins of her time. I came to get an ice pack and asked for a reimbursement for in person and they refused to give me one. I emailed them and still no response and Groupon won't refund me either. They are very understaffed. Be advised that the only adults there are parents and guardians. No one is around checking kids and making sure they are using them correctly.
