Worst experience at tropical smoothie ever . I came in it's one person working while 2 other workers are in the backs and they keep yelling and obnoxiously clapping it's was just weird . For both visits, each employee was not friendly - they didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I ordered a green smoothie and it was okay. The interior is spacious but the heat was cranked up. We love the smoothies here and sandwiches and quesadillas are usually good. The three cheese quesadilla is my favorite with red salsa. (The green is less spicy) Tonight our Three Cheese Chicken quesadillas were thin and empty. The ingredients started almost two inches down and very little chicken. Our son had Supergreen Chicken Caesar Wrap and there was only chicken in 2/3 of the sandwich. Were they out of chicken(?) I decided to call and let the manager know about our very poor experience and he said we would have to bring the half eaten food in for him to give us a refund. They were super quick during our most recent visit here. Usually, it's so slow it feels like they are growing and harvesting the fruit before it can be made into a drink. Not today though, it was the absolute fastest we've ever had the drink made. We got the Bahama Mama and it was done correctly too, so that is a plus. read more

I've been here on two different occasions and have ordered two different things of chicken and it's been all messed up. First time I ordered a Baja chicken bowl my chicken was cold like that just pulled out of the refrigerator my rice was hard not even cooked all the way yes the shredded cheese was melted and had gotten cold because the cold chicken in the cold right to put on top of it. This morning I ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap and sure enough my chicken was cold my eggs was cold who wants to eat cold chicken . Not to mention I'm pregnant so I really don't want to eat cold chicken. And just to be clear I made my order at 9:48am and arrived at 9:55am. Order was ready to go. Every time I've been here in the past year I've been disappointed. The staff sits on the counters where food is made, don't wear gloves or wash their hands, and don't wash the blenders between uses. Thankfully I don't have any allergies or else it would be an issue. Not only are they rude, but they never have an order ready in a timely matter. The staff are usually pretty nice. The smoothies almost always come out with perfect consistency. I did have an issue one time where they added way too much ice and it came out not great. I have been to this location several times for work and always order online. The food and smoothies are good when prepared properly, but this location seems to really struggle with quality control because they consistently make mistakes on our orders. About half the time when I order a smoothie without the added sugar there ends up being added sugar in the smoothie. When customizing sandwiches, it is also hit or miss whether they add or remove what you ask them to. I also once received a flatbread that did not even come close to resembling anything on the menu. It appeared to be a combination of several different flatbreads. Management needs to hold their employees to higher standards because I have been to other Tropical Smoothie locations and orders there have always been accurate, no matter the size of the order or how busy they are at the time. read more

I go to this location about 5 times a week. Sometimes I have large orders and sometimes just for me. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When I order online (from the app), regardless of how packed they are, a few employees will recognize me and get my order without me even asking. They never mess up my orders and the orders are always made on time regardless of them being small or large orders. This location is usually pretty busy at all different times of the day. One of the busiest I've seen is around the time high school gets out and lunch time. The smoothies are the best around and its nice to be able to get some food options as well. Since when does an online order take precedence over a live customer? Business must be pretty good if they can deny service.
