I asked for more dressing and it didn't help. Some of the lettuce was the size of my hand and nearly impossible to cut in a bowl. The leaves were also brown. I pointed that out to the waitress and got a quick "sorry". Not sure if the info was conveyed to the kitchen. There were peels of cucumber and carrot. Again too long to eat gracefully and hard to cut because of the bowl. I looked around and realized everyone who ordered salad, also requested salt and pepper. Shoulda thought of that. My friend order the fried chicken sandwich, again on brioche and it was great. I ate some of her fries (mental note, order fries, not salad) they were so good and definitely abundant. The hibiscus iced tea was stellar. The restaurant has a full bar, many TV's and a very large outdoor seating area on a small lake. The inside is spacious and well decorated. We also sampled chicken wings, plain air fried, and with both optional sauces, a hot honey and a sweet chili soy sesame . All very good served with a miso dipping ranch style sauce (not necessary). The fries come with ketchup and we were asked if we wanted aioli - of course that's a yes but sadly, it lacked flavor or depth.
