Bloody chicken wing under cooked. Hope I don't get sick

I loved loved the Shrimps! You can choose your own flavors and they are seasoned to the teeth! The service is beautiful and great. Many crafts beers, many sports television on for entertainment and a full bar for shots or mixed drinks! Plentiful parking and a variety of food to choose from. I'm a gal, my sister and I enjoyed the atmosphere just as much. Hehe

I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. The waitress was very nice though. The manager comped the meal after the waitress told him I barely touched my food. But the fact that it left the kitchen like this is a red flag. The one by my house was so good but it got shut down. I was very excited to eat here and was totally let down.

I always visit a hooters if I'm in the area I love the shrimp. We came here on a Saturday. I ordered the shrimp and my husband ordered chicken and waffles. The order took a very long time. My shrimp came without butter. I was very disappointed because you need the side butter so this dish could be good. Unfortunately I left disappointed but the actual waitress was nice.

Fried Pickles, waffle fries, steamed shrimp, 20 piece Original Wings (10 spicy garlic and 10 plain w/ hot sauce on the side)

My boyfriend and I were talking about how we miss Hooters and it sucks there aren't any around anymore. The last time we went to was about a year ago in Houston. We looked up the closest location and I was up for the drive so we headed out. I was kinda worried- hoping that we weren't driving an hour plus to be disappointed. Luckily for us, that wasn't the case. Fried pickles were perfect. Not a soggy pickle in the batch. Some were pretty salty though. Fries were all nice and crispy. The chili was surprisingly good. I've never tried it. I got the spicy garlic wings which weren't very spicy. They tend to get salty as well. We got the hot and medium Buffalo which were standard. The steamed shrimp was really good. Another pleasant surprise. Nicely seasoned. It was a fight night and we paid $15 bucks each. Not a huge deal since my bf wanted to watch the fight somewhere anyway. The girls were nice and so was the manager. A successful trip/meal.

Love the flavor and the ease of eating. Paired with their salad is the best!! Why did they close the Bay Area locations.

Most of the time, in these casino bars, you expect a little impatience because they're so busy and…read moreit's understandable that you get small drinks for slightly higher price points. I asked John for a highball and I suppose he didn't know what that was, he may have been new to bartending and could pass for a young 20something. He called over Marta, whose tired eyes and damp tone told me her shift started 40 years ago. She curtly informed me, "a highball is just a glass. What do you want in it?" "I... I'd like a highball in it please" I stammered, too shocked to take this any further, and I told this seasoned bartender the two ingredients that were in this classic cocktail. I sipped on this and for lack of anything else to do, I half-watched a football game on the TV and listened to one staff member scold other staff for not cleaning their sections' tables. After 30 minutes, I managed to get a water from the very busy John. Soon my friend arrived and I ran off to tell the harrowing story of the highball that almost never was and got a champagne glass that happened to be filled with champagne.

This will be somewhat of a multi review, as I will be comparing the Sky Bar to the other bars…read morewithin Graton Casino. The Sky Bar itself is an okay experience, the drinks can be a little pricey ($12-$15) for both volume and what alcohols are used, and the drinks aren't really well made either. The bar is located in the middle of the casino, so it's pretty loud. I have some hearing issues, so it was sometimes difficult for me to communicate to the bartenders, unfortunately. The bartenders themselves were nice, not the communicable type, the "just make the drink and ignore you" type which I have no issue with, but others might. (To clarify, I don't think they ignored me because of the hearing issue, I noticed that most of them did not speak to any of the patrons other than to ask if they wanted another drink) Compared to the other bars in the casino... There's infinitely better options. The G-Bar has a better selection of drinks, is a little quieter, and larger screens (to watch the World Cup!). The Pool/Lobby Bar is a little cheaper, has a wider selection of alcohols AND has arguably the best bartender in the entire casino, David, who is incredibly skilled and has made the best drinks I've had in the casino. The 8-Bar has a quieter atmosphere and some Asian alcohols (which most of the bars here do not have), but is a little pricier. The Boathouse Bar also has a wider selection of alcohols, and the bartenders are flashier when making drinks (not my thing, but can be a positive for some). I think you could go to any other bar and get a better experience.

We tucked into The Grove (with reservations) on a rainy Friday for an early dinner. Despite having…read morethree menus - drinks, dinner, and happy hour - choosing what to order didn't feel overwhelming, and we quickly landed on the anchovy toast, beet salad, shrimp & grits, and mushroom risotto. Our server was incredibly friendly, and the entire room shared the same warm, easygoing vibe. The small, speakeasy themed space was already packed at 5 PM, so reservations seem like a must. Everything we ordered was well-prepared and delicious, but the standout dishes were the beet salad and the shrimp & grits. The beet salad had a perfect mix of textures; chopped pistachios, tender beets, and crunchy radishes over a pillowy ricotta. I finished the salad wishing there was more. The shrimp & grits featured a potlikker sauce that absolutely lived up to the hype; it made the dish. I wish the shrimp & grits were served in a bowl rather than a shallow dish. I found myself chasing the sauce and polenta around the plate, trying not to push it over the edge. That said, if it were in a bowl, I might have just drank the sauce, so perhaps this is the restaurant's way of preserving a bit of dignity for its guests. Next time, I'm hoping to visit when oyster po' boys and fried green tomatoes are on the menu.

I've been meaning to check this place out since they opened, and finally made it in today--worth…read morethe wait. It absolutely lives up to the hype. The vibe is effortlessly chill, with whimsical decor--think antique lamps, an old record player, and lots of little details that make you want to look around. The whole place felt alive in the best way--buzzing with conversation, laughter, and people clearly having a great time. We didn't have a reservation, but lucked out with seats at the community table. Bonus: the other guests were super welcoming, which just added to the fun, communal feel. We hit happy hour, and wow--it's a good one. Tons of interesting bites and a solid drink lineup. I went with a whiskey sour, my friend had the ginger beer on draft (very refreshing), and we shared the prawns, Brussels sprouts, and creamy mac & cheese. Everything was seriously delicious. Shoutout to our server, Melanie--friendly, attentive, and totally on it, even with the place packed. A couple things to note: it does get loud, so maybe not your spot if you're after a quiet, intimate dinner. Also, the happy hour menu listed Brussels sprouts but didn't mention bacon--I'm vegetarian, so that was a bit of a surprise. (It is noted on the regular dinner menu, which I admittedly didn't check.) All in all, such a fun, lively spot. I'll definitely be back for more bites and cocktails.
