This place is awesome!!! Had a Birthday Party for my 17 year old daughter and they had a blast!!! This place is amazing!! The Staff is great, helpful and fun!! Price was affordable, all the kids had their own station, they played games, won prizes and just had a great time!! My daughter and her friends have been here before just to play some games and for $10 an hour you can't beat the price. They are safe, comfortable and well looked after!! My twin boys have had a membership here since the store opened. They love spending an hour or two on the weekends playing a new game, or experiencing one they've played in a different environment. They sometimes have to wait when there are parties, but it's typically not very long. Like the other reviewer commented, the boys are greeted by name, and feel comfortable being there. I think their prices are very reasonable, especially for what I get in "quiet time" while they are playing. Overall, great place. read more

Had my daughters 10th birthday here last night. All of the kids where in heaven. It was so nice for me to be able to just show up and have them provide everything No stress in getting the house cleaned, grocery shopping, or preparing food! They handled everything. Just had my son's 8th birthday here and the guys were awesome!!! The guys were overwhelmed to say the least, being that it was Spring break, everyone was coming in for a groupon offer and they had our party to tend to. But these guys were not only professional and accommodating to everyone, they handled our party amazingly, right along with the sea of gamers eager for their playtime. A great place for the kid to play all the newest games; as often as he switches a favorite, this makes sense to try them out. Be a monthly member to get free time during the week! Almost daily they have a 2 hour window where members are free! The staff is courteous and cares about the kids, one already knows my son by first name and greets him like a friend... My kids love this place. The employees are really nice and very patient. The kids have an opportunity to play xbox games we don't have. We celebrated our son's birthday here. The kids got almost 2 hours of playtime. They also had pizza and played trivia about the birthday boy to win prizes. My son got a t-shirt. The best part for me was I didn't have to do anything but take pictures and watch everyone have fun. The employee in charge of the party took care of everything. We had a birthday party for my son. Very accommodating and due to a unexpected need of a date change. Reasonable price for the 3 hrs. one system was not working that day. The kids had a great time. My only thing was that once they sang happy birthday they had to turn in all controllers we still had 15-20 minutes remaining but it was near closing time. read more

My son and I stop to take a look at this gamer room for the first time on Saturday. I'm super glad we did. My son loved it. The people working there were so very friendly and helpful. My son had some questions and every time the young men working there ran over to help him with a smile. Alright so i stopped here one day while browsing the mall and decided i would give this place a look over . They have tons of consoles and just about everygame that one would be interested in playing . They also dabble in the area of tcg( trading card games ) and this place has got the most friendly environment not only for children but also for individuals looking to burn a couple hours . Staff are definably the best part of this place if you have any questions everyone is willing to answer your question and make sure you get the info you need and questions answered . Something i look for when i enter an establishment to understand what sort of place it is is cleanliness, this place is spotless i mean , controllers,tables , chairs and on top of that the bathroom! We usually stop by once in a while to bring our kids to game. My son loves it so much that we decided to throw his 7th Birthday party here. All the kids loved it ranging from 5 to 17 years old. They got to play anything from Fortnite to Madden games. Definitely was worth the money. Even brought some outside food at no extra cost. The staff was very helpful, quick and friendly. Chase in particular was very helpful, making sure that everything was as it should be - games working, giving out prizes, switching games, fixing sound issues, etc etc. etc. I would definitely come back. This place is great for anyone who loves video games or card games. The store provides a great environment for people of all ages. They have plenty of monitors and controllers for a kid's birthday party, and my personal favorite they sell yu-gi-oh and magic the gathering cards. All the employees there are always super friendly and welcoming, making the place just ten times better than it already is. This place has become a go-to for my friends and I, and we wouldn't trade it for the world. This is a great place for kids (and adults) - even if you don't like video games! My son loves to come hang out here - They offer a supportive space in which he has learned to play Pokeman, Magic & Yu-Gi-OH! . The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. They have a tabletop day in which you can come in and play ANY board game you want to bring with you (they have some already in store). The overnights are always fun - pizza, soda, raffles, and random video game or card tournaments all night. They always have some event going on, just follow the facebook page or check out the board in front of the store. They even sell snacks! read more
