Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!
