I had dropped off my car about a week ago for a oil change when I came back the car was on the sidewalk with a broken mirror ,I called and let them know the next day they said cameras don't show anything so I checked my dashcam and footage was deleted and right now someone who said his name was Steven but sounds like Bruce called me threatened me and told me I am blacklisted from this dealership.and also they say that after they park the car on the sidewalk that if something happens to the car that they are not liable. I originally went to Bay Ridge Nissan because it's 4 blocks away from where I live and received the worst of the worst of treatment as if I was asking them to donate me their kidney. I turned to Kings Nissan Service Center. I was greeted with a smile before I even pulled into the lot. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They definitely detracted my PTSD from my previous experience with Bay Ridge Nissan and assured me that they'd take care of the problem. My car was a mess. I have an 8 year-old daughter who treats the car as her personal trash can, so I apologized for the mess to the techs. When I got my car back, they had vacuumed it and placed an air freshener in it. It was time to turn in my Nissan lease and, because of a bad experience at my last dealership, I was not planning on getting another. Until I walked in to Kings Nissan. I was met immediately by Karim. Karim was very friendly and personable. He actually cared about getting me the right car for the right deal. There was a small paperwork problem with the corporate office, but Karim did everything necessary to straighten them out because he believes in giving his customer what they deserve. I rated one star because it is the lowest allowed.. My appointment was scheduled within good time; however, as early in the morning as it was (7:15AM), when I returned 5 hours later- my car had not been looked at and was still parked on the street where I left it. I brought my car in to get my horn fixed and was informed that only one guy deals with this on the weekends and he was very busy that day. Okay, that was not the straw that broke the camel's back. Mr. Guze, the attendant added atleast 3 extra things I did not request and attempted to charge over $1,800 for my horn to be fixed. When I protested,, he then considered himself doing me a favor by slashing the price to almost $600 ($590) . I was still insulted. I know mechanics who know how much certain jobs cost. He said the part required for the horn cost $400 alone. I searched & found the same part for $242 elsewhere. All the while the attendant was smiling and joking while attempting to grossly over charge. I told him forget it and to give me my car back. Then he had the nerve to tell me to come in his office so he could charge the shop fees. My car was inside his shop for no more than 20 minutes, so I told him I'd like to see how much you are going to charge for the 20 minutes my car sat in his shop for nothing. I guess he had a stroke of conscience and he rudely shooed me out. Thank you very much Atnan. That was the right thing to do after you wasted my entire morning. The only thing is . . . Now my car is making a grinding noise it was not making before the 'mother ship' touched it. You better believe I will not ever go back to Kings Nissan located off Shore Parkway ever again. They deal from the bottom of the deck and look to rip people off while smiling in your face and saying corny things while they laugh in your face. A total waste of time. Terrible! I drove from California and dropped my car off at 9:30am the next morning (confirmed appointment) for routine service and 4 new tires. My car is fairly new with 40K. All my miles were accumulated from road trips (coast to coast 3 times). Upon arrival I was very transparent on what I needed (oil change, routine stuff and 4 NEW tires) before I left. Hours and hours later I call them since I have not heard back all day. It is now 2 hour before closing time. They tell me the tires I want need to be ordered so it cannot be done today. However, I can prepay and drop off the following Monday for the installation. Alright! sounds fine to me. My total bill..just shy of $1000. 2 days later I return for my new tires. When I leave, I get another bill for about $275. What is this? I thought I already prepaid for the whole service?! The additional bill was for the installation labor and wheel alignment. Which may I mention was on my original bill 2 days before. Clearly noted wheel alignment and labor. I call and they give me some BS that they rotated my tires on the first service which also included a wheel alignment and labor. Wtf??? Why would you do that knowing I purchased 4 new tires to be changed? And the only reason why it was not changed was because they did not have it in stock. After hashing out the details a bit further, they informed me I was not double charged. They did rotate the tires or wheel alignment so no labor cost either....but yet, it was noted on my original invoice. Point is, they charged me about $400 for a routine service and $500 for 4 tires that were on the buy 3 get 1 free special before tax. Kind of bogus. I have never paid $400 for a routine service. This is my 3rd Nissan (each one was brand new). I always bring my car to Nissan for servicing. The routine services usually run about $100-$150. Only the 25K service I did cost over $600. This was a complete scam. It has been a week and they have yet to answer me why my oil change and wipers cost $400. I also want to mention that my wipers which were also itemized on the bill were not changed or new. How do I know? When I picked up my car, it was in the exact form as I dropped it off (unwashed and fifty). I drove through the Sierras, Wyoming, Nebraska and Iowa (9 states) in heavy snowfall and hail. My car was filthy with spots of slush all over. I also know my right wiper was not working properly because I tried to brush off the snow using the wipers after a night of snowfall. When I tried to use the wipers the next day it was still broken. I returned to the service center and they told me the wipers were inspected and new. LIE! The wipers (front and back) were still covered in specks of dried slush and dirt. If they were going to pull as fast one, they should have washed my car before returning it to me. I don't trust this place for a second. Never again will I bring my car to this location. $1300 in total for new tires and routine oil change is just bogus. Not sure why they have such high star ratings. read more

After what I would call a NIGHTMARE with Bay Ridge Service Dept., back in 2010-2011, i turned to Kings Nissan Service Dept. and since then has been coming here for all my service needs. Their service advisors, customer service, quality and timely work is what keeps me coming back. Ive always been in and out within 30-45 mins for regular service appts (with an appt of course) and today, had an appt for 2 recalls done on our SUV and S.A. said he will try to get us out by 12 noon and we got a call exactly at 12PM and was out of there! They even cleaned the car up and smells nice in it! Come here for all ur Nissan needs, dont goto them crooks at Bay Ridge! read more

I purchased the new a/c compressor at tis place.It was costing me $808(cash price).They did charge me additional $50,they did call it "return fee".That means I should come back and return the old compressor and get my$50 back.I've lost my debit card and that's why they told me they are unable to give me this charge back.My argument was that the debit card is the same as cash,they could give me cash instead.But I didn't get anything...F..k this place!!!I wish you all burn in the hell over there,fu...ing greedy for money,everytime trying to overcharge you as much as they can to put more in their pockets!!! read more

I lease my car through Kings Nissan (just got my new leased car one from Terry). I had a 2015 Nissan Sentra for lease, and during the yearly car inspection I was told that something is wrong with my engine and I made an appointment at Kings Nissan right away. I came the next day and they finished up my car within an hour. Not only did they fix the problem with the engine, they also replaced the air bag system that was recalled. The waiting room is kind of 'meh' but as long as there is a place to sit and a bathroom then you are all good hahaha. read more

She called me later to discuss what my car needs at this time, gave me suggestions and prides. Then she called me again when my car was ready to pick up. My experience with this service department was terrible. As I'm asking questions about servicing my car the receptionist starts to get a nasty attitude with me. I don't think it's very difficult to place someone on hold and than make certain comments. I guess maybe she forgot I could still hear her? It's not very professional. She than transferred me, to leave a message I guess? So, I called back. I am not looking to leave a message I wanted to make an appointment to service my car. Not a surprise that I got the same person on the line. I stated I was transferred and no one answered the phone and I would like to make an appointment. Still continuing with comments in another language as if I am interrupting her. After this went on for about 15-20 minutes, being transferred, put on hold and wasting my time I told her I'll be taking my business else where. I also travel to your dealership from Staten Island!!
