Said they had payment plans available on the phone, which was a question I asked before approving the word on my car. After they completed the work, I came in to pick up my car and their "payment plans" was a credit card you had to apply for, which is understandable but I wished that was communicated prior to approving the service. They fixed the issue with my car and a few months later I called them after pulling over on the side of the road because my car was having the same issue and I was not sure if my car was safe to drive, they said they'd call me back. They did not call back. Other than that, they were friendly, but communication could be greatly improved. read more

Buyer beware. Their website showed a great price on tires that I wanted. I received an email quote and verified those numbers with a phone call. Was told that the tires are available at the warehouse and that they would be available for install the following day. They did not come in on that day nor the following day. I'm now being told that the tires aren't available unless they are obtained from another source and that those can't be sold at the original price that was quoted. This could be simple incompetence but smells a lot like a bait and switch operation. Either way, I won't be back. read more

My experience was excellent! I'd highly recommend Plaza Tire on New Hope Rd. They were honest, efficient and gave me good recommendations. They discovered my battery was nearly dead, and I'd just bought it three months ago. I was able to get it replaced at the original place and now am confident that my car won't die anytime soon:). I also received other good recommendations that I will follow up on. The staff was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and my concerns about not knowing a good place to take my car after having recently moved to the area are now alleviated. I had an oil change done today. Got home could smell burning oil couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I left my hood up for a while came back then kind of started following the oil and then realized they had put my dipstick in, but they didn't even push it in And it squirted oil all over my motor and I live 30 miles away from where I had gotten it done from had to drive all the way back so they could look at it and clean all the oil off of it and make sure that everything was satisfactory which I'm happy with that part but a person should not have to come back for the second time to make sure that they have done it right the first time so as far as that, I'm a very unhappy customer, this was the Tire Plaza in Springdale on Robinson Avenue, but I will have to say the store manager was very nice and took care of it. read more

I've taken my car here many times for flat tires. They do great job and have always been very polite and respectful.

I've stopped by this place twice. First time was for a flat tire. They said it would take 4-6 hours to fix. So I left. Second time they didn't have ANY tires in stock in my size. Common truck size, nothing special. 265-70-17. Didn't offer to order or anything. Just simply said, "we don't have anything in that size" and stared at me a second. So I left. Maybe they should remove the 'Quick tire change specialist' from the building signage. read more

If I could put no stars I would. I called up here they said they could get me right in. It's 5 minutes up the road I get here and it takes them over an hour to get my husband's truck in and not only that a skinny Latino guy that works in the front was super disrespectful. Came in for an alignment and a tire and they found that the new lower ball joints that I just had installed across town were falling out! They got it fixed in a couple of hours and showed me how bad all of my tires were. The ball joints were loose and one was already rubbing on the CV axle! I thank god they caught it before something really bad happened going down the road! read more

Had a problem with brakes making noise back passenger side and stopped in to see if they could evaluate it. 2 hours later I got an email, not a text which they told me they would send, stating my vehicle needed front and back new brake rotors and pads (four total) and sent me a picture of a totally different vehicle. I called and they apologized but I would not trust them to fix my car. Getting a second opinion. read more

If I could give half a star, I would. Highly disappointed in this place, Every time I take my van in for a simple alignment, it is at least a 2 hour wait, regardless of time of day and with no other customers in front of me. Then they always have something that needs to be fixed for a horrendous amount of money. Once they have finished finding things wrong and asking for more repairs to do, it still takes another hour for an alignment! The last THREE times I have been in for a tire alignment, I leave with everything feeling the same as before I went in to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend them for anything and will definitely not be going back. read more
