I was ordering via the website from California and went off of the ratings. I did the order after business hours so I just had to hope for the best. I GOT BETTER THAN THE BEST!! The picture online was nice, but what was delivered was amazing! They were for a family member at their nearby rehab center and it felt like Rosanna put a lot of caring thoughts into her arrangement. And with the time difference, they were delivered before I had my morning coffee! Woke up to a text with a picture of the arrangement! VERY PLEASED! THANK YOU! It was extremely easy to call and place an order for pickup. But I was extremely disappointed with how long the flowers survived for the price I paid. They were wilting and falling apart in less than five days. The arrangement was gorgeous! But I would not spend the money again due to how quickly the flowers became sad. read more

I ordered a lovely "Southern Living" cream white and blush rose bouquet through 1800 Flowers for a birthday girl in Pawcatuck, CT. Rosanna's Flowers sent a completely different arrangement. I understand there are times when florists may have to substitute some blossoms however, the colors were not even close to the bouquet that was ordered. If I had wanted to send a vivid blue, fuchsia and bright yellow bouquet, I would have ordered it. If you cannot provide your client with the product they ordered, contact them first to give them a heads up and offer an alternate option. I contacted 1800flowers once i received a photo of the Rosanna's bouquet that was delivered. They offered to send the exact bouquet I ordered through another florist in the Westerly-Stonington area.. but it wouldn't arrive until the next day. read more
