It was nice to meet the cows who produce the milk too. A few years ago, we came across their cheeses when we were at the Sunnyside Progressive Dinner. Daniel and his wife Lydia were at the Cote Bonneville Tasting room to share their delicious products. In fact, they had a cheese washed in the Cote Bonneville Syrah. We have been fan ever since.
