After all that is known about the detrimental HFCS is not a natural sugar. It's just a cheap sweetener and a money saver for the food company that uses it. It can cause a variety of digestive and health problems. In addition to HFCS, regular corn syrup is used. Brown sugar is the 2nd listed ingredient so this tells you that these sauces contain a lot of sugar. There are very good BBQ sauces out there which don't use all that sugar and don't use HFCS. When I'm not in the mood to make up my own BBQ sauce, those are the ones I search out and buy.

Daniel and his wife Lydia were at the Cote Bonneville Tasting room to share their delicious products. In fact, they had a cheese washed in the Cote Bonneville Syrah. We have been fan ever since.
