These guys grow the feed for the cows, milk the cows and make the cheese at the same farm. That is so beautiful and impressive, and a great example for others stiving to produce a quality product. It was nice to meet the cows who produce the milk too. A few years ago, we came across their cheeses when we were at the Sunnyside Progressive Dinner. Daniel and his wife Lydia were at the Cote Bonneville Tasting room to share their delicious products. In fact, they had a cheese washed in the Cote Bonneville Syrah. We have been fan ever since.
