How rude and very unprofessional. I will be looking into reporting this company for their coding tactics. Every case is not the same and should be treated accordingly.

This business opened 2 years ago (in 2018) in Rocky River so they are still fairly new. The facility is very neat and clean. EYE EXAM -- The whole exam took about 15-20 minutes. You will go through the standard eye check then test your eye sight by reading letters off a board. I also added 2 additional services, a blood pressure test one other test (for a total of about $25 extra). I can't remember the name of the other test but I think it was a glucose test. My insurance covered the eye exam and new frames (new glasses). I paid extra because my insurance didn't cover everything 100%. I also added blue light to my glasses to reduce the effect of eye strain when starring at a computer. GLASSES -- There are so many options to choose from. Cindy, the front desk clerk, helped me choose which frames to get. I ended up with a colourful and patterned DRAPER JAMES frame. Draper James eyewear was started by actor Reese Witherspoon which is cool because I had no idea that she had a glasses line. Trying to schedule my mother in law an appointment for double cataract surgery, where I preceded to…read moretell the front desk I had trouble trying to schedule with OPI in Mentor, and I got a new referral for Kellis. In the midst of trying to get a date scheduled, she puts me on hold...for about 5-7 minutes to where she gets back on the phone and says their computer went down and can't schedule my mother in law because of downed computers. I said okay that's fine. When they come back up please just schedule my mother in law your first available appointment no matter when and I would get her there. She says okay no problem. I get no call back, so next day I call back to which I'm told they will not schedule my mother in law and my only option was to be sent to the office manager to know why?!?!? I'm not stupid.... The first call was her putting me on hold to call OPI to figure out what why it was so hard to schedule and I got black balled from scheduling with them.... How insanely unprofessional and actually illegal... HIPPA VIOLATION if I ever saw one... I wasn't even going to be the patient, I am my mother in law's caregiver so I schedule ALL her medical appointments...mind you with no problem! I filed a complaint with the Medical Board. Bunch of caddy, unprofessional people. Wouldn't trust them to do anything... don't go here! Ended up going 45 minutes in the opposite direction and was able to schedule her within 5 minutes with manners, respect and professionalism.
