Afterwards, I purchased the replacement latch part from another appliance store for about $13 and replaced it myself in a few minutes after watching a repair video. The washer is now working properly. My concern is that the specific broken part I identified was not really evaluated, and the diagnosis felt very quick given the simplicity of the actual repair. I understand technicians rely on experience, but in this case the solution turned out to be far less complex than what was quoted. Overall, I left feeling that the issue wasn't fully considered, which led to an unnecessary service fee and a much more expensive repair recommendation than was needed.

Before I even interacted with him, there was a guy with no name tag on the other side of the counter in front of the register, so close I could have tapped his shoulder, who completely ignored me for several minutes. Eventually, Terry came around the corner and asked if I was being helped. I said no, I just need a duplicate key. I followed him to the other side of the island and gave him the house key I was having copied. No sooner had I handed him the key then he took a personal call on his cell phone. He was on his cell phone the entire time the key was being made. I was flabbergasted because given the white ponytail hanging out of his hat, I judged him well old enough to have customer service ingrained in him, but this old-head Terry showed less respect to me as the customer than the average 15 year-old employee I see bagging groceries. He slipped the new key into the bag and handed it to me with no break in his phone conversation. As I walked away, I decided to compare my key with the duplicate Terry had just made. The match was COMICALLY different. My biggest regret is that I didn't snap a picture of it for this review, but suffice to say there's no way the duplicate key would've opened the deadlock I need it for. That's actually very concerning because I'm relying on this duplicate to let me in to someone else's home to feed their cats while they're out of town. The wrong key would make it impossible to feed them. I went back to Terry and he was still on his personal phone call. Seeing me again, he wrapped up with "I love you" which confirms the nature of this call, and gave me the undivided attention that would have spared a revisit in the first place. I held the two keys together and told him I was skeptical the key he had just made would work. He took the keys in his hand, agreed and cut me a new key. When not on the phone, what do you know? he was able to make an identical duplicate. The key was just over five dollars, which feels like a fine value. The only reason I'm doing two stars not one is because Kelly was so great welcoming everyone in and checking out at the register.

They have a great variety of non clearance plants and their prices are competitive and the healthiness of plants (and usually stock too) is often better than the garden sections in the nearby box stores, at least for things I buy.

I'll start by saying that my experience was a 100% nightmare. The guys were friendly enough and…read moreshowed up at a decent time, so those are about the only positives I can mention. The movers were extremely unprofessional when it came to handling my belongings. They didn't seem to work well together, and they often carried more than they could safely manage. As a result, several items were dropped or damaged. One example was a file cabinet that was damaged so badly that it is no longer usable. They also damaged my $2,000 leather couch. They wrapped it with probably $100 worth of packing materials--which I had to pay for--yet they still left a significant portion of the couch exposed and unprotected. If you don't purchase full-value protection, you quickly find out that you have very little coverage for damaged belongings. But the damage wasn't the worst part. After the movers left, I realized that some of my belongings were missing. I had a couple of random boxes containing various items from my house that I had packed at the last minute. Both boxes were gone. I checked my old house and my new house, and they were nowhere to be found. Some valuable items were in those boxes, and unfortunately, I have no way to recover them. Everyone involved simply says, "I don't know. I didn't see anything." When I contacted management, I was essentially told that it was a legal matter and that I should call the police. At that point, there wasn't much I could realistically do. I ended up taking the loss and moving on. However, I want to warn anyone considering using this company: these movers were extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them. My belongings were damaged, items went missing, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.
