When I brought my car to the dealer for regular maintenance plus to buy new summer tires, the dealer told me that whoever mounted the tires cross threaded one of the nuts. Bad bad bad. If this weren't bad enough, on my other car, Firestone recommended a change of cabin, air filter, which I did. After that the air-conditioning fan was loud. I took the cabin air filter out only to discover a mouse nest above the air filter. It would've been nice if they took it out and told me, but they didn't. Over the years, this shop went from bad, to good, back to bad again. Another fire stone a few miles away shut down because of terrible service. I hope Firestone can turn this shop around, as it is convenient for me.

Out of the Ten phone call's I made that day he was the first to. I got a good vibe already. And to top it all off, They price matched an online competitor for me :) !! Anyways, having said that that ...it was best $15/17 that I have ever spent!!! Long story short....I came initially to see if my battery was running low which was causing the power steering in my Subaru (electric powered steering). The battery was fine but the mechanic notice that one of the cables in the power steering was loose. He plugged it back in --NO Problem SINCE!!! Now, I have already made an appointment with Fox Subaru to get it fixed...(estimated cost $1300) . The $15 saved me over a grand!!!! They could have lied and not do anything but did not.
