They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time.
