So I have been here twice and since I moved to Texas and this is my new nail shop! My first visit…read moremy nails were nice but my full set turned to a half set by the 2 week mark!! However, it has been 2 weeks since my last visit and not a nail has budged!!! Julie did a remarkable full set this time, and Cindy performed the best pedicure I have ever had 2 visits in a row. She is amazing, very patient and consistent. The tired feet pedicure/massage is the absolute best! A big plus is that they are waiting on you to arrive and they offer a complimentary drink. I chose white wine each time. This place also gives you a chance to spin the wheel for free gifts, discounts on services and more!! I will be back to see Julie and Cindy! I hope I spelled their names right!!

I came in today for my third builder gel set here and overall, each visit has been okay. I…read moregenerally like the way my nails are done. However, as I was leaving today, I noticed I hadn't received a receipt so I asked for one. When I got to my car and reviewed it, I saw I had been charged an extra $10 for a "nail fix." That was confusing to me because I came in for a builder gel set on my real nails and they had done my previous set as well. I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning

I don't remember leaving this review-but it still stands. I went Friday and *deep sigh* i'm not…read moresure what happened but I won't be back. The acrylic is super thin and she didn't cover my whole nail so instead she used the emory board to shave it down instead. Today is Sunday and I'm pretty sure I'll be popping them off. Waste of money.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!! ******Go to Kathy…read moreNail Spa instead! ****** I am highly disappointed in this place. I first came here on December 12th, last year (2023). At that time the service requested was a full set and pedicure. I ended up paying $135+ for the services due to various factors (nail length, nail shape, etc.) The service requested today (January 15th) was a soak off and manicure with shellac. I made an appointment an hour prior, so that way I can secure my spot and notify the lady on what service I wanted ahead of time. Once I arrived, the lady was aware that I was the 11:30a appointment, however, was unclear on what services I needed. The quality of customer service was unprofessional. I asked for a soak off multiple times yet the lady continued to drill my nail bed, and started to use the tip of a fake nail to separate the colored powder from my nail bed until I snatched my hand from hers. I understand that a soak off is time consuming but her process was going to damage my nails. Once she finished removing the fake nail and powder, next was a manicure with shellac. She brought a glass bowl with marbles and water. When I asked the lady if I can have warmer water to soak my hands she claimed that I took to long to put my hands in and that's why it's cold. The water was extremely cold, there was no possible way that the water went from hot to cold that fast, and it was freezing outside! Overall, the vibe is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. As a customer, I noticed that the staff started to get overwhelmed when customers started pouring in. I honestly felt unappreciated since every other customer in their wanted full sets and i just wanted a simple manicure. There was no professional greeting (I.e, "Good morning, how are you? How can we help?"), or attentive listening. I repeated myself multiple times to get my point across. Never coming back! I'm fortunate to find another nail shop that did a wonderful job on my nails: Kathy Nail Spa.

Today I got a new nail tech who was absolutely horrible. She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits. I regret not requesting my usual nail tech but she was busy with another client. Unfortunately this experience was enough to deter me from returning.

Ambiance: It's quiet and small place. There's no TV's, so I spent time watching tv shows on my phone. Cleanliness: I gave this a 3 star due to the cleanliness issue at the front entrance. The carpet was filthy as you can see from the photo, which made me question the cleanliness overall. When I got to the chair, it seemed clean with the white furniture, but I'm not very sure. I've seen cleaner places, so I don't think I would be going back.
