I don't need a fancy place and I don't worry too much about the price. I just want someone who knows how to do NAIL DIPPING and great PEDICURES...whatever the price. Well today I found it!!! BeBe Nails Spa on Eldridge is AWESOME! Tammy was so gentle and rocked my NAIL DIPPING! Helen gave a super relaxing pedicure service! From the looks of it ALL of the women are great (happy customers coming and going). The bonus was the PRICE! Today, the nail dipping and highest priced pedicure with shellac on toes was STILL cheaper than what I paid at my other salon!!! BeBe Salon also gives you a punch card. Once it's filled you get $20 off! This more than my other salon's punch card!!!! I'll be back for sure and a HUGE thank you to Helen and Tammy!!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

This was my first time coming to BeBe nails. My sister in law told me to come give this place a try. That were very clean and everyone who worked there were very nice and professional. Everyone had on a mask and made sure they sanitized. I got a a full set and a pedicure with shellac. I was pleased with how my pedicure came out, Debbie did my pedicure. I also got a full set with color acrylic. Andy did my full set. He paid attention to detail and was asking me if I liked my nails. I really liked that because it made me feel like he cared about my input. All in all I throughly was satisfied and will visit this nail shop again.

I only got a manicure here and was not satisfied because the woman who did my nails painted them all messy and it was bleeding into my cuticles and skin. They seem nice but their quality of work could be better. I started my appointment intending to get gel in my nails, but 1) she didn't understand my original request to get my ring finger nail a different color 2) I had picked out a color on the color sample pallets and picked a color that was very off when I saw her painting it on my nail 3) she painted it very messy and gel is supposed to look perfect. So i had to stop her and make her just do a regular manicure painting because I was not going to pay more to get gel at this place. This way I could have it on for a day or two and just take it off at home on my own. Sad to put a negative review but I won't be going here again. Might as well paint my own nails at home.

I was looking for a new nail salon, after moving to the area. My coworker said good things about the salon and recommend I try them and schedule appointment with Ruby. Months later I went in to fix one of my nails which Andy did a good job the first and second time!(yes I had to go again the following week, it was a two week old set.) I called to schedule an appointment, they took me in this evening. I am so glad they met all my expectations. The place is clean, AND they have a lot of colors!! Andy is very welcoming and Ruby is talented and funny. Definitely my new home. Bebe nails don't fell to impress.

Walking in I felt my presence was an inconvenience to them. After an 1 1/2 of being left with very bumpy and oddly shaped nails. The staff did not want my friend and I to sit next to each other bc it was an inconvenience for them. Very unsatisfied. read more

Will never go back! My friend and I went here together to get our nails done and when we requested to sit next to each other they said they could not accommodate until we threatened to leave and find another place. The lady that did my nails was rude, she kept cutting my cuticles and every-time I asked to go shorter she didn't listen. I showed her my reference picture when we walked in and she said she could do it and then when it got to the end of the manicure she could not provide the right color after asking for multiple different options she became argumentative and seemed irritated I was asking her to do her job. I left displeased with my manicure. They don't do any cuticle work- there were 2 hairs stuck on my nail after and the edges were bumpy. Paid $60 for a crap manicure! I'm not sure if there is new management but the level of service and quality of work has declined. I was in the pedicure chair for over 40 minutes and my feet haven't touched the water. The tech was attempting to put an overlay on my toes and I had her remove them. They were pretty bad. I got a manicure and my cuticles were cut too low. I was only given one coat of clear polish for my manicure. This was not a relaxing experience, I won't be back. Sad because I used to really enjoy it. Too bad. read more

I have been to this location a few times and I really enjoy it. They have great customer service and care about the work they are doing. I have been 4/5 X now without any issues. All the pedicures have been good- I haven't found "the one" yet because I look a goooood massage but I'll keep going back read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The usual place I go to closed so on my way back home I found this place! Terrible mistake! I do Shellac .The first thing that happened was that they did not have the color I wanted, no prob I chose another one. Then they removed my shellac that I came in with with the little drill that is for filing fake nails, well , it even removed the first coat of my nail and hurt everytime she touched it. She the proceeded to cut my cuticles and file my nails. When paiting came OMG it was a very thick 4 layers of gel ( i wishI could post a picture) and after my nails were "done" she started to cut more cuticles saying I had to much... Oh no ! It was my SKIN!!! Basically I have cuts all over and the shellac looks terrible, save yourself the pain and do go there!!!! read more

My husband & I had been coming here fairly regularly for about 6 years, but unfortunately need to find a new nail place as BeBe's has just gone downhill, at least for me. The visit before my last, there was a new person doing my pedicure and she not only cut the side of my foot using the cheese grater, but then cut the corner of my big toenail in such a way it got infected & I ended up having to go to podiatrist to have it cut out. The last visit, the dirty chairs were even dirtier; it's just gotten too disgusting. The staff is always pleasant & friendly, but whomever is in charge of cleaning & hiring is slacking off. read more

I've gotten pedicures with my family here before and everyone is always so friendly and does a great job, recently I decided to get my acrylic nails back & Ruby did such a great job on them!! She did a perfect job with the shape & length I wanted, she took her time & was very meticulous. I like coming to this place, however, time and time again, when I make an appointment, I STILL end up waiting 20 minutes for my appointment! Very unprofessional! I love all the technicians here!!! I've been coming to this spa for a few months now and I've worked with almost all the ladies here and have always received amazing service. I prefer to go to Ruby for my manicures simply for the fact that I have super small nails--child size to be specific. She does a great job at being careful with the metal implements and shaping the nails so they're smooth and consistently even. I would say all the pedicurists do a fantastic job. They have always gone to work on my dry feet and I feel so guilty sometimes because my feet need attention! When I leave my heels are soft, cuticles maintained, and my polish lasts until I'm back the next month. The selection of polishes are extensive and they are talented in doing specialty nails as some have photoed here. The atmosphere stays nice with the music selection of jazz, country, and easy pop. The last thing I will mention is that the clientele here are also very friendly and kind, and while sometimes there are mistakes that happen, they will ALWAYS try and do what they can to fix it or make it right for you. Customer service is not lost here, that's for sure. read more

I absolutely love this nail spa! When I first arrived (no appointment) I was warmly greeted which set the tone of my visit. My nail tech Bin was absolutely amazing. I explained to her what I wanted and she went above and beyond in executing it for me. She matched the color perfectly that I requested and was very meticulous throughout the process. I've been to other nail spas on North Eldridge and I can definitely say that Bebe Nail Spa is the best around. This will be my permanent nail spa moving forward. I go here for my pedicures. It's very quiet and peaceful here. I always ask for my girl Tammy. She takes her time with you and her pedicure massages feel amazing! They don't know how to do some designs on nails though so that's why I only come for my feet. read more

I love coming to BeBe nails and I usually only get my nails done by Andy or Ruby. They are very nice and do a fabulous job and also very knowledgeable about new nail trends and colors. I usually get the powder acrylic color on my natural nails and they have so many colors to choose from! Andy makes the custom colors and mixes it by hand. It's always a great experience when I come in. For my toes I usually have Tammy do my color change. She takes her time with my feet and I'm always happy with the result read more

We called ahead of time and they were able to get us in when we arrived. Service was amazing. I have an in grown toenail and never felt a thing! Most places I have a little pain. They were friendly and thorough. My boyfriend loved it! Price was amazing and much less than I have paid in other places. I would definitely recommend and use again read more

The worst service ever. I told the lady that I needed to remove the shellac. Last time it was $5. First of all, I was the only one there and they were being lazy... dragging their feet to come help. Hello! If there's no customers you want to make sure you take care of the ONLY ONE YOU HAVE! So when they started to take off my shellac the lady was hurting my cuticle. So I told her, she said something in her language and wrapped my finger on the foil again. She came back 5 minutes later with an attitude and started to take off the shellac. She tried charging me $15 to take off the shellac (no manicure or anything) so I told her that last time I had paid only $5. Well, she said that I did not have shellac on that it was something else, it she said if you pay cash is gonna be $5.... like really?! It's not about it being $5 or not but it's about the inconsistency, had attitude and laziness of these workers. Now I remember why I don't frequent this place and will not come back. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, where they will treat you like a valued customer, give you what you want without an attitude. read more

I live in this area and have tried all the salons around. Theirs is the overwhelming best on everything: customer service, selection of colors, cleanliness, relaxing environment, and finished product. I'm extremely picky and so it's saying a lot that this is my go-to spot. The techs are all seasoned staff and have worked here for a long time. The salon was taken over by new ownership like two years ago and the new people have done a phenomenal job. They really understand service. If you are a person who gets a complicated manicure like fancy designs, shellac, dip, etc you should ask for ruby or Helen. It's best if you have an appointment but I rarely see walk-ins waiting more than a few minutes. TRY THEM NOW. read more

The studio is clean, well lit and the staff were welcoming. My waxer had a gentle touch so it was easy breezy. Took all of 5-7 minutes and we were done. After my service, I checked out at the desk. They did ask me if I wanted to leave a tip, which I always do, but stop asking us. It's uncomfortable and unnecessary. But overall, it was a good experience. There's also plenty of parking so it makes the experience even easier.

My technician was pretty much on time. So, you may be wondering why the three stars? Well, I'll break it down for you. When I was taken back to the room for my appointment, the person that was doing my service SEEMED very knowledgeable. I was getting eyebrow lamination, getting my eyebrows dyed, getting my lashes lifted and also dyed. Everything seemed to be going well during the services, but that all ended when she was done and handed me the mirror. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My eyebrows looked CRAZY! I was in shock, they were HUGE and black. Theres NO way she thought they looked remotely good. She did tell me that they would calm down after a few days, that they just looked like that because I just had them colored. Mind you, I have black hair, so they shouldn't have looked that crazy. I mean, they took on a life of their own. A few days passed and they still looked like they were about to jump off my face. I saw my sister about a week after I got them done and she said... WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR EYEBROWS?!?!? I was like... its good to see you too. I mean the brows were very noticeable. Its been awhile now, and they aren't like they used to be. Thank goodness, but it did take awhile. She also didnt do a very good job shaping them, and I noticed some of my brow looked like it had a small chunk out if it. That part is still growing back in. I also dont know what's happening, but some of my brow hairs are LONG. I don't know how that happened, maybe its just a sign of aging, but I do wish that she would have trimmed them and gave me some kind of shape to them. Needless to say, my brow experience wasn't the best. My eyelashes on the other hand looked great! I loved them. I'd go back for my eyelashes again, but I'll leave my brow work to someone else. When I was leaving and went up to pay, they rang me up. I noticed that there wasnt a spot to leave a tip. I asked them and they said that they were a no tip spa. I wasnt mad about that at all. So my experience wasn't the best, but I think that it wasn't super bad either.

She acted as if she wanted to quit then and actually told me that I should go back to my former nail salon. No joke. She finally finished 1 hr and 20 minutes later despite the promised 1 hour by Peter. My nails were so poorly done. And to boot 3 DAYS LATER my nails are bubbling from beneath the surface. See pic. Just horrible and a complete waste of time and money.

I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning

My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. There are many abundant designs I have seen in this salon and truly speaking , Bebe 's Nail Spa , after renovation , is ranking as one of The Top 10 Nails Salons in this area . You can prefer acrylic , gel , shellac designs but myself , I love the French Manicure & Pedicure more than anything else . The designs always simple , elegant and very attractive . The manicurist , Ruby , is one of the best artist in this salon . She always focus in details and performs a great skill to finish her job . She gave me a wonderful massage for my feet too after a long day working . The Manager Ruby is well organized her salon to become a warm and cozy place to relax . Nearby, after doing nails , I can enjoy the French Coffee shop just like I seat in French Quartier Monmartre in Paris ! Love isn't a strong enough word. This is the best salon I ever went to!!! Just got my nails done here for the first time, was really satisfied. The staff here are all super friendly and wonderful to be around very comfortable too. I would recommend all to come, the service here is fantastic. If you're looking for someone to do your nails, you should let Anna do them. She is super sweet/patient always attentive to my needs, and make sure that I'm left happy with my nails. Her techniques are also the greatest she can get the job done for you in no time .
