I was simply trying to ask a few questions about their manicure and French tip services before booking. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Before I was even finished, she hung up on me without asking if I had any other questions. I called back thinking the call had dropped and explained that I was still talking when it ended. She responded in a frustrated tone, "Yes ma'am, your appointment is booked." I understand that people can be busy, but there is absolutely no reason to treat a potential first-time customer this way. A simple "Is there anything else I can help you with?" would have taken a few seconds. Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else. If this is how potential new customers are treated over the phone, I can only imagine what the in-person experience would be like. Very unfortunate, because I was genuinely interested in trying this salon.

However, it has been 2 weeks since my last visit and not a nail has budged!!! Julie did a remarkable full set this time, and Cindy performed the best pedicure I have ever had 2 visits in a row. She is amazing, very patient and consistent. The tired feet pedicure/massage is the absolute best! A big plus is that they are waiting on you to arrive and they offer a complimentary drink. I chose white wine each time. This place also gives you a chance to spin the wheel for free gifts, discounts on services and more!! I will be back to see Julie and Cindy! However, as I was leaving today, I noticed I hadn't received a receipt so I asked for one. When I got to my car and reviewed it, I saw I had been charged an extra $10 for a "nail fix." That was confusing to me because I came in for a builder gel set on my real nails and they had done my previous set as well. I went back inside to ask about it and was told by the manager that the charge was because I had partially removed the gel from two of my nails. I explained that the gel had started peeling after two weeks, so I removed part of it myself this morning knowing I was going to come get them fixed after work today. My main concern is not necessarily the $10 itself, but the lack of transparency. Three different employees assisted me today between my pedicure and gel set and at no point was I informed there would be an additional charge. When I asked why no one thought to alert me, I was told they "thought I knew." Very odd response for it only being my 3rd time. I was initially excited to find a new nail salon that provided good service and transparent pricing, but adding charges without communicating them beforehand (and then making excuses for the lack of communication) makes me reconsider returning

They were very kind and gentle with my grandmother which meant so much to me. They offered beverages to us, explained the different services that were offered, and truly made the experience feel like a spa experience--something I feel that many nail salons are missing nowadays. They also used cleaned & sanitized equipment, which is an essential! My only gripe was that my grandmothers nails messed up after she went to the restroom, I think they weren't completely dry. She just got regular polish and although she waited for about 15+ minutes I think she would have benefited from using a fan to assist with the drying. To my surprise, I got gel on my toes and one of my toes also chipped a day later--which has never happened to me with getting gel elsewhere. Despite this, I feel like the customer service & experience was very exceptional and I will most definitely be coming back because of that!

Came in around 11 on Friday and there were more nail techs than customers (good sign). I was greeted warmly and asked what services I wanted; I needed a shellac manicure for my daughter, basic manicure and pedicure for myself. They promptly took me to the spa and sat my daughter at station and began working on us. While my pedicure was getting started a gentleman, whom i presume, is an owner/manager began my manicure. I appreciated that because I could finish up at the same time as my daughter. I did not get the gentleman's name but he was friendly and we had a great conversation about the area, he offered Vietnamese food options to try in the local vicinity, it was an altogether pleasant and organic conversation. Right before they began on my toes I had an emergency call and had to leave without getting my toes painted. They were so understanding and accommodating, and told me to come back when it was sorted. I came back the next morning about 30 mins after they opened, and they remembered and had me in and out within 20 minutes. I appreciated their customer service and was pleased with the results. All the technicians there are very nice, lovely place with chandeliers. If a place has chandeliers, they must know how to treat clients and they do. For those who come in, they have a trolly of cold water, sodas, and goodies. This time we had a selection of pretzels or fruit snacks. Great for kids who are waiting for their mamas to be beautified. The place was nice and open, not loud or chuckling like other salons. The other thing I found to be quite unique is they have separate bathrooms for males and females. So calling all males, it's ok to get your nails done. As my husband said, they had the game on and you have your own separate bathrooms! lol I think one of the best thing was that they opened on a Sunday while all of their neighboring salons were closed.
