I've always had great experiences at Pluckers, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The food was just as amazing as always, but unfortunately the service completely changed the experience. Our server, Hannah, became upset when my mom poured the strawberry lemonade she had purchased into her own Yeti cup simply because she prefers drinking from it. Hannah told her she wasn't allowed to do that. My mom immediately responded, "That's fine," and poured the drink right back into the Pluckers cup without any argument. After that interaction, Hannah's attitude noticeably changed. She was rude for the rest of our meal, set our plates down carelessly, and we constantly had to ask for drink refills. Even when we did, she repeatedly told us to "hold on," and we were left waiting for long periods of time. I've never had service like this at Pluckers before, and I regret not speaking with a manager while we were there. We enjoy coming here because the food is consistently great, but this was by far the worst customer service we've experienced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests don't have a similar experience. read more

First time here, in town from TN. Food took over 45 mins to get. One meal, the by pass chicken was missing the grilled onions, we asked for chips and got fries & the chicken breast was super dry & bread feel apart! Another order was supposed to have extra grilled onions and barely had any onions! The Philly sandwich was super salty! And FYI, the fried pickles are spears NOT chips! One of the orders of wings should've been Dr Pepper flavor but they were honey flavored! The tables and menus were dirty and sticky! Definitely won't be coming back here again!!! do better!!!!! Nope not again. I have been craving bone-in wings & decided to give this place a 2nd try. Oh was that a mistake. The ONLY good thing was our server. We again waited FOREVER for our food. I do not know how long it was sitting waiting to be brought to us but it was cold. As you can see in the pic my wings were greasy has hell, I couldn't even get through 1. I asked for celery when I ordered but it didn't come out so I had to ask for it again. Then when it came out it was all bottom pieces. Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is casual, like your classic wing spot, but the food is what stands out. I don't usually rave about wings, but the spicy lemon pepper wings I ordered were outstanding. They were flavorful, cooked well, and honestly so good I wish they sold that sauce! The homemade chips were super good too. We noticed a lot of tables ordering the fried cheese, which definitely caught our eye, but we weren't hungry enough to order them though. Service was spot on, friendly, attentive, and quick. Overall, I wish we had a Plucker's in Atlanta so I could come back more often. read more

This place gets so busy, especially during the weekend so make sure you add yourself on the wait list on the Yelp app, it's awesome. My friend added us on the wait list when we're were about 15 minutes away. Upon our arrival there was a long line out the door. She checked - in with the staff inside and thankfully only waited for less than 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess was nice and our server Shae was attentive, friendly, and on top of things. She ensured to refill our drinks after asking if we'd like a refill. Top tier customer service for sure. I ordered Buffalo boneless strips with waffle fries and it was so good. It was savory, juicy, delicious and not dry at all like the ones I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings. 5/5 The ranch was a little too water for my taste but I still used it to dip my waffle fries in it. The honey BBQ wings were pretty good and juicy. 5/5 The garlic parmesan wings were decent but not my favorite. 3/5 I ordered an Arnold Palmer but didn't like it because it tasted stale or like something had gone bad. Not sure if it was the unsweetened tea or lemonade but I couldn't take more sips. I informed the server and asked for a water instead. Unfortunately, they still charged me for the Arnold Palmer even though it tasted terrible. There are hundreds of TVs since it is a sports wing bar and it's better than Buffalo Wild Wings die to the quantity and quality of their food. The ambiance is loud and busy. However, it's not too loud that you can ask her the music playing. They had a good Playlist, I read dancing to the majority of their songs on my chair. If it weren't for my nephew, I would have just gotten up and gone to Twin Peaks next door -- they have amazing food and service. Workers just stood in the front instead of setting up the tables & cleaning them. They were quick enough to let us know about the GRATUITY but never sat us down. No urgency or sense of rush to get us in and out. I finally got tired and walked out with my party of 20 and spent my money somewhere else!!!! Did an uber eats order with them and I ordered a 10 piece wing. I did 2 flavors. Out of each wing flavor I was missing 1 wing. So I ended up getting 8 pieces of chicken when they don't even sell an 8 piece. The shorting me on 2 pieces of chicken pretty much did it for me. What Pluckers does they do and they do it very well! I legitimately hadn't eaten Pluckers in about 2-3 years and so I was a bit excited to eat wings and eat them at a new location I had never been to, Fort Worth! I order a 10 piece comprised of 5 lemon pepper and 5 garlic Parmesan. It's my favorite duo you get a bit of zestiness from the lemon pepper and then a bit of savory richness from the garlic parmesan. Excellent wings! I'm a firm believer in going to Pluckers anytime you crave wings - they'll be much more flavorful and bigger than any other wing spot you can go to.
