Great service and fresh food. TVs are big enough to watch sports games from any angle. I was craving pancakes and the fried Oreos were close enough with a modest amount of ice cream. It's a great option for when you order something spicy and need to counter it with something sweet. The gochujang sauce was nice and delicious and not too spicy. Recommend getting the celery sticks and the salads were very fresh. The tomatoes were super sweet. My favorite thing off of the appetizer sampler was probably the fried cheese. It's a big rectangle not just a cheese stick and it was super melted inside with a nice cheese pull and then the Marinara was nice. They have a main dining area surrounding a bar then they have a side wing that's enclosed and then of course patio dining as well and TV's all around wherever you look even if you're walking to the restroom, you're not gonna miss any of the plays. read more

First, I will say we go to this Pluckers often. This time went with family. The pickle seasoning is amazing!!!! Love the wings and waffle fries with queso. We had not paid attention to itemized receipt when paying so when server gave us total, we gave him CC. Got home and reviewed receipt and noticed it was not our table at all. The waitlist system is absolutely horrible. They do not want people waiting inside the restaurant so they have everyone crammed in the "outside" lobby which is a small room with NO AC and is ridiculously HOT. Especially in this 100 degree Texas heat. There are open tables but still a 30-45 min wait. It's absolutely ridiculous. There is always a more efficient way to do things and this is not it. Not to mention the lady at the counter was rude you've got small children SWEATING while waiting. This room is not safe for anyone. The more people stacked in here the more likely someone is going to pass out from the heat. Find a better way to make people wait for tables. read more

Been to this location a couple of times now. I would say it is a toss up on whether you're going to receive mediocre/ bad service or great service. Some of the waiters here have been super awesome and others not so much. On this particular day we waited about 25 minutes after we were seated to even get greeted and asked for drink orders. The food has always been great- minus the first week they were open but that was a long time ago. Food is always hot and tasty. Environment is chill, and we honestly usually have shortish wait time except of course the weekends. So I have to settle and just eat what was given. I want to continue showing up and giving that support to a classic Texas chain, but it's hard given the past visits. My one gripe about the atmosphere is that the music was too loud making it hard to talk to my wife.L during dinner. The food came out fast and it was good. It seemed fresh and made to order.
