I've worked in the service industry for 7+ years, so I'm usually the most patient person in the room, but my experience at the Landmark location on March 10, 2026, was unacceptable. We waited 45 minutes for wings and fries that never arrived. The second I finally asked to have the order placed to-go, the food miraculously appeared in less than a minute. To make matters worse, the server tried to tell me I "didn't order fries" (I did), and then brought out a side of ranch with no lid for a to-go order. I still tipped well because I know the grind, but if you don't want to work late hours, find a different job. Management needs to train this staff on accountability and basic order accuracy. Had lunch at the restaurant on a Tuesday and there was plenty of seating. This was my first time at this location. They have nice screens and the sound is not so loud that you can't enjoy the atmosphere. It's very clean and welcoming as I was seated promptly. My server was super nice and my order came out in about 15-20 minutes but they came to check on me and I felt well-taken care of. The service was good. I had the spicy parm and cheese wings with waffle fries as a lunch special. They don't have sweet potato waffle fries at this location. I'm not sure if it's location based or they removed it off the menu. It sounded like they've not had it in the past year at least. It took a minute to get my check as business started getting busier around noon time. Definitely would come back but might not order the spicy version of the parm and cheese because it was a bit on the soggier side. The waffle fries were also a bit limp. However, the service was friendly and the wings are based in personal taste so I'm giving it a slightly higher review. The wings were big and tasted better the next day as leftovers. read more

I came in for lunch at the San Antonio USTA area. I sat at the bar and it was relatively busy but past regular lunch time. I have to say the wings were amazing. I ordered wing in the Bakers Gold and the were everything. Crispy spicy sweet and savory. This place came highly recommended and I am so happy I stopped in. The mozzarella sticks were honestly amazing. No one has anything on the cheese pull of this place. Be careful because it has so much cheese I choked a little bit. The restaurant has TV screens to watch games and a great selection of beers and drinks. Very local bar vibe laid back. I will note the service wasn't amazing I don't get napkins or any cutlery. We ordered the boneless wings basket ($16) and a side of Mac and cheese because there wasn't any more waffle fries availabe... the food was not well served at all. Came to kill some time since the Valero Tour was postponed and they weren't taking anyone to venue. This is a great Pluckers location. The manager's name is JR and he was awesome. JR visited me at my table to see how I was doing and was very friendly. The whole staff were very friendly and very accommodating as well. A+ customer service all around. I was at Pluckers for lunch on MLK Day 2025 and I had a great time. I had joined their membership for $10 every six months and chose the gold level. It came with a free appetizer for joining and I got the Holy Macaroni. It's fried mac and cheese. It was very good. The main event was my main entree. I really enjoyed the Honey BBQ Chicken Chop salad with honey mustard dressing on the side. I added bacon to it because bacon makes everything taste better!The salad was exactly what the doctor ordered. I housed that salad(that means I ate it all). Pluckers is a fantastic place for food and drinks. The decor is perfect for any sports lover out there. I highly recommend this place and specifically this location. read more

The two times I went to the restroom, the paper towels were out and had no way to dry my hands. It seems that every visit to this I10 establishment my food arrives cold or as if it was just reheated. I love wings. I've been a wing fanatic for over 30 years. I've tried wings at so many different restaurants and make my own. I have pluckers a try and was excited to see how theirs compared to other restaurants. First of all the interior is very loud so don't go there thinking you'll be able to have conversations. We added our name to the waitlist. But upon arriving, the host told us there was no waitlist. Even when I showed him the website and our confirmation, he didn't seem to care. Just gave us that Gen Z stare. The guys at the table behind us were obviously over served on alcohol. They were so loud and kept laughing. Everyone kept staring at them while they carried on, annoying every patron in the place. I couldn't hear the other people in my party. The waitress should've cut them off from the alcohol. They were inebriated. Service was okay. Our waitress was sweet, friendly, and quick to bring us drinks and our food. The mozzarella sticks are huge. I swear they're like 3 string cheeses stacked in top of each other. They were good. However you only get a small side of marinara. Be prepared to share. It's a lot of cheese. Now for the wings. They say their bone in wings are extra large. I found their wings to be of a normal to less than normal size. I get bigger wings from wings too and cheaper too. I'm not sure why they advertise their wings as huge. Definitely not the case. The sauces were okay. Nothing special. The ranch was the same as most restaurants. And the fries were normal fries. The boneless wings were bigger than normal and tasted good. Overall, their wings are nothing special. I guess I expected big wings with awesome sauce based on the menu and the fact they specialize in wings.
