Came here Sunday evening August 18th, 2024. Absolutely the worst service we've ever experienced anywhere. They told us it was a 15 min wait. Alright no problem. We waited for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES!!! And then we get sat and no one came to greet us to give us a drink for 40 minutes!!!! Pluckers is my number one go to place for wings galore! Their loyalty club is A+ for offers and perks! The wings are truly bigger than all the other places that sell them. I have never had a problem coming here even on a big game night, service was great and quick. I really enjoy the baker's gold and Korean BBQ flavors. Buffalo Hot is always good as well. The cold beer on tap goes on promo quite a bit too. I have given this restaurant multiple chances, every time I decide to give it another chance I'm reminded why I hate going. Service is horrible and never friendly, food takes forever to come out and most of the time my food comes out cold. Tonight giving the restaurant another chance with my family my father has 3 small miller pints, at this point we have already waited over an hour for our food and been there for awhile got drinks first and appetizers even before ordering our main meal. my father proceeded to finish his meal and ordered another small beer, when the waitress told him he couldn't, that she had to wait 10 mins or so for him to be able to have another beer. Pluckers in Webster is a great addition to the area! It's open late, the drinks are plentiful, beer is cold, and the food is the perfect accompaniment to the big game on TV. Pluckers has tons of TV's so you can catch the game from any angle in the restaurant. You wont even miss a second because they even have TV's built into the mirrors in the restroom, pretty cool. My only complaint would be that the service can be slow, and the restaurant gets packed before every major game. Luckily the game keeps you distracted for long enough that you don't always notice the slow service. I'm personally a fan of their baker's gold, fire in the hole, gold rush, and manganero for wing flavors. Adding their ranch flavoring to the tots is a must, and burgers are gigantic here, you just need to choose your favorite beer to wash it all down. Pro tip: The Pluckers app is worth getting to rack up points on every visit for free food, and joining the Pluckers club is cool because you literally get something free on every visit. A friend and i came into this pluckers we were greeted nicely that was the one good thing about our whole experience here ,we were recommended to sit at the bar, i thought since we are sitting at the bar we might get faster service and from the looks of it it was very slow we sit and wait patiently about 10 minutes go by of not getting any menus or attend not even a "hey i'll be right with you guys" nothing at all ! Eventually the bartender comes (not very happy) takes our drink order and food, she said she would be getting our drinks but then some time passed on and we never got any drinks , at this point our food comes out still no drinks , and the bartender still didn't think to come and ask "hey did everything come out okay can i get yall anything else?'" no she proceeded to ignore us and so here me and my friend are eating our chili cheese fries with our fingers and no drinks ! while we have all our food in front of us ! so i decided to call the bartender and ask for our drinks, i called for her and she gave me her finger because she was speaking to another employee and told me to wait she came over and i ask can we get our drinks ? she said "i am waiting for the servers to bring me cups" and she walks away ! after seeing all our food out she thought the best thing to do was make us wait even more after already waiting 20 mins for our drinks ! so i decided to call the manager and say can we please get some drinks, the manager told me the same thing about waiting on cups i understand but we had already been sitting there for a very long time even before we got our food we didn't have anything in front of us! I was so upset yesterday because we waited for a good ten-fifteen minutes because I was being stubborn and I don't minds waiting, but our server never came not even to ask for our drinks.I know our server saw us a couple of times yet ignored us, but she kept checking the table in front of us and took care of the big table that she got sat with after we had been already been waiting. We thought we were going to get served quick because it was pretty dead yesterday compared to how it usually is and I don't mind waiting until I noticed that she was genuinely ignoring us. I get that it can take a while when it is busy, but even then they are they always attend us even if it is just to ask about our drinks. At an Astros game, we got a coupon for five free chicken wings at Pluckers. Before getting this coupon, my family and I have never heard of this franchise. At first, we were hesitant to try this place, but our cousin hyped it up, and we decided to go. We arrived at the restaurant right before rush hour, and I am so glad we did! After being seated, parties started rushing in, and the place quickly became packed with the wait increasing by the minute. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. We mentioned that this was our first time ever going to Pluckers, and she gave us a free order of the Fried Pickles! In addition, we were having loads of trouble deciding what flavor of wings we wanted to order, so she asked a couple of questions about spice tolerance and interests, and she brought out a huge sampler platter of a bunch of sauces. Overall, our experience at this place really impressed us, and we will for sure be returning! Food We Ordered: Holy Macaroni (MUST ORDER DISH) - I am a firm believer that anything fried is good. These were so amazing!! These fried mac and cheese sticks paired with the strawberry chutney is a wonderful combination! They were perfectly fried, super cheesy, and had a slight sweetness to them because of the strawberry flavor! Fried Pickles (GIFT FROM WAITRESS) - As stated before, we mentioned that we were first-time customers, and our very lovely waitress decided to serve us these fried pickles for free! They were fried very well, and paired with ranch, it was perfection. These fried pickles are cut into wedges and are not here to mess around. Homemade Potato Chips - Anything is better with homemade blue cheese dressing, and this rule definitely applies here. For the most part, the chips were super crispy, with the exception of a couple stragglers. Sweet Potato Fries - We ordered these fries with the cinnamon sugar on top. The combination of the fries and the sugar was good, I just feel like there was too much coating. I think ordering these fries with the sugar coating is an excellent idea, but ask for less cinnamon sugar. Waffle Fries - These are your standard waffle fries that you could get from Chick-fa-la, nothing super special, but not bad at all. Garlic Parmesan Wings - This is your classic wing flavor. Nice balance balance of Parmesan and garlic. Can't go wrong with this flavor! Baker's Gold Wings - This is my cousin's favorite sauce flavor that she gets, so we had to try it! This sauce flavor reminds me of sweet and sour sauce, and it was very good! Mangonero Wings - To be honest, this sauce wasn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be. I was excited to hear they were building a Pluckers on the south side of town. I had never been and was definitely looking forward to trying them out. My son and I stopped by after doing a little Christmas shopping so we were nice and hungry. I was immediately impressed when I walked in just by the TVs alone. This is definitely the spot to catch your favorite sports. The staff was super friendly and greeted us with a smile and sat us right away. Our waitress was awesome and told us about the Pluckers Club promotion. It usually cost a one time fee of 20 bucks, but we came at the last day of the promotion and got it for 10 bucks. Just for signing, we got a free order of Holy Macaroni, and with two meal purchases, another free appetizer. The membership paid itself off just with the freebies. It was too good to pass up. We of course got the free Holy Macaroni, and chose the Fried Cheese as our other free item. They came with our apps pretty quickly. They both looked identical and upon cutting them open, we found we had 2 of the same items. They apologized and brought us out the Fried Cheese and let us keep the extra plate of Holy Macaroni. Talk about appetizer overload! The Holy Mac is deep fried blocks of mac and cheese, and they were awesome. Now the size of these and the Fried Cheese were giant blocks of cheesy goodness. I ate one of each and was already full. For our main course, we both went with boneless wings baskets, which are basically chicken tenders. Between the both of us, we had Bakers Gold, Spicy Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper and Gochujang. They were all tasty, but my personal favorite was the Gochujang. It was nice and spicy and had the Asian flavors that I love. They do not skimp on portions here. With the free apps and giant tenders, we had atleast 2 more meals to eat at home.
