We were disappointed this visit only due to the way the food came out...the wings were ice cold and the waffle fries that came out were crumbs. This was after a 35 to 40 min wait. Had one of my best nights at this Pluckers location tonight! The restaurant wasn't too busy and we were seated near the back of the restaurant, much appreciated from the usual, busy vibe of the main floor. Our server was the best part of the experience, I don't remember her name but she had a cheerful disposition and an eastern European (?) accent. Very attentive and we were very happy to have her. I went with my family to this establishment and was severely disappointed by the service provided. Specifically a tall blonde guy who was standing at the host stand. Pluckers is my absolute go to whenever I'm craving some wings. I usually order the 10 piece buffalo medium wings with waffle fries. Extra wet is the way to go! Their strawberry lemonade is really sweet, but sooo worth the sugar rush. Don't forget to try out their holy macaroni! Their holy mac is my #1 favorite overall. Their service is pretty hit or miss which is why I don't rate it the full 5 stars. They constantly have new staff and some of them you can tell don't want to be there which kind of bums the mood. pluckers serves wings and wings adjacent food. the food is ok. prices are kind of high for what you get. where they drop the ball is service. getting a table is an extremely trying experience. they don't really have a lobby so you stand in an awkward line right at the front door and it becomes a comedy of a traffic jam of comers and goers and people waiting. there are entirely too many people working the floor. your server may or may not bring your food out. most likely it will be someone completely different than your server who has no idea who ordered what, and they will bring no sides of ranch. you will ask for the ranch that was supposed to come with your meal, and you will be charged for free ranch because they think you're asking for extra. the employee turn over is awful, they're training every time we come in here. food will be missing. we didn't get our side salads until after we finished our entree tonight. and there were no croutons? we've encountered more than 3 servers with awful attitudes and lack of people skills (like the waitress who never brought our ranch, we requested it, and it took so long we finished our food. when she finally came back she asked if we wanted to drink the ranch since our food was gone. then tonight our salads came as the dessert course and the server said he told the manager and that the manager would "take care of it". nothing was taken care of.) when we finally got the bill after a long wait, it was wrong (as it is every time we come here) and we had to wait again for it to be fixed. it's the same song and dance every time. it is loud. if you want wings, i recommend ordering take out and checking your order before you leave. read more

Came here Sunday evening August 18th, 2024. Absolutely the worst service we've ever experienced anywhere. They told us it was a 15 min wait. Alright no problem. We waited for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES!!! And then we get sat and no one came to greet us to give us a drink for 40 minutes!!!!
