Highly recommend and would use again. Saturday morning I woke up to water leaking out of my second floor's ceiling. Delightful. Plumb365 was referred to me by a friend - Agent Stacey Trickey. Talked to Mike who sent a tech out in a couple hours. A ray of sunshine named Tristen arrived and he did the detection and emergency services. Tristen and Sergio came back to do drying and remediation. They were immaculate in their destruction of the wet dry wall and skillfully removed the base boards and crown moldings so they could be reused. It was literally the cleanest construction zone ever! Mike and Cameron came out to do the carpentry and reinstallation of the baseboards and molding and left the place spotless. They even hung my light backup! Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with and they were great with my dog. I hope I never have to see any of them again but since copper pipes are not indestructible, I have Plumb365 saved in my phone for next time. Finding a great plumber can be harder than finding a new spouse! We had a faucet replaced in Aug and Bruno from Plumb365 installed it perfectly. Since we just noticed a leak behind the toilet & our garbage disposal wasn't working, we called Mike in the office & asked for Bruno again. Since Bruno took pics and video, plus had extensive notes on all our situations, he was able to resolve them without replacing the garbage disposal or the toilet! So often plumbers just replace items, which is quite expensive, instead of looking at options to repair them. Bruno explained everything and how we could improve our usage of the garbage disposal so we wouldn't need to replace it anytime soon.... One year later - another excellent result. Sunday - 9am-ish. I was in the garage putting away some gear and suddenly heard this loud rumbling sound coming from my garage - totally never heard this sound before in my life. I walk over to the water heater and it's vibrating and rumbling and angry. There is an inch of water in the pan. I look up and notice the left side piping (the hot side) above the heater had a steady drip going. Some water stains on the drywall as well (nothing horrendous just damp dry wall, no mold etc). Hmmm - that ain't right. The rumbling stops once the water stopped being drawn out - and of course I call Plumb365. On hold for about 2 min- get the message saying we are busy please leave a message. So I do - describing the problem. Hop in the truck for a Starbucks run (hey - we all have our habits....) and on the drive there I get a call back. Dispatcher let's me know he has a tech on the way who will be there in 20 minutes. Tells me they have had an issue (manufacturer issue) with the galvanized pipes connecting to copper on the hot side and getting corroded and leaking. When the pan fills with water and the heater kicks on, it tries to draw air from under the heater and guess what - water gets sucked up and causes major vibration issues. Apparently it was a bad batch of pipe....on heaters installed around a year ago. Gerald (the Gerald) shows up within 20 min. Immediately goes to work removing water in the pan and replacing the bad pipe. Wipes down and cleans everything. He's in and out in 30 min. Problem solved. Plumb365 - nice work.
