If you're looking for a company you can truly trust, I can't recommend Water Heater Pros enough!…read more From the owner to the office staff and the installation technician, every person we interacted with was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and guide us every step of the way. Not only was their customer service exceptional, but they also beat their competitors' pricing and saved us nearly $2,000 without sacrificing quality. During the installation, they were respectful of our home, worked safely around our family, and made us feel completely comfortable having them in our house. Your home is one of your most important investments, and finding people you can trust to help keep it safe is invaluable. Water Heater Pros exceeded our expectations in every way. They replaced our water heater efficiently, left everything clean, and continued to provide excellent customer service even after the job was complete. As an educator and someone who is actively involved in my community, I truly value honesty, integrity, and businesses that put people first. Water Heater Pros genuinely cares about their customers from the first phone call through the installation--and beyond. We will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing or water heater needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone looking for outstanding service, fair pricing, and a company that truly stands behind its work!

Water Heater Pros came out in July 2024 to install a 66 gallon electric water heater (we were done…read morewith our gas one). It did great for 1.5 years. It wasn't under warranty for parts and labor, but it is to replace the entire unit (something that Water Heater Pros doesn't manufacture and just installs). I am grateful for the return and honesty about cost and timeframe. Matt was so professional and kind. Marsha is secretary and was ready to get me an appointment ASAP. I recommend this company!

This is hard to write because I really like the owner of Water Heater Guyz, Ty, but we had a rather…read moredifficult and expensive experience with him. I think I always leave positive reviews and gave Ty ample opportunity to correct his errors. I even suggested he sleep on it so he/we could come to a reasonable solution. I originally contracted with him to replace a failing tank-less water heater. He was quick, on-time and provided us with a reasonable quote. His install went ok and after a spray of water into the inside of the heater from what he called a faulty previous install, he dried everything and finished up. At one point I noticed that the exhaust vent was hanging at an angle and asked him if he needed to go in the attic to connect the pipe. He assured me he did not and that everything would be hooked up properly. I was relieved because we had just had insulation blown in and I did not want anybody back in the attic to flatten the insulation loft. Within a couple of months I began to experience errors with the heater requiring a hard reset. At first he told me to call the manufacturer and that problems like that were my responsibility. I was relieved when he visited and found insulation had dropped into the unit. He claimed that it was an improper seal of the exhaust flange in the ceiling, blaming the previous installer and suggested I fix it. I did. When it happened again he graciously came and cleaned more insulation out of the heater blower. All seemed well. Fast forward to recently when I had someone inspect the attic without going in the attic. He provided me with a photo of the disconnected exhaust vent from the water heater and suggested I call the person who installed the unit as it could be letting CO blow into our attic. When I called Ty he, again, blamed the previous installer of the preexisting vent. I suggested it was his responsibility to ensure all was hooked up properly and safe. He did not agree. After much back-and-forth, I suggested we sleep on it. Next day was no different. I talked him into sending one of his "installers" to fix it but it would cost me $200. The (really nice) young man came the next day and corrected the problem (for $200) and showed me a finished photo. Three different contractors I spoke with assured me it was the installers (Water Heater Guyz) responsibility to properly hook up the vent. The money doesn't bother me. Ty's inability to accept responsibility(or blame) and just fix it is where we part ways. At every point he tried to blame everyone but himself. Business owners should be willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything is done correctly The install was not done correctly even after I asked him about the vent and the disconnected vent was, most likely responsible for some of the insulation getting into the unit. I will not be calling him for any further work and will pay someone else if I need any more service. I like him and hope he does well but attitudes like this will eventually catch up with a business.

Shoutout to Roger Harlan for his honesty and standing by integrity! I found this company on yelp…read moreand read local plumber Reddit threads that they give reasonable priced quotes and their work is reliable. In the process of selling my home, I was told the master bedroom drain was slow and the dishwasher loop needed to be fixed so I spoke with Jimmy and made a service appointment. No upfront scheduling fees, and I was given a fair quote for the estimated work to fix the two items. Come the day of the service appointment, Roger updated me on his ETA, showed up at the confirmed time, and looked at everything. The honesty comes in where he confirmed there was nothing to fix really and explained that the dishwasher loop would require an air intake valve which meant cutting through the granite counter and he ran the dishwasher which ran just fine. All this to say, I could have had another company charge me just for the visit and for a fake fix but not Mako! Roger went the extra mile to write me a report invoice of $0 explaining his inspection. This is the epitome of integrity. Happy to write this review to express my gratitude! If I was keeping the house, I'd keep Mako as my go-to plumber and will still be sure to pass along this name to our neighborhood community Facebook group. Thank you again for coming out and being truthful to the situation without charging me any extra $0.01 than I needed to pay.
