In the process of selling my home, I was told the master bedroom drain was slow and the dishwasher loop needed to be fixed so I spoke with Jimmy and made a service appointment. No upfront scheduling fees, and I was given a fair quote for the estimated work to fix the two items. Come the day of the service appointment, Roger updated me on his ETA, showed up at the confirmed time, and looked at everything. The honesty comes in where he confirmed there was nothing to fix really and explained that the dishwasher loop would require an air intake valve which meant cutting through the granite counter and he ran the dishwasher which ran just fine. All this to say, I could have had another company charge me just for the visit and for a fake fix but not Mako! Roger went the extra mile to write me a report invoice of $0 explaining his inspection. This is the epitome of integrity. Happy to write this review to express my gratitude!
