I had checked the outlet some days prior so I wasn't sure what was causing the issue. I'm a single mom so it took me a few days to have the time to get back to dealing with it. I texted Iggy and he sent his guys over right away, no mention of a service fee. They come out and find out it was unplugged, I was unaware that at my sons birthday party someone had done that to plug a speaker in. Again I had checked the outlet before that and didn't think it would have gotten unplugged without my knowledge. So iggys guy proceeded to charge me the $190 service fee FOR PLUGGING IN MY SUMP PUMP. In his words "If we come out and don't diagnose it we don't charge you, but if we FIX it we charge you the fee." Any decent person would understand that plugging something in is not fixing it, it was simply an oversight on my part and would not classify that as a "diagnosis." Once I realized he was not budging on the cost I asked him to fix a p-trap that a friend was going to do for free but since I was on the hook for $190 I was going to have something actually repaired that morning. After 15 minutes of replacing the p-trap I was told the price was now $275. I told them I wasn't paying more than $200 and he very reluctantly agreed only because I had not been informed of the service fee in the first place. I'm a fair reasonable person and happy to pay folks their due wages for good work. However I expect reasonable and fair in return and my latest experience with Iggys guys was not that. They have lost my business for good.

The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version.
