I had a very positive experience working with Plumber Pro. Maik listened to my description of the problem and my concerns, and came out the next day and did a thorough inspection complete with photo and videos of what exactly the problem was. Unfortunately my repair turned out to be far more extensive than I thought it would be, hence it was more costly than I thought it would be. But it was a fair price considering the extent of the work that had to be done. Then he and a worker came out today (Saturday) and began to work promptly as scheduled this morning. Maikel was the quickest response to Yelp quote request. I was worried a quote from a plumbing company was going to be high, but his price was very reasonable. I was able to set the appointment for the next day 11am. That gave me enough time to decide which new toilet I wanted (picked from Consumer Reports) & to get it from Home Depot the next morning. HD put it in my car and Maikel took it out of my car. Maikel explained why I needed a toilet flange spacer. The toilet installation was completed in a timely manner.
