    James came by today to replace a leaky faucet cartridge. I didn't know what the issue was going to be but he figured it out quickly. He was responsive via text, gave an accurate quote, was in and out quickly and was really nice. He wasn't in a rush after he was done and showed my boyfriend how to shut off the water. He also checked out another faucet on his way out. Down to earth guy, straight forward and great to work with. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. Thanks, James!

    New tankless water heater

    James installed a tankless water heater and replaced the old gas lines under my new house in Novato. I called so many other plumbers who didn't answer the phone and/or never returned my calls, I'm so glad I found Plumbing Pros! They were super responsive and came out promptly to give me a quote. When I contacted James, I had less than one week before I was planning to move in, and he was able to get everything done prior to my move-in date! I'm so happy to have hot water and safe gas lines :) I would highly recommend Plumbing Pros and will definitely be calling James next time we need a plumber. Thank you!

    Long hair = clogged drain…read more I've tried EVERY drain catcher imaginable. The hair in drain issue persists. I bought those plastic hook sticks to pull my hair out. I bought the metal snake situation. Nope, my long hair is undefeated What to do? Call the plumber. When you own your home, things like this need to be addressed. That is your pipe in your bathroom. If you can't clear it, call someone who can. Zaragoza Plumbing has consistently fixed whatever plumbing needs I've had over the years. It's so nice to have a go-to for my plumbing needs knowing whoever shows up will be polite, professional, skilled, and affordable. My hair clog took about 10 mins with something machine sounding. Maybe a drill with an attachment? I'm getting ready to donate my 8th ponytail of more than 12" to children with hair loss. Thanks to Zaragoza plumbing, this labor of love donating my long hair over and over is possible.

The permit inspector found some shortcuts…read morethey tried to make and they addressed them in order to get signed off, however, they were a bit sloppy when they did their work and I had to repaint my garage door since they used it as a "shelf" for the blue PVC cement while lathering the pipes. Within a couple weeks of installation, the main board on the Navien water heater went bad, and I had to get in the middle of the negotiations with the water heater company on who was going to cover the labor cost since it was under warranty.

    Installation just finished on a four-unit Quilt mini-split system. Very new product and I'm excited…read moreabout the aesthetics, usability and efficiency. My experience with Bellows has been an interesting one. TLDR; highly recommended and check out the Quilt system! - - - I had originally scheduled an estimator to come out an give a price on replacing a whole house gas furnace with a heat pump system but was also considering a multi-head mini-split system. The technician who came out was knowledgable and introduced me to the Quilt system. He was not pushy at all, simply said that it was a new system that showed a lot of promise. After reading a bit more about it, I was sold! The promise of efficiency was intriguing and the usability and aesthetics sealed the deal. It took about a month to really get things going, but once they started, the installation team was great! Very professional, efficient and tidy. On the third day of installation, I had inquired about the condenser unit location. It was placed in a prominent and highly visible location at the front of the house and I thought there was a good alternate location - moving it back about 5' and rotating it 90 degrees. I definitely missed the window of time when this should have been asked, and to move it would require some additional work. The initial response was not empathetic or customer satisfaction- minded, the quote for the change order was prohibitively high and I ended the phone call feeling very frustrated. Within minutes, one of the owners, was on the phone. Chelsea put on a MASTERCLASS in conflict resolution. She made a personal connection, approached the situation with humility and grace, quickly establishing empathy in both directions. Chelsea found a delicate balance between defending her business and wanting to help find a solution by sharing more detailed information about the systems and installation process, and asking questions about why I wanted to change the location. Like most customer-service facing professionals, she articulated that she wanted me to be happy with the product and service and that the company would make it right. But unlike the majority of those people, it did not come across as condescending - she was genuine, willing to explore options, and ultimately took the time to gather more information and see what options were actually available. The installation manager, Del, came out the next morning, worked with the installers to find an efficient solution to move the unit, and the system was completed within the original schedule. The two-man installation team ended up working a little later, and even on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, showed professionalism and patience in testing the system, cleaning up, and making sure all of my questions were answered before calling the job complete. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with my Bellow's experience and would recommend. I am very impressed with Chelsea and her handling of the situation. The company, her partners and anyone working for her should be grateful for the leadership she provides. Thank you Chelsea, Del, Joed and Julian!

I am adding a screenshot of the appointment confirmation. You obviously didn't check your records very well because the work was done in March 12, 2021, and you were out recently on May 7, 2026 to give me an estimate on the warranty repair. And I am not anonymous, that's a real photo of me. Dan was really nice -- I have no issues with Dan, more the install. You guys have been out to several of my properties and business for estimates.
