Let me tell you about these lies. I submitted a claim through my warranty company called Choice #Warranty I put the claim in on June 19 when my garbage disposal started leaking I've been using it since I put that claim in last night I had company over someone put some lettuce down my garbage disposal. This man is gonna call my #Warranty company and says that the stuff that's in my garbage disposal cause the leak the leak has been going on for 10 days been using my garbage disposal every day since then so he's gonna lie and now they will not cover my garbage disposal when I tell you I believe this is a racist company. I believe it's a racist company. I do not have to lie that leak started on June 19. The garbage disposal got clogged up last night so how could some lettuce cause the garbage was supposed to start leaking when it was already leaking and I have video from it leaking from June 19 so I'm very upset. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody because you just didn't wanna fix it once you came to my house and seen that I was a black woman so you went and told them lies because I don't have to lie about a garbage disposal. Why would I lie about how it got start leaking? How could some lettuce start that leak leaking the house was building 2012 so that's the original garbage disposal. Plumbtegrity lacks integrity which is ironic given that name. They came to my house at the request of my home warranty to unclog my toilet. The technician lied and said something hard was stuck in the toilet and it needs to be replaced. He in turn wrote on his report that a diaper was the source of the clog and the toilet needed to be replaced. Another came out to verify and fix the clog. He took less than 5 minutes to unclog the toilet. If I could give zero starsI would. I wouldn't allow them to work on a barbie dream house. They are not honest people. If you are forced to use them because of warranty. Watch them closely and have a witness to what they tell you. Use at your own risk. I wasn't going to write a review but to try and use my disability as an excuse is disgusting. Thank God the warranty company had questions after receiving the report. read more

Y'all Again... 5 + stars. Dustin came and fixed my shower, my leaking tub and 2 outside hose bibs. He was on time, he was knowledgeable, he was super polite and neat. I don't want anyone else doing work at my house. The quality has been 100% consistent. I do not use home warranty companies because I know good companies have their hands tied sometimes as to what they can and cannot do in a visit. This would have been 4 visits- 4 issues. I got it done for less than what a home warranty would have cost me for 1 month and a service call. I talked with Susan on the phone, she was super helpful- got me scheduled for next day ( I did not have an emergency- just a long list of things to do). I was assigned with this company through my home warranty. My shower knob was hard to turn on/off and had a drip when in the off position. I looked it up on YouTube and a new cartridge should have been the fix. Plumbtegrity came out and said they would have to cut a hole through my wall and replace the plumbing all together. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and turns out a $14 cartridge was all that was needed. I highly recommend using someone else!!! This review is way overdue. DO NOT USE PLUMBTEGRITY. The Plumber/Owner of the business came over when I had a leak in my hot water recirculation line, shut off my water, disconnected the hot water recirculation line and then said he could not fix the problem. And then left with my water turned off and the water line still disconnected. If you have a home warranty that tries to dispatch them, request someone else. Anyone else. One more thing. The name Plumbtegrity is supposed to be a portmanteau, i.e., a word blending or combining the meanings of two other words. Plumbtegrity is supposed to consist of Plumber and Integrity. In this case, it is the highest form of irony. Be forewarned, this company has neither Plumbers nor Integrity. Here is Plumbtegrity's response to my recent review just posted. We believed the right thing to do was be honest that we do not work on circulating systems or the piping. This is our standard policy and I believe I told you that while we were there. had tube faucet leak and i already knew it was a bad water valve, but i am a network engineer and i get busy. so called my home warranty to get it fixed, they told my wife they couldn't fix it and had to cut through my daughters closet drywall. i said "no" left work grabbed 4 tools and removed the water valve myself. I use a Home Warranty company & was giving the name of Plumbtegrity LLC to set up an appointment on Friday. unfortunately I wasn't able to talk to anyone until early Monday morning because they are closed during the weekend. I had to cut off the water main since we couldn't shutoff the water on the water-heater. My appointment was set between 11-2pm on Monday. Dustin showed up & added 2 SharkBites to shut off the water to the water heater & then we were able to put on the Main line of water. The list of repairs was sent to the warranty company the same day. Today, Tuesday, I was informed that the warranty company approved the request, per Plumbtegrity making the phone call to get that approval. Dustin installed the water-heater & checked a small problem that I had with plumbing & fixed the 12 year problem. I couldn't be more excited about having hot water in my house after waiting 4 days. Thank goodness Plumbtegrity was there for us & I am so grateful to Dustin for being so prompt & knowledgeable about his trade! read more

So I don't know who to blame, the warranty company (I am guessing they picked the way below bottom dollar plumbing company). This joker from Plumtegrity of Taylor, Texas came out on May 11, 2020 to fix a leak under the kitchen sink that was stemming from the garbage disposal. He insisted there was no leak until He was shown a slow drip (yes it is leaking if you take your time and wait...eventually he agreed after seeing the leak). He replaced the unit and sealed a pipe under the sink which was separated. On 14 May, 2020 I called the company directly to let them know the issue was not resolved. The same technician came out on 15 May 2020 and could not find a leak until he was shown where the leak came from. He showed me a piece of "rubber" that had a hole he was going to replace. No problem "yeah you found the problem." Low and behold I decided to run the dishwasher that afternoon (I never use the dishwasher), in one hour the bottom of the sink/cabinet was filled with water. What a crack pot. Ow this will be the third time the problem needs fixing. Went through this company for service through our home warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. After arriving and spending 30 seconds taking pics of our old water heater they determined we needed $500 in modifications in order to replace the leaking water heater. When we advised we would like a 2nd opinion the secretary- I believe Susan, advised us we can submit for that but "you won't like what your second opinion is." And then hung up. I freaked out when I suspected my new-to-me condo had crossed hot and cold water lines (washer washing in cold, rinsing in hot - opposite of the settings, for example). My home warranty company sent out Plumbtegrity to investigate. Come to find out it's a family-owned company, and the owner's son, Dustin, was assigned to the case. He was so thorough - really drilling down (not literally) to identify the issue. When he determined the actual problem, it turned out not to be such a big deal, after all. First of all, the largely overweight reddish- headed man never introduced himself. It was explained first to his company and again to him that our home warranty company made erroneous arrangements with my husband for another plumbing company to show up... when they had, the warranty procedure was not followed (not their fault, but the person from the warranty company) and it resulted in the presentation of a $718.00 bill, which prompted my refusal of service. These two from the other company had taken apart my shower faucet and rudimentarily placed it back in the wall; they told me the cartridge "just fell apart in [their] hands". They said they left it that way because it was going to be taken apart again anyway; to me, that made perfect sense. I was made to pay $75.00 for the visit. The reason I did not ask them back is because one of the two would not stop his mask from falling down past his nose and mouth; my 76 y/o Mom lives with me and it was upsetting enough to not reinvite them to play Russian roulette with the health of my family. With that said, my husband contacted the warranty company and they made arrangements for another company to show up to my home. Plumbtegrity LLC was sent to my home. It didn't take long for the guy to show, I'll give him that. I greeted him at the door and noticed he was wearing a neck gaiter. Gotta tell y'all, I'm not messing around. I don't take the life of my family for granted. Gaiter noted, I asked him I could give him another mask to wear because the gaiter would not suffice. He went back to his truck and put on a regular mask, emblazoned with the Tx flag. That was appreciated. Upon entry, he was given a squirt of hand sanitizer. I began re-appraising him of the situation for which he arrived and showed him the shower that the other company had been in. The way my shower is situated does not allow for social distancing so I told him I was not going to hover but would be in my kitchen. He acknowledged that. A very few minutes later, maybe two, he emerges from the room into my hall... he has an expression of discontent. Then we proceed to the other shower, proximal to my elderly Mom. She says hello, he is curt, and her first impression is that he is rude. He looks at her shower faucet handle ( the same as the other one) and exits her area, begins moving to exit my home. He asks exasperatedly, " Did you just have these installed?" with a whine in his voice, as he began moving toward my door. My turn to be exasperated. I told him, "No, I just told you what the situation was." He began leaving and then told me, " I have to call the company and get parts... then I'll be back." I acknowledged that and wished him safety on his travels in consideration of the Covid surge. He then told me, " Me and my whole family had it this summer. It lasted about three days and it wasn't bad." Well, well, well Mr. Neck Gaiter Wannabe, thank you very much for your desired laxity when you arrived at my home. You and your family are not everyone's experience. Wait folks, that's not all... We waited for some communication; after the second day of nothing, my husband called Plumb"tegrity" for some kind of clue as to what was going on. At that time, he was informed that the guy who came to my home refused to return, citing "he wasn't able to do anything because the other guys took the faucet all apart." That would be the first crack we discovered in that 'tegrity. My husband then called the first company to inform them of the accusation leveled against them by Plumb"tegrity". He got them to speak to one another in regard to our faucet ( which, by the way, looked cosmetically fine, it just was not working relative to the cartridge!) and the outcome is that the first company stated they had "no idea what he was talking about." That would be the second crack in that 'tegrity, y'all. But there's more! Let me remind y'all he said he would be back after he got parts. That would be a contractual promise. He said that to my face. That makes his statement a lie. Lies don't convey 'tegrity. Because of his lie we had to get another plumber. It was quite the wait, particularly difficult for my Mom, but this third company was represented by an awesome plumber who'd been to my home in the past. It took all of about twenty minutes for the cartridges to be replaced. This company was informed of the situation by my home warranty company, because we weren't going to pay another $75.00 service charge; I surmise that was worked out between the third plumbing company and the warranty place. Upon his exit, he told me, " I have no idea what that other guy was talking about." Yet another crack in that 'tegrity, y'all. I have no idea his reason for refusing to return but buyer beware. This guy has cracks in his business "tegrity" and you might be down the drain after calling them. If this business is looking for a certain type of client, they should state that before violating potential customers. read more

No integrity. I totally agree with the other review of SA. They are jus out to collect the fee but not do any work. Other tech would show you what they report like when the rust kept me from getting AC replaced. But the scammer came and left in 5 minutes and then the phone calls came trying to get fee. It wasnt but a week later when I found out they reported corrosion on garbage disposal and I got denied. A tech with INTEGRITY would have showed me. I look and see nothing. We just had a followup visit after installing a new HVAC system in our home. Geo, the service person provided excellent, attentive service. This is not the first time we received excellent service from Plumbtegrity. Each time our service person was very thorough, professional and competent. This is so comforting, knowing you're in good hands with such an important home project. I can't recommend them enough. It's such a relief to have a solid vendor who you can trust with your home. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: I believe they are taking advantage of Home Warranty Companies, did NOT provide me any service on 2 visits, do NOT care about the customer, and do NOT ever answer their phone or call you back. After 30 days of calling them repeatedly, they refuse to tell our Home Warranty Company that the Work Order needs to be transferred to a HVAC company because the sink overflowed causing thousands of dollars in damage. Dustin from Plumbtegrity came to our house earlier today to fix a blockage in our tub/shower that was immune to liquid fixes, plastic snakes, and even a hand-powerd auger that I got from Lowe's. He ended up using a drill-powered auger and punched through whatever the blockage was in about 5 seconds. After he was done, he cleaned up after himself and then talked me through what he did and gave us tips on how to keep our shower drain flowing smoothly from now on. Given the circumstances these days, he wore a mask, touched as few surfaces as necessary, and even worked as quietly as possible to not interrupt my wife who was on a work call in the room adjoining the bathroom. This company was refereed to me through my home warranty company. The tech. came out and identified my problem as the detachable spray head on my kitchen faucet. After about a week he called me back and asked me to take a photo of the faucet so that he could identify the correct part, which I did. A couple of weeks go by and I contact the company to find out the status of my repair. The person that answered the phone gave me the make and model of the part I needed and said that this part should be covered under a lifetime warranty. I called the faucet company and they asked what year I had the part installed, I told them I did not know as it was in the house when I purchased it. I was told the warranty only covers the original purchaser. I called back to the plumbers and explained to the lady that there was no warranty and why. She asked me, "Why did you tell them you were not the original purchaser of the product". Supposedly the company is still trying to locate the part so they can notify my hw company for authorization to buy and install the part. This has been going on now for over 3 months and they still have done nothing about fixing my faucet. The part number is 920-1685, a simple Google search of this number will display literally thousands of places where the part may be purchased. I had to call my hw company to send out another plumber as I did not want the company back in my house again as I could not feel comfortable with any repairs they may make. I also had to pay the repair fee again for the second plumber, who by the way had my part installed in a short period of time. This is only my experience with this company, I would hope that yours is better. Good luck with that. read more

Plumbtegrity was assigned my claim following a bad experience with Pipe Doctor (both through Home Warranty of America). Jimmy and a young guy came out diagnosed that the problem was due to sediment in the tank and he could not recommend a flush and drain on an almost 10-year old hot water heater, but that it needed to be replaced. In his notes to the warranty company, he only noted that there was no mechanical failure and made no mention of the sediment issue, so now I'm getting the runaround from the HWA. I've called a couple of times and spoke with Susan, who doesn't seem to be particularly interested in wanting to help me get the issue resolved which could be done by them providing HWA with the correct diagnosis. I have a leak somewhere in my ceiling or wall. Likely a dripping pipe, pouring out all the water from my heated line and dripping it through the ceiling of a bathroom closet. Plumber arrived without a mask. Showed him where pipes were, he rattled them and shrugged. Showed him the water heater. He expected an electric heater to be making noise. Showed him the water actively dripping from the closet ceiling. He said "Well, that's bad." He then said that he, a plumber, couldn't figure out where the leak was and would tell my warranty company to send out someone who could. After a whole ten minutes in my house, he left. A day later, my warranty company tells me he had reported the job completed and billed for it. Do not trust this service. Do not trust the plumber. There is no 'tegrity to be found here. read more

Worst company ever, first they text with a date and timeframe, then called you after the time and said they need to reschedule, then the technician said that our toilet had an ödd setup", did not follow up with the home warranty, it has been a week and they still did not fill a report. We have called and email but they never answer the phone, or texts, we have to continue calling them, and when they answer, it is like they have alzheimer, help me remember about this one, oh, they do not have notes, they do not follow up, Susan told us "I need to talk to the manager",.....days passed and they don't do anything, so this is how they work for 9 days, In summary they did not fix the problem, and hold jus to get another contractor, they are a total waste of time, unprofessional, lack of customer service. Plumbtegrity was sent out for a service call for a water heater through our home warranty. Two technicians examined our water heater and decided it was a not brand they would service. After 20 minutes of speaking with their back office, they abandoned the service claiming they wouldn't service our brand. We still had to pay, even though they did not fix the water heater. Poor customer service in my opinion. They should NOT have taken the service call if they KNOW beforehand that they specifically won't service specific brands or models. read more

These folks are terrific!! Our water heater went out on us, late in the day (like 8pm or so) OF COURSE. It's fairly new, so we knew we didn't need a new one. We were pretty sure it was the heating element, but we really didn't feel comfortable trying to change that ourselves. The next morning, we called Plumbtegrity, and even though they were pretty booked up for the day, they said they'd be at our house in the afternoon if at all possible -- and the following morning at the latest if they couldn't work us in that day. That was fine with us. Not having hot water is a bummer, but we were glad it wasn't a situation where we'd need to pay the typical "rush" or "emergency" repair rate. They DID work us in, and had our water heater fixed in a jiffy. They had the part on their truck. It didn't cost an arm and a leg, either. Two guys did the job. Wish I'd noted both their names. "Rick" is the technician noted on the work order. They were both great! We will certainly be calling Plumbtegrity the next time we need some plumbing work or a repair. Thanks, y'all! read more

I have used Plumbtegrity multiple times. I have several rental properties on which I have home warranty policies. Plumbtegrity work with the home warranty company and were assigned to a few jobs I've needed done over the years. I now ask for them to be assigned because I appreciate the promptness and efficiency of their service. I've always found Susan, who runs their office, to be extremely pleasant and responsive, and their plumbing work has always been timely and more than satisfactory. I highly recommend them! read more
