WRONG diagnosis! The plumber took 2 seconds to wrongly diagnose the issue. Lol ! it was pathetic that I waited for couple of hours for the person to come. Also very bad with scheduling and picking up calls.. They never call back if you leave voicemails.. Have to call multiple times! I am now using a different plumber for my issue. DONT use them! Two plumbers from this company were sent out by my home warranty company to address water pressure issues and snake the drains. Within 15 minutes they left (after they got my handyman, who was installing my toiled, to jump off their dead truck). I was told that they had to check with the warranty company to see if a pressure value replacement was covered. After they left, I discovered my water pressure was /worse/ than they found it, so called the company and left a message. Plumbtegrity never called back. I spent an hour on the phone with my warranty company the next business day, only to discover Plumbtegrity refused to work on my plumbing for "personal reasons." I pressed harder, wondering if it was because I am queer or because I have two houseguests who have brown skin, one of whom is my partner, but the warranty company wouldn't say. Finally, the warranty company said they would not speak to these concerns, but did report that one of the plumbers was "frightened" by the art in my home, much of which is religious (I am a scholar of popular religions, from the mainstream to the underground). Bad experience because, first, I still have low pressure, second, they would not return my phone call, and third, because they /flat out lied to my face/. With no apology or simple courtesy---and showing more concern for their truck than their contractual need--I had to write this negative review. read more

Jimmy came to our house - we hadn't been able to use the kitchen sink for a few days. Everything was backed up. He unclogged the sink, fixed the leaking pipe underneath the sink, showed us that we didn't need a new garbage disposal; it just needed to be reset. He gave us helpful tips on better kitchen sink plumbing maintenance; unclogged the dishwasher and got that running again. Also took our faucet apart to remove calcium buildup that was blocking the water giving us low water pressure. All that is 30 minutes. So happy to have a non-leaking, not clogged, fully functional, high-water-pressure kitchen sink again! 5-star experience for us. read more

My entire plumbing system backed up, I had two leaky valves on my wash machine hoses, and the wax seal under one of my toilets was leaking. The leaky valves and the seal had been needing repair for a couple of weeks and I hadn't been able to get a plumber to come out for various reasons. Once the entire house backed up (8pm last night!) I decided I better go through my home warranty company. I called last night and they hooked me up with Plumbtegrity. They called first thing this morning and had a guy out to my house by noon. Dustin came out and had the system unclogged within 10 minutes, showed me where my water shut-off valve was just in case I ever needed it, fixed the leaky valves in about 30 seconds flat, and had the wax seal replaced under the toilet in another 20 minutes. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and left the bathroom neat - not a drop of water on the floor where he worked on the toilet! Based on today's experience, I highly recommend this company, and Dustin was great! read more

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this company. Our water heater recently went out over a week ago and Plumbtegrity was contracted out to check the issue. The technician looked at it and went straight to the breaker box, which he then suggested we call an electrician to have them switch out the circuit board. The electrician came out a few days later switched out the circuit board. We were instructed to call back and have the plumber come out again if this didn't work. This morning once again we have no hot water and when calling Plumtegrity they said they're unable to send anyone back out until next week. I can understand if this was the first visit out, but since it wasn't adequately checked the first time there should be some sort of willingness to work with us. We have 3 small children one of which is an infant and we're going on now for 2 weeks without hot water with refusal to accommodate and trying to fit us in sooner. They requested us to call a different plumbing company to see if someone could come out. We feel like they are pushing this issue off on someone else to deal with since the water heater is under warranty and this is completely unacceptable. read more

Plumbtegrity is great! Our water heater kept going out. We had another company (through our home warranty company) come out who basically blamed it on us. Plumbtegrity then came out and found that it was only a matter of time before our water heater started a fire! Great quick service for problems with a burst sink hose that flooded the house while tenants were gone. A subsequent call for other minor plumbing issues was taken of quickly. I plan to use them again if any other issues develop. read more

Home warranty of America assigned them as Service provide for my Condo Kitchen sink issue, They came and fixed the problem, After 20 days my water bill came more than 1100 $ ( usual one is around 50 $ ) they left some pipes leaking inside, when I try to call them to help, they refused to have a look. Never seen such an unprofessional company. Please stay away from them. Minimum courtesy is too send someone to check the work that has been done by them. read more

Called Plumbtegrity in a panic because I have 2 ladies I live with and the whole house was stopped up, with toilets overflowing and shower backing up. The night before I had tried unclogging it myself with a rubber bladder device which usually works but didn't. The truck pulled up much sooner than I expected, and Jimmy was a very nice guy. With his assistant they got it unclogged within 15 minutes. Also impressed he gave me advice on where to get it camera'd out in order to diagnose future problems and also discussed do-it-yourself options. Update: System clogged again 3 days later, and couldn't reach company though tried several times. When snaking our line I noticed he did NOT use the propeller attachment at all. Perhaps it was an oversight? I understand its a Sunday but hoping for some communication at least. Called Home Warranty and found another plumber. Weekends are hard for everyone, I guess. read more

Completely useless. They came out for a warranty call and did not perform the work because they couldn't connect the disassembled garbage disposal. Are you kidding me? The guy was rude and lazy. I call warranty company because water heater pilot out so warranty call plumbtegrity and they sent a tech out. Tech took 2.5 hrs to figure and change part. After it work and we pay the tech and got a receipt. Then a month later pilot went out again and I call warranty again and they sent the same tech. Warranty told me if same problem then no need to pay. The tech got there 2nd time and fixed under 10 mins and he left and didn't ask for any money. (Obviously he forgot to clean out the gas line the first time and that's why he can complete within 10 mins). The same day, 2 hrs later plumbtegrity called and left a voicemail asking us to pay $75 because warranty won't pay them. I was working and 3 more hrs later they sent a text asking for $75 and 10 mins after they left a voicemail asking to pay $75 and if we don't they will call warranty to blacklist us. I saved all proves if needed to listen. The voicemail was rude, threatening. The next morning I called warranty and first rep said he will call back but never did. Then plumbtegrity called again asking the 75 again without receipt, no description or anything. So I recall warranty again, another rep told me to contact them and talk to them, the rep told me I own them nothing, and if they call again to tell them I will contact police. The thing is I don't get why I pay warranty company when I have to do everything myself. I told warranty to call them and settle it because the company on the voicemail said warranty rejected to pay and warranty company said they never talk to them. Warranty is the one who found this contractor company. We know nothing about them. All I can describe plumbtegrity to be threatening, rude, dishonest and probably don't have any business because within 12 hrs they called and asked the money 4times. read more

I needed the repair done as quickly as possible because of a thorough cleaning my house was going through. Roger was the technician sent over, and he was so quick, so courteous and professional, and the job was done in about an hour -- maybe less. I called this company because my home warranty company contracts with them. Chance was the technician, and although it turns out that the home warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on, Plumbtegrity made all of the repairs, installed a new toilet quickly and even offered me some advice on doing a few things on my own when I asked.
