I strongly recommend. Great attitude, and the service was what I expected. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is for time. I did call kind of late -8:30. The eta arrival time went from 45 to 60 min to more near two hours. He had to make another trip to the shop, so from time of call I wasn't able to use the plumbing until midnight. Very Rude Plumber! A day Late and Unreliable. He is trying to fix our plumbing and put a snake in our drain...he broke one of the pipes and he said he will charge us if he replaces it! $260.00. Lazy and likes shortcut. That's why he broke the pipe instead of doing it the right way.The guy that came to our house is Enrique! The one who owns this company i guess. The one you will see in the video. Terrible service. I am a real estate investor and he is not the kind of guy I will ever call again. So its up to you guys... Very sneaky. He seems like he doesnt want to tell you the right way of taking care of your drain so you can keep calling him back. The plumber (Enrique Jr.) came over to do some repairs to a leaky pipe. The work was completed, unfortunately, 3 days later, the leak sprung up again, this time even worse than before. Apparently the plumber (who claims to have over 10 years of experience) forgot to solder one of the joints to the pipeline and the leak became progressively worse. Called the plumber multiple times on the same day. He eventually called and left a voice mail stating that he was busy/booked that entire day & that I would have to wait for the weekend to pass before he could stop by and take a look. The weekend passes. I call him on Monday and he never responds. By Tuesday, I've had it, so I call another plumber who addresses the problem in less 20 minutes at half the price the plumbwise plumber charged me. The plumbwise plumber finally calls me back and says that his phone got wet and he couldn't respond. Stated he would refund me the money that I spent on repairs. Another week goes by and there's no check. I call again and again. Guy never answers his phone. Complaints are filed w/ the penny saver magazine where he advertises his services. Finally, I reach him one day and he apologizes. Stated that he was out of town and that someone else was fielding his calls at the time. Tells me that his bosses have been giving him hell about cutting a $75 refund check. He promises me that the check is in the mail. It's been over 2 months now and I haven't seen the check. All my calls to him go straight to voice mail. If you want a piss poor plumbing job done and then given the cold shoulder, call the plumbwise plumber today! read more

Terrible experience! I had a clogged drain issue at my plant and looked online for a plumber and came across Plumbwise. We called them up and within no time Enrique came to take a look at the issue. He gave me a quote right away, and got to work. He worked for a couple hours until we closed and he told me he would have to come back the next day to finish the job. Sure enough, the next day Enrique came to finish the job. Once he finished he handed me a bill for about $1,000 more than he originally quoted me! I asked him why the bill was way higher than the original quote and he explained the additional work he did, but when I asked why he didn't let me know that it was going to be higher, his response was "I forgot." I was very upset by this and Enrique left. The next day Enrique showed up asking for his check. Once again I expressed how upset I was and he told me that he felt very bad about the poor communication and that he was going to give me a free drain cleaning to compensate as long as it was within 6 months. Today marks a month that I have been trying to get Enrique to clean my drains and he continues to ignore me. He has showed up twice to do the cleaning and both times he left within 10 minutes of arriving. He jumps into his van without saying anything and leaves, and then calls my secretary and blames it on a personal issue/emergency. At this point I am beyond fed up with how unprofessional and unreliable Enrique has been. It's funny how when a check is involved Enrique is at my door bright and early, but when I need the "free" drain cleaning he promised me, he goes missing. Be careful everyone. read more

This company is GREAT!! We had him out to inspect a possible leak & a clogged drain ... he gave the straight scoop with no bs or hard sell for something I didn't need!! So I had an issue with my toilet, and I called Enrique to get a quote. When he came out he let me know that he could get me the part to fix it. I also mentioned I needed help with my shower, the water pressure had been very low and so he recommended I get a chrome shower handle (I previously had plastic and he said they break more easily). I had a main drain blockage and Enrique gave me three options. He first used the least expensive option and the blockage was cleared. He then explained the two other options which requires more time and effort that I opted out of. However, I was given the opportunity to use the more expensive options that does a better job of clearing the 4" main pipe if I was not satisfied and pay only the difference.
