We needed a company that could respond quickly and handle a challenging situation, and Craftsman Sewers delivered. They arrived on time with the right equipment and got straight to work. They made incredible progress on the first day and came back promptly the next morning to finish the job. They never complained about how difficult the work was--they stayed focused until everything was completed. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and work ethic. As a fellow contractor, I appreciate companies that show up when they say they will, do exactly what they promise, and take pride in their work. Unfortunately, no was able to fix the issue until Count Wide Septic came out. They not only fixed the issue, they also educated us on what kind of system we had and how it works. Just the knowledge they passed on alone was more than we have received from other companies. We ended up having a dislodged pipe which they showed us on their snake camera. They ran new piping all the way to pit and made sure everything was working good before we left. It's been a week and our system is running great. We will definitely be using them if anything comes up again.

When I was sure that we had to first replace the whole septic system, I got quotes from many companies and building 5 offered the most competitive price. I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. They did a wonderful job within a day with cheapest price which some company has to finish in a week but charge triple. They truly care not just for the money. Thank you for everything. Unfortunately my condo complex is built as cheaply as possible so nobody carried the part, so i decided to just let Dan replace it. He did that and a full flush for a reasonable price. His professionalism and efficiency, his patience with me, and competitive prices are top-notch.
