Curious to see why this occured he looks to his right and sees that his entire drink has disappeared into the crevice below the passenger seat. What does he do? He takes it to a car wash near his job to vacumm it out and it looked ok. Until, he goes to park his car and hears the liquid sloshing around below the floor boards. His next step is to go to a car wash detailer that makes it look pretty, vacumms out the liquid, but a smell develops because of the milk that was in his beverage. Suffice to say we were not impressed and needed to find a solution ASAP. He found reviews for Clean Image on Google and based on the webiste's description of the odor removal process it was the best choice. The entire cleaning took three days. They had to remove the passenger seat to get under the carpet and do the ozone odor removal process. When we got the vechicle back it was a pleasure to take breath of air that wasn't laced with the odor of rotting milk. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the need of an odor removal for a beverage mishap like ours.

I need to find a detail shop in NY because we wanted to get my father's car cleaned up so my can get the most for the car as a trade-in. I called Clean Image; Jack answers the phone and we made an appointment to bring the car to him in Huntington for an estimate. My father brings the car to Jack, I was able to speak to Jack over the phone via Facetime. The interior has four years of cigarette smoke build up. The interior is gray, but when we dropped it off to Jack, it was tan. Jack was very professional and very detailed. He showed me the equipment that he uses to shampoo the fabric and carpet. He showed me the chemicals he uses to clean the interior. His recommendation for the ozone to kill the cigarette smell, and offer to run the ozone for an hour. Priced very reasonable. and I would highly recommend Jack. Being three hundred miles away, he provided me with regular updates, sending me photos of his progress to keep me in the loop. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. The work takes about 2 days after drop off, they work with a company in Bay Shore called Supreme Shine that does the PPF work, and after inspecting the car, the work looks very well done. The price-point is on target for what would be industry standard for PPF work regarding Full Hood, Bumper, Lights and Interior/Exterior Detail, as well as Polishing the Columns (much needed) and a small ding touch up.
