Beats buying from faceless, humanless on line customer service when it's needed. They even bettered Costco's deal for replacement auto battery with a quality brand, AC Delco that had a longer warranty. Another time I remember they spent a good amount of time on line for me researching a proper replacement headlight harness. I'm glad I've created an account there so I can get parts quickly when necessary. On-line venders may often times be cheaper, but have no one to speak to when issues arise, returns have to be made, or need something quicker. Something to be said of the Mom&Pops shop.
