Management fostered a toxic work environment where respect, communication, and basic fairness were clearly lacking. Instead of addressing concerns or handling issues constructively, the response was mishandling and ultimately termination--without transparency or accountability. No one should feel disrespected, unheard, or disposable at their workplace. Unfortunately, that seems to be the culture here. Until leadership takes responsibility and prioritizes ethical treatment of employees, I wouldn't recommend this location to job seekers or customers who care about how businesses treat their people.

It got taken care of. Also, I have taken my own car (Toyota Corolla 2015) to get a wheel alignment and a new set of tires. Peter then again help me and explained in great detail the warranty of the tires. There are Great Mechanics at this Pep Boys location. I would definitely return to this location.
