I was worried how I was going to get home since most places were closed or may not have the tire or had terrible reviews. I found tires r us and he was responsive and left what he was doing to come with his mobile service. Unfortunately the rims were bent and we went to his his shop where again he immediately got it done for me so me and my family can get home. On top of it all he was very fair and honest. Can't thank Tyrone and his team enough for saving me when I had no where to go!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. Don't waste your time with anyone else , use them!

I Purchased new tires from them. 2 years ago I went to them for all my oil changes for the tires rotations, and recently I had a flat tire, and they told me it would be 30 bucks. It was a slow leak i asked him since I purchased the tires here. Wouldn't that be free and he told me? No, it's 30 bucks, so I will no longer be going to them for anything. Too bad besides that they were really good. I have never purchased new tires from a place that didn't cover a flat tire. They were my go to place...not anymore!

Despite all doors to the car repair area being up earlier, suddenly, as I stood there, all the doors came down. I later learned that this was because of the rain...nevermind that it was raining all morning and they were wide open when I arrived. I managed to see the hockey pucks used before my vehicle was lifted so I went to the waiting area. After a while, the vehicle was returned to me following the complementary tire rotation. A few weeks later, I determined, that my wheels were not, in fact, rotated. There was no, "we determined there was no need to do a rotation at this time". Because of the shadiness and the lack of information, I will not return to this Mavis location. I've been to other Mavis locations where you can, if you wish, see your car worked on and no one makes a fuss about it.

Joe who works the front desk and is the main mechanic is very competent and honest. The other older mechanic is attentive. Mark works in the office and is very sure of himself, but is fair to deal with. The price is reasonable and they use quality oil. They only use NAPA parts which can be a bit of a downside if you would want a specific part put in the car. Overall, I do recommend them.
