The service is consistently quick, attentive, and respectful, and the staff is always eager to help. Two wraps, a hot BLT and buffalo chicken sliders. None of them were even average. BLT was cold, sliders looked like something I could make in my air frier using frozen buffalo chicken and the wraps were just ok. No idea why it took an hour. Waitress had to text her boss to see if she could comp us. I feel bad for her. She probably has to deal with this all the time and doesn't get any freedom to try and make her customers happy when things go sideways.

The staff is friendly and very attentive (sometimes almost too much where we felt rushed to have them clear our plates), but the food is why you came. Can't recommend the chicken avocado club enough (toasted sourdough and the best hand cut fries you've ever had) plus the French onion angus burger (fantastic, super juicy and great flavor). I believe the building was originally part of the Reading Railroad, that, however, could be an urban legend but sitting in the spacious space, I would like to imagine it's true. We have come here a few times over the past year and really, REALLY,want to like the place (which is why we keep coming back) sadly it is one disappointment after the last. Slow service, cold food, orders wrong, etc. I appreciate that the staff always makes things right when there is an issue, but unfortunately, we've had a pattern of problems. While the effort to fix things is appreciated, it is becoming frustrating and uncomfortable to regularly have to send food back or point out the mistakes. When we go out to eat, we just hope to receive the correct order served hot and enjoy a smooth, relaxing experience. It's tough when the drinks sit empty for a long time especially when we try to get the servers attention and they seem to avoid eye contact I understand things can get busy, but we typically come during lunch hours during the week when the restaurant is quiet so it's disappointing that these issues happen consistently. When the food IS correct, and the proper temperature, it just doesn't meet the quality that we find elsewhere. It's almost as though they feel speed takes priority over precision. They just want it plated, and on the pass as quickly as possible. I've even had a waiter rushing to the table, literally dropping fries on the way. Again, this wasn't during happy hour or game or any busy time. Just a very quiet lunch. You know what they say about crazy... "doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different results" I think I will have to call it quits and accept defeat rather than continue the cycle of insanity. I don't think we will be back to Station.

If you are a woman--stay away from this place. the owner is a chauvinistic pig who was doubling as the host. 4 Of us were meeting up for a bday dinner. I walked in and spoke to the owner/host that I was trying to meet up with 3 others; in the middle of this. 2 guys walked in behind; he ignored me and walked the 2dudes to seat them. When he came back, he gave me an awkward look with his head tilted. I asked him if I was invisible because In the middle of my speaking to him; he brushed me aside to help out the 2 dudes. He unleashed more rude comments trying to belittle me for bringing this to his attention citing people died today . I told him his customer service stinks. Instead of apologizing; he tried bullying me and he told me I could leave if I wasn't happy. I asked him if his ego is going to forego the business of 4 and he just shrugged his shoulders implying he doesn't care. I stayed and waited for the other 3 members of our party. This owner was snickering to his help regarding this. When my husband got there he tried to speak to the owner for his lack of decorum and again the owner went into a tirade that he got jumped on for nothing, As the owner alternated drinking beer and iced tea drinks. This is not a nice place to dine and I wouldn't trust the liar /disrespecful/owner to provide me anything to ingest. Since the owner treats you lousy from the get go; he is untrustworthy to serve the public. Seedy is too good of a word for this place; there is an undercurrent of such vulgarity at Pocos. I would like to respond to Mary S from Warrington. I have worked for that so called chauvinistic pig for 15 years(which btw is unheard of in the restaurant business) and he is the best boss I have ever had!! Besides being loyal and caring to his employees he does so much for his community. Every year he collects brand new bicycles that our loyal customers donate and toys for the toys for tots foundation over the years he has donated hundreds of brand new bicycles and helmets, and thousands of dollars in toys for children in need. Pocos is a fun upbeat atmosphere where every walk of life is welcome. We have 3 generations of children coming to Pocos Restaurant, and many stories of 1st dates at Pocos that have ended in long lasting Marriages. We treat our customers like they are a part of our own family from greetings when they walk in the door to salutations when they leave. read more

Seriously...I can't believe the bad reviews I am seeing for this place! I have been there several times and it's my second favorite restaurant in Doylestown! The margaritas are delicious and "very relaxing"!! The martinis are, by far, the biggest and coldest in town! The menu is HUGE...something for everyone...and the non-Mexican food is actually just as good as the Mexican (burgers and cheese steaks are some of the best in town). My favorite is the Ethel and Lucy Nachos...I dream about them!! And the staff...ALWAYS upbeat, friendly and we wait for NOTHING!! My kids love this place, too! They always pick Poco's...they think it's fun! Great kids menu and free sunglasses. Also, it won't break the bank! Thanks and keep up the great work, Pocos!! read more

No stars. The owner is always rude and the food is lousy & overpriced. I asked the waiter to change something he said "We don't change the entrees". I said, "Why is it frozen or pre made?" He looked at me and it looked like he was thinking- wow how did he know that? So then we went up to the overpriced comedy club. Terrible seating, packs the people in like rats, a fire disaster waiting to happen. Then the over priced drinks are served in Plastic CUPS! The comics were not that great and one had a really foul mouth. Avoid this place. read more

Poco's is our favorite place to eat in Doylestown!! We go there several times a month. The staff is extremely friendly, and we always get seated right away. The atmosphere is very lively. The food and drinks are delicious, and there are so many options for traditional Mexican food or American food. Not too expensive and there are happy hour deals and 1/2 price margaritas on Thursdays! This is our Friday evening go-to every week. Drinks are always well made and never weak or watered down. Food comes out lightning fast whether it's an appetizer or dinner, and is always hot when it arrives. The kitchen does not mess around, but if you'd like a little "chips and salsa" time, the servers will gladly oblige. Do yourself a favor and come see what Poco's is all about. Did you know Poco's is now the oldest continuously run restaurant/bar in Doylestown? Same owner all these years. Everyone else has closed, sold, or changed hands. At Poco's, the owner, Wayne, is actually hands on. You might see him chatting up customers just as easily as you will see him washing bar glasses or seating guests. He is there most of the time, he cares and keeps an eye on things. That is one of the reasons why Poco's thrives and still cares about customer service. read more

Poco's is always great. I've been a customer since the early days and the food is consistently good. My kids have grown up dining at Poco's and my son chose Poco's for his birthday dinner last night. The dishes are simple but tasty. I have no idea how many plates of Ethel and Lucy's Nachos over the years but that's my go to dinner. My daughter is a big fan of the Taco Salad. This place is great!! I've been going there for over 10 years without a problem!! Their menu is quite large with an array of Mexican and American options. I personally enjoy the cheesesteaks, wings, and fajitas. They have a wonderful happy hour during the week - 1/2 off drinks!! Also the staff has always been friendly and usually helpful. Unfortunately, the medium steak came out rare, and the well-done steak was closer to medium. The garlic sauce was only lukewarm, not hot, and both steaks were tougher and fattier than expected. While our waitress was friendly, the overall service felt disorganized and inattentive, with staff seemingly stretched thin and focused on tasks other than guest care. Another group also struggled to get seated, and basic service details--like checking on tables or refilling drinks--were overlooked, leaving us feeling largely ignored throughout the meal. After seeing how undercooked my steak was, I decided I didn't want another one. Instead, I reordered the BBQ burger. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until my spouse had completely finished eating. The burger itself was just okay, but the frizzled onions were extremely stale, and the bacon was overcooked, with parts of it burnt. To their credit, management removed the Steak Frites from our bill and gave us 50% off the burger, which we appreciated. However, for the prices they charge, the overall quality of the food and service simply didn't justify the cost. They also charge a surcharge on top of that if you use a credit card. Tipping should reflect the quality of service provided, and in this case, the experience did not meet expectations. If you're going to remain open until 9:00 p.m. and later, there should be enough staff and experienced kitchen personnel to provide the same level of service guests would expect earlier in the evening. Overall, this visit fell far short of our previous experiences. We left disappointed and hoping this was just an off night, but based on this experience, it's difficult to recommend.

But, inside was clean and well lit. The receptionist was very pleasant and sat me. My waitress was very friendly. The meal was terrific. For $20 I got a starter Caesar salad, very generous portion of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and 2 sides. I chose fries and beets. The turkey was juicy and the gravy was nice - not too salty. Stuffing and sides were great too. I asked for some extra cranberry sauce and my waitress brought me a very generous side and I didn't have to pay extra! To top it off, my meal even included dessert. I chose mint chocolate chip ice cream with whip topping. Great food, terrific value, and very attentive friendly service. Very enjoyable experience!

The food is delicious, servings are more than generous and their prices are extremely reasonable. Despite how popular and busy they are, there is rarely a wait, even on weekend mornings. An added bonus is that the owner and every single employee there is always friendly and welcoming.

The chicken quesadilla was so over salted it was inedible. As for the calamari... it was downright disgusting. It showed up barely thawed and that made it impossible to eat. We took one look at the nachos and didn't even bother trying them. We tasted a bit of everything and ended up tossing the whole order in the trash. Total waste of money.
