This is a follow up to my original PODS review. When I wrote my review I never expected I would be contacted by the cooperate company. I figure this was a really good sign to at least address some of the policy concerns I had and most importantly reiterate the experience I had with my move. I spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with one of the Pod Execs which the hope that they would consider some policy changes. I never asked for money or a refund but simply want to know that they could communicate expectations with their customers. For example I learned that not all POD locations are manned by people.. Some many have a little as one person. Information like this would be helpful for customers to know. Supposedly also when you go to a PODs site to load, evidently you are allowed to pick whatever container. So in the event they fail to assign a container and it isn't reflect in your PODS account you can just simply pick one. ( I am not entirely comfortable with that myself).. Anyhow back to the phone call. So some of it was corporate babble and some of it seemed genuine but I was offered a $100 discount but there was a MAJOR STRING attached to it. I had to sign some legal document and the terms made me very uncomfortable. This document was very unfortunate. Between the phone call and reading the document I was prepared to do a review update stating how even though PODS really messed up my move experience I would say that the people on top really cared but once I read that document it now comes off like a "CYA" move. I was already happy to leave constructive feedback for them to consider implementing to improve their customers experience but it is clear this document I had to sign had other motivations.. Sorry but I will not sign that document.. For people considering PODS... Jus know things sound way on paper but expect ISSUES... You can only call the call center.. When you make arrangements call often and have each rep review the move order and see if they all say the same thing. If you are looking for container delivery and live in a secure location all I can say i good luck with that.. The driver will not contact you until roughly 20-30 minutes before arrival (as per company policy). Any prearrangements could possibly be notated on your account but one of the reps failed to make any notations on my account. bottom line.. look at other comparable services. if you are moving and considering pod PLEASE feel free to contact me. read more

Still more delays and haven't received my pod. Because I have no furniture in my house I've had to cancel my daughters birthday party. I was told that it would be delayed another day because of the transportation company. When the day comes for the actually delivery the driver does not come during the scheduled time window and when I call him he tells me he's not sure what time he will arrive. Do not contact customer service. They do not care about resolving any issues even if the company is at fault. I just want my stuff and to never deal with this company again. read more

PODS hit our house while delivering a container, damaging our rain gutter. Three weeks later, PODS has not acknowledged the damage they caused, nor have they offered to pay to get it repaired. PODS treats customers like dirt I suggest you never use PODS. read more

We decided to use PODS for our move from Maryland to South Carolina because we could not afford to hire a moving company. They delivered the POD on time, we filled it up, they picked it up on the scheduled day, and they delivered our POD at our new home, and the driver helped us open the door when our Big Green Egg shifted a little (we did try to contain it, but it's a Big Green, ridiculously heavy smoker that I got for my husband upon his military retirement). We had contact with three drivers and they were all wonderful to us, professional and willing to chat a bit about how to pack a POD. The only one who gave us a card for the purpose of a review was Dennis Osburn, but the last one was Ron, and they were all professional. What was even more wonderful is that we suffered no injuries to our furniture at all. We were warned by moving companies about using a POD, but I'm happy to say that they were wrong. Worst customer service/experience ever. Our kids beds were in our pod. Not only did it not arrive but we had no notice at all that the driver wasn't coming. We had to rush find a place to stay, stress out after already being stressed from moving, and to compensate us, here's $25. It's BEYOND awful. read more

I used PODS services for 3 months. It was extremely convenient to have them store my things for that amount of time, especially since I intended to use them for less than one month and they made it easy to continue to extend my service. However, I had numerous issues upon initial drop off and final drop off that would lead me to never use these services again unless I was absolutely desperate. Upon initial drop off, PODS made the best of a very limited space. My apartment complained about the storage container being placed on the fire lane, so I moved up the pick up as early as I could, given a 8:30 - 11:30 am window. The driver arrived about 45 minutes early and, when he heard we were not done loading, promised to return later. I stayed at the location until 8 pm that evening and had to call multiple times before I was told that the driver would not be returning and was technically not allowed to promise that he would. The storage container was picked up on Monday, as services did not happen on Sundays, but not before a violation notice was affixed to the container. When I was finally able to schedule the final drop off, it was after I had to reschedule the date several times, through no fault of the company. However, I did not receive a call from the driver and was not aware that the container had been delivered. This was crucial in this instance because I was purchasing a new home and the delivery, which occurred early again outside of the provided time frame, could have halted my purchase because I was not yet funded by my lender. I then looked at the container to find that it had been loaded backwards. So, there is an issue with the imagery presented on the website because my documents state that the door should be away from the building while the graphics on the site state that the door should be towards the building. And if the driver had contacted me, I could have corrected this before we had to unload the container the long way. All this being said, if you want to have a successful experience, you MUST STAY ON TOP OF THINGS. Customer Service is not willing to work with extraordinary circumstances to ensure your success and if you have other options for your moving and storage needs, I would definitely recommend that over this. read more

I had a terrible experience with PODS. In November I had a POD scheduled for delivery that never showed up, no phone call to notify me that it wasn't coming. When I called they couldn't give me a reason it wasn't going to be delivered but rescheduled for 2 days later. The same thing happened. No delivery, no phone call saying it wasn't coming and when I called they had no idea if it was going to be delivered or not. You can't even call the local franchise to talk to someone there. I cancelled my order after that but they had already charged me for both orders of which neither were delivered! One was credited right away but the other took almost a month and several phone calls to get almost $500 refunded for something that I never even got. i called another company and got theirs delivered the next day exactly as they promised. read more

DON'T RENT FROM PODS. I moved 50 miles from northern NJ to NY and was charged $700 just to get my POD. This company hits you with so many hidden fees and has the upper hand because they have the unit. You are essentially held hostage. I ended up paying a HIGHER monthly fee for them to have my pod for 5 days this month. How do i pay more to use the storage less?! WHAT A RIP OFF. You are better off using a local storage facility and hiring movers. You think you're paying for convenience and you're really paying to be taken for a ride. read more

First the service over the phone was great. The PODS were delivered for loading were on time. The first POD was delivered to my new home in good shape and on time. I received a call from the service center in Florida , they told me my second POD had been clipped by a lift at the transfer site and knocked off a POD that it had been stacked upon. My rented POD was demolished. The service center told me, the POD's company would hire a third party company to pack another POD with my items that would to be delivered to my new home on a date to be rescheduled. (I had purchased Insurance on the PODS) The third party packers unloaded the destroyed POD. A new POD was filled. The lighter boxes were placed on the bottom of the newly loaded POD with all of the heavy boxes placed on top. All of the wooden furniture was basically in toothpicks but anything that was intact ,tabletops, legs and garden tools were used to brace boxes in place. My Industrial tool boxes were destroyed. The tool boxes were stacked one upon the other, the with the drawers collapsed and the tool box weighing about 300 pounds it took about 2 1/2 hours to get tool box apart for removal from the POD. Now the third part the insurance. The PODS service center explained to me a third party company would be handling the insurance claim. They were fairly prompt explaining how to make a claim. It took weeks to get replacement prices and get the paperwork filled out. The claim was filed. ALL THE ITEMS WERE DEPRECIATED AN AVERAGE OF 45%. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DEAL WITH IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM. the capital letters are not because I am angry. It is to let future customers with what they have to deal with. The PODS concept is good. the delivery drivers are polite, the call center people are informative,Communication is good. The final results can be far from pleasing and my case may not have been normal. Would I deal with PODS again Hmmm , I would really have to think about it read more

5/4/17, I went online to get a quote to move 1 container from Florida to Michigan. Of course, after filling in all asked for information, I am told to call. Why do I need to call? So I call. 6 minute wait. After giving my info again to a live person I wait 5 minutes to be told that they can't give quote. OK, I say, call me back when you can. Told that they are not allowed to call out or back. Wow, what a way to run a business. I will call back later. I call back later and was put on hold 7+ minutes. 5/5/17. I call the next day. Same results. No quote, told system might be down? What the hell, 4th time might be the charm. Again. 4 minute hold. To be told again can not get you a quote. How do they stay in business? read more

The knowledge of the agents are ok, but they pressure you to put your credit card for holding your reservation, with %'s off of your order and it will not be avaliable the next time you call. That's horse poop. Moving is tuff enough I don't need high pressured sales people. read more

PODS is a scam. I wish this weren't the case as it's such a convenient, brilliant way to move, but hey, capitalism. Moved from Utah to California, a studio apartment, and stored for one month. First time I called, quoted $1700. Second time I called, they decided to inform me there is a smaller POD that would only cost $1000! Glad I spoke to a second person, right? Idiots. I booked it. Once the POD was filled and picked up, the fun (in the form of triple digit charges and a maelstrom of misinformation) began. Charge after charge, we've now arrived at $3000. And they wouldn't deliver my items until I paid it, so I was left helpless. Approximately $250 for a permit for the street, $250 for the 5th week of storage (they charge for a full second month bc they won't prorate), $200 fee to simply DELIVER the POD (apparently the first quote was only transportation costs and somehow doesn't include delivering the POD!)... then they randomly charged me around $1200 and $150 for unknown reasons. It took me hours on the phone with them, being transferred to several people, until they finally admitted they didn't know what these charges were and they'd refund them. Now, two weeks later, I still have yet to see a refund! More hours on the phone tomorrow... *****In addition, in the days before my POD was going to be delivered, I called to ask if I could get something out of it. They suddenly inform me that my POD has been quarantined by the state of CA because it is infested with moth larvae!! Nobody called me to tell me this!!!? This company is horrible! Now what do I do? Moth larvae lives on machinery and I don't have any machinery! So I begin freaking out that my POD, with all of my precious belongings, has been forced open by a team of people somewhere in CA, and they are sorting through all my stuff. PODS had no further information for me at that time! I was so stressed and sad. The next day, and multiple phone calls later, turns out... whoop-dee-doo... it WASNT EVEN QUARANTINED. The PODS rep had no idea what he was talking about! Real life, this is real life. In closing, yes - PODS could be a convenient way to move and store your things, and I was pleased to discover the pod had been kept level and nothing was seriously damaged. But the hidden fees were out of control, and the hours I wasted on hold and being transferred, and checking my bank statement every day for charges or refunds, and the quarantine drama, and being lied to about the refunds.... it just wasn't worth it. This company is a joke. They fail to disclose pertinent information and blatantly lie. They can't even give you a time when you call ahead to reserve a delivery or pickup. I went with pods because we had to rush out of our apartment- big mistake!!! You can only get access to your things on certain days/times that are normal business hours- around 10am to 3pm, when most people are working. If you want your pod dropped off and picked up the same day, prepare to pay an additional $100.00. Also, they charge to deliver outside of the zip code you originally get your pod picked up from, another $120.00 +. I called earlier today to get my things delivered and the rude representative said that they will have to charge me for the next month because they can't pick up the pod in time, prior to my next billing cycle because they are booked---that's another $235.00, (approximately $455 just to get my things. When I booked the pod for pickup and storage and delivery, I paid $420).....If I reserve to get my pod delivered ahead of time and they aren't able to accommodate me because they are overbooked, that's their problem. On top of all this, the initial representative didn't reserve my pod for delivery when she said she would nor have a supervisor call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. so Again, I had to call back and the 2nd representative didn't do anything to try to make things right. After this frustration and extremely poor customer service with such a horrendous company, I now have to rent a 26' U-Haul to get all my things which will cost me under $100.00 and that's worth having to NEVER deal with this company again. We had our POD delivered to find out we had a family of mice living in it with droppings everywhere. We had to throw out everything linen including mattresses and our couch. Almost all of our boxes had been gone through and were torn up. We were told someone would get back to us within 72 hours with no call at all. I had to call several times with no answers on how we could recoup our damaged goods and not one person could give us an answer. The last call I made I was told it was 7 to 10 days working days!!! Worst moving company ever! The information given on the times that charges come out never lined up. A text said three days prior and email said five and when called we were told 7 days prior and when we called about this we then found out that we would have to wait two weeks before our stuff was delivered to the new place. Its basically easier to rent a uhual, drive it and pull my car. This service was supposed to make moving easier. Not sure how long the refund will take but judging from other reviews im in for a long wait. I would not recomend this service! I never leave reviews on anything but if I can save someone else the headache I will step out of my introverted shell for a minute. read more

Terrible! My parents are moving and pods sent an email with a time window that the pod would be dropped off. When they were an hour late after that window we decided to call. They told us "it happens all the time". Not an apology. Not a "let me see where the driver is" or a "let me give you a discount" nothing! We waited because we have to block off the street in the front of our house for them to put the pod. We wasted our day and money that we could have made by going to work. Do not hire! I wish I looked at the reviews here and went with another company. Although their delivery and pick-up went smooth and the guys were nice, their customer service totally blows. You can only call them and there is a huge wait every time. When I left a voicemail, the guy literally says on his recording that he might not be able to get back to you. Therefore there is actually NO customer service. They also like to charge you for a whole month of storage even if you get your POD out 2 days into the month. I tried to get my POD out before my due date, but they are too busy to deliver it then so I am going to be stuck with another month rent cuz they're too busy???? read more

This is the second time I've used POD moving and storage and it is the most convenient thing ever! The customer service is always great and very helpful and anytime I need to change the delivery dates, it's an easy phone call and they change it with no issues. I've had nothing but a great experience and very grateful there is PODS because all I have to do is load it once, place it in their storage facility and deliver it when I'm ready. Thank you so much for a great service everytime!! Can't say enough great things about this company and service! I will add I moved all the way from Boston to Texas the first time and this time is local but they always communicate well and deliver great service! Highly recommend! read more

Called PODS cause we are moving and have used PODS before. What a mistake. They tried to reliever our pod on Tuesday, they couldn't cause of the rain and mud. Okay not their fault. But now they can't come back for two days. So we will be at our new place for days without our stuff. They finally come back today get in front of our house and say we can't deliver. Which I know isn't true since we have used them before. We call their awful customer service where they tell us the truck can't get to my house and they won't deliver here any more. Why did I give PODS a 1 star? Well, if they were TRYING to lose me as a customer, they couldn't have done a better job. We moved 2,200 miles across the country, and they told us it'd take 11 days to move our pod. That is fine, and it is also fine that there was a delay due to weather, which is out of their control. What isn't fine is (1)The Pod showing up 8 days late, (2)2 different supervisors telling me they'd call me back and never did, (3)One CSR telling me my POD is "lost" and they have no idea where it is, or (4)Their PR department telling me that they wouldn't compensate me for my trouble, and repeating "we aren't responsible for the weather", which wasn't the point of my ire. If you want to use PODS, I'd suggest that you'd need to be prepared to be treated like garbage. Good luck! EDIT: underneath my post, you'll see that somebody from PODS requested I send them a PM to discuss my case. On the positive side, somebody from PODS contacted me. On the negative side, it's clear from our discussion that they only posted what's below, as a PR move. They hope that potential customers will see their post, and think that their customer service is proactive. Don't be fooled, for everything they screwed up, they offered to give me a 2.8% discount. Avoid them at all costs. If they make a scheduled delivery or pick up mistake the LV distribution manager does not care more does he return calls from the customer service managers. They made an error picking up my pod and never rectified their error. If you are moving out of state and or time sensitive on your pickup or delivery dates double check your confirmations. They are costly and are difficult to deal with. read more

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Hands down THE WORST customer service you will encounter! They delivered my POD on the scheduled date while my husband and I were working. When we got home we noticed a giant hole in the side of the pod the floor boards inside the pod were broken and coming up. I called to have them send a replacement that day or first thing the next morning as I had people coming to load it the next day. The customer service rep said "we will be happy to deliver you a new one on monday" (movers coming saturday) so they would only deliver it 2 days after we are set to have it loaded up. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and when I was FINALLY given one after asking 5 times there were no apologies from her just stated "i don't understand how you theres a hole in it like you claim when someone else used the pod before you and the drivers are supposed to inspect it between houses. The earliest we can get a new one out is monday" I said "you guys screwed up this is the worst customer service. You have no problem charging my card on a timely manner but cant get the product delivered when it was ordered!!" Supervisor ended with "your choices are to use the one you currently have or we can send a new one on monday" I would stay as far away from this company as possible and choose someone who is reliable and can take ownership and responsibility for their shitty employees screw ups!! read more

First off to look at the PODS review page you would think they a grest company...but I am thinking they write their own reviews to look positive. To start I was talked out of the container size I wanted being told "with what you have told me you have have left. This is the size you need" As it were I did need another 16ft but instead i had to get 2(2) 7ft to accommodate. Which cost me more for mothly rental, transit and redelivery...which I am sure is the plan. One of my 7ft boxes cost over 200 dollars more than the other to be shipped to the same address on the same day??? Let that sink in!!! When my 16ft was delivered and emptied and I called to have picked up they never showed and charged me another monthly rental..rescheduled and they no showed again.. finally 3 rd time came and got it. Then I scheduled the 2 7ft boxes and was told the price difference was because things like gas prices??? And the redelivery rate was the same for both but about 50 dollars higher than quoted... so now they billed me the transit fee , the redelivery fee and a monthly fee again so I call and they tell me well youre sti renting it even if in transit.. I say used the right decription everytime its either a storage fee or rental fee but they change that when its convenient..I would rather throw all my stuff in the trash thag to allow this company PODS to ever assist me in moving again. They are worse at nickle and diming than the cell ohone companies. They charged me 411 dollars to deliver my boxes at a storage area and redelivery nearly a mile from my house... now here is the kicker they charge me the transit fee and the redeliver fee but bring the box straight to my house... wouldnt that still be in transit??? So why the extra 411 to deliver.. becuase they are thieves and hold your possessions so you cant do anything about it..now they have my money and stuff.. so even if you complain you will never get your money back... Do not under any circumstances have a POD placed on a non paved surface. The delivery/recovery system is not capable of moving on a soft surface. It will sink. Even if you think your yard or even gravel driveway is solid, the wheels on the delivery system can slip and slide. I had to rent a truck, empty the POD, and move my belongings myself. The POD is still in the yard and it is quite a mess. read more

I had a mixed experience. I originally arranged to stored my belongings at the PODS facility in Jamaica, Queens because I lived in NYC and this location was convenient. My move was delayed, and I needed the POD much longer than anticipated. When I called to arrange access several months later, was informed my POD had been moved to their Calverton facility at the end of Long Island because that is their policy for long term storage. I was never notified about this policy or that my belongings were being moved in advance. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements as this created a huge inconvenience. That said, customer service was helpful on the occasions I called for information or arranged to access my POD, which was always there on the date/time arranged. I also want to give a shout out to Joe, the facility manager in Calverton. I decided to use another moving service and ended up emptying my POD on the coldest day of the year. The movers were delayed and Joe let me wait in his office, offered coffee, etc. He also called the taxi service for me when my phone and the mover's phones all froze up from being outside and didn't work. Joe was very helpful in a lot of small ways that made a big difference on a stressful day. The kidnesses extended by this empoyee were greatly appreciated. read more

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. On my scheduled delivery date dispatch called to tell me the driver didn't get an answer at the door... we were sitting on the porch. For months they over charged my account and passed me around rep to rep and an entire billing cycle to get the credit placed on my Pods account. Online billing DOES NOT WORK, so every time I go to make a payment I have to call in. I ask EVERY TIME what's going on with the online bill pay and I get the same answer... "the system is down"... I've gotten this answer for months. I dread calling. So $18 on my account has reached 31 days past due and my account has been frozen. I call to ask, What's up? and they tell me "It's a new policy". Keep in mind I paid $200 last week. I'm fed up, this is the last straw, but the icing on the cake was when I asked to have the account closed and they ask me to send my payment via Western Union? Huh?!?! Have I ever paid you through Western Union? The rep say "It's because it's a settlement". I don't care what you call it, it is a payment. I highly recommend, if you are considering using Pods, to call another company. The headache is not worth it. I posted this in one of my private groups and apparently I am not the only one... I believe in reviews and I wish I had read a review like mine before giving them a dime. I honestly have never written a yelp review before, but my experience with PODs has been so absolutely horrific that I have to post. This company is a wonderful concept, but unfortunately seems to be run by scam artists. To start, I was quoted over $700 less than this is turning out to be- I am livid over this, and I NEVER would have agreed to this price. They have my card on file, and keep charging for prices that I absolutely was not quoted and did not agree to. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager, and I seriously want a refund for these charges that I was not informed of at the outset. When you issue a quote for how much services will cost, it is absolutely an unethical business practice to tack on more than $700 without informing your customers. To keep it simple, the customer service has been absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever received. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I've placed dozens and dozens of calls to unhelpful service agents. In particular, I would love to give a shoutout to Alex Luedy, who gave me the wrong information for when the due date for my gypsy moth form, which resulted in a delay of my shipping date. I would also like to give a shoutout to Joanna Wiseman, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I was trying to solve the problem of my delayed shipping date. I have the email in which I was given the wrong information, so my shipping date was delayed through absolutely no fault of my own. Of course, no management has tried to correct this in any way and basically I was told to just deal with it. I have yet to receive my POD (and won't for a few days, thanks to the delay), but I am worried about its condition. Plus, who knows what else I'll be charged? I can't call the billing department because it's closed on the weekends, but I woke up to a new, almost $400 charge this morning that I have no idea what it's for. Thanks for making my stressful, cross-country move infinitely more stressful, and also scamming me out of hundreds of dollars. I hope someone is helped by this review. read more

This company is beyond terrible. I got permission to drop my container on someone else's property with the understanding that it would be removed the following day. I scheduled for the removal well in advance. The following day comes and no show. No phone call. I go online and see that I'm no longer scheduled. I call customer service and spoke to a woman who I'm positive has done hard time. She tells me they can't pick it up for two weeks. What a great way to introduce myself to the neighborhood. By having a giant shipping container dropped right in the middle of everything and left there for two weeks. I insisted that the container be picked up that day. She refused. She would not let me speak to her supervisor. After twenty minutes she just hangs up on me. I call back and get someone else to argue with for twenty minutes. If I had to do it again I would move my stuff into storage. Then move it again to my new house. It would have been easier than dealing with this pathetic excuse for a company. When scheduling my POD delivery the person on the phone told me not to schedule movers for that specific date, I found this odd, and booked movers for the following day. My POD did not arrive the day it was scheduled and when I called to find out the expected delivery no one could get in touch with people in my local office nor any of the drivers and therefore could not locate my POD. It ended up being delivered 3 days late. Everyone I spoke with kept assuring me my POD would be delivered either that day or first thing in the morning, despite being unable to locate it. It was not delivered first thing in the morning and greatly delayed. I urge people to NOT use this company as they are unreliable and inefficient. read more

Worst experience. None of the pods were delivered as scheduled. I took time off work and hired movers - regardless of the planning done on my end, the pods process allows them to reschedule your delivery with no accountability on their end. I'd never use this company again. Try another storage company. read more

Run, don't walk away from this company. Worst customer service ever. I wish I had read all these previous reviews. I moved from CT to Florida and just like everyone else.... the pick-up went perfect. Its the drop off... first 3hr window was at 8:30 am.... by 10 the computer should a second 3hr window of 11am. By 2pm I was calling them, I had movers ready at 9am..,,, by 2pm no pod. I was told I would get a phone call from the driver any minute. By 5pm I get a call driver is on the way. Movers are gone for the day, so just me and my daughter to unload. POD cost me over $3300. I call and ask for a credit. they offer $50. Just horrible customer service. If I rented a 16ft truck I would have paid 1200. at budget. Lesson learned. This company stinks. read more

Moved into my new home and sleeping on the floor because PODS can't deliver my furniture which has been in their storage for a month now for 11 days! And we are stuck without furniture and worst of all the baby's crib. I asked if it could be delivered earlier since it's local and was told "sorry that's first available" when it was time for drop off and starting the rental charge, they miraculously had openings every 2 days... will I use them again? Terrible customer service at every level. Moved across country for the military, POD was rescheduled multiple times. Father flew out to help me unload as my wife is 33 weeks pregnant. My POD is sitting an hour north of me and has been for over a month. I called to see if i would reimbursed as it was supposed to be here and empty for a month. I was repeatedly told no this is how it works. The only reimbursement I would get is if I drove the hour with a Uhaul unloaded my POD at the facility into it said Uhaul. Then and only then would I receive a $280.00 credit, which is just the delivery fee (paid pods over $6000 so far). O and this was not happening today as its a Sunday but we would put the request in tomorrow so possibly I could have access to my belongings on Tuesday. The supervisor saw nothing wrong with any part of the situation repeatedly saying you can go get the stuff or it can possibly be delivered in a week. The only apology I got was from my second tier 1 rep who said this was completely wrong and escalated me to a supervisor. I am disgusted at the situation and the customer service. I will never use the company again and will be spreading my story through out my military family. read more
