Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. Sadly we were desperate, because every company we called weren't available. The place we chose to storage our furniture, while waiting for our new residence to be available gave us this company as a recommendation, which they now regret. It took a few phone calls until I was able to reach the owner of this company Tom. He came out to give us an estimate and appeared plleasant & professional at the time. He arrived on the day of our move on time with four workers. we had coffee and donuts waiting for them when they arrived. At the end of their job we tipped each one including the owner quite generously. They were extremely fast which was a plus I thought at the time. They moved us into a storage unit and I asked if they were satisfied with us as customers would they move us from Storage to our new apartment in October to which Tom agreed. We gave him two dates a couple of days apart and he said he'd reserve both for us. As this move approached my husband and I called Tom and left two messages not to hear back. I then emailed him and he responded he would definitely call me the next day to schedule the move. He never contacted us. As a result we had to extend our stay at the hotel we was staying in as well as extend our storage time. Both extremely costly. We then had to begin looking for another moving company to replace this one. We are very fortunate to have found a responsible company that charged us $400 less than Tom and his crew did. When they began to remove the boxes that were in the front of the storage compartment, covering up damaged furniture ( strategically placed), I witnessed damage to every piece of my two-year-old bedroom set. Now we understand why Tom never called us back. He was probably aware of the damage done to the furniture leaving our old apartment as it was being put into storage. He stated later on that he suggested we check all items before they left, they never suggested this, and to be honest we had no reason to suspect anything because I have never had an issue anytime I moved in the past. This furniture came from the furniture store directly to our home and never left our apartment until it was brought to storage by A-Z Movers. The pictures of the furniture were taken in the storage unit. after attempting to contact him via phone and not getting a reply we emailed him. He email back stating that his company and his men never damaged our furniture. He did not offer an apology nor did he apologize for Inconveniencing us in the way he did. We sent two other emails suggesting he send somebody out to see what they could do with the furniture so that we would not have to take legal actions. He never responded to this. As a result its very obvious that this man does not care about his customers belongings or their feelings. Thank goodness we found an excellent company that were reliable, respondible & professional. Thank God for Economy Movers!! If you value your belongings and can't afford new furniture, stay away from A to Z Movers. We have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau against them, & we have begun a legal action against them as well. We do not know when this will actually make it to court, so we felt it to be responsible and notify the public to do themselves a favor and stay away from A to Z Movers.

The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

Even though I…read moretold them which pieces were precious family heirlooms, they didn't protect the furniture, they broke off handles, and refused to stand behind their work. This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.
