I'm updating my review based on the change in food quality the food use to come out when they first opened great no problem. Now and this might only be sandwiches, the sandwiches I've received from here the last 3-4 times have had soggy or wet lower bun making it difficult to keep together. I will say that the service is still great but where service alone won't keep me coming back. I'm hopeful that they can get back to what they did in the beginning. I understand this place is always busy and that's great, I just hope nots not the reason for the food not having a quality check before leaving the kitchen read more

Service was stellar! Our server made drink to husbands instructions. The southwest chicken sandwich was awesome. The fresh jalepenos vs pickled upped the heat and I liked it! Excited to find a new place nearby with a patio, good food and good drinks! Sitting on the patio outside the garage doors was the perfect blend of patio seating and football/sports bar. Service was good, drinks were tasty and food was good! I liked that one person brought out all the food....seems like maybe a quality control thing, and it's working, cuz our food was just what we expected. My family and I were so excited to try out the new restaurant in our neighborhood and we were very delighted with our visit! The food was incredibly delicious and they had a lot of variety to choose from! I really like how they have daily specials as well! The service was great, very attentive to every table and our drinks stayed full. The ambiance in the restaurant was also very pleasant. It was not too loud and had the games going which was nice. I made a reservation, with the manager come to find out, when I arrived with my party they tried to tell me "they don't do reservations" Mind you we waited 45 minutes for this reservation and I spoke with the MANAGER. Tall white man with beard, who said he is the one who made my "reservation" but that it got busy and they didn't have anywhere for us to sit for over an HOUR. Mind you our grandmother just died this morning and we wanted to celebrate her, we were told there is no seating and he is so sorry for the miscommunication. I am writing this review upset finding a new place to eat for my family of 7 and two babies. This restaurant came HIGHLY recommended but I am here to tell you they do NOT value customers and will seat you as long as you're there DESPITE a "reservation" This is totally unacceptable and an absolute oversight on their part. To hear a manager tell me he spoke with me and knows exactly what I'm saying is true but not be able to accommodate me and my family is RIDICULOUS. Been wanting to try Point 22 for a while based off the reviews I've read. Finally made it tonight and it didn't disappoint. It was packed on a Friday night, my wife and I waited about 15-20 minutes before we were seated. Food, service and atmosphere were at 10's. I had the pork tenderloin with a side salad, my wife had a philly beef with fries. Both entrees were amazing, and let me tell you the pork tenderloin is HUGE. We will definitely be going back...our new favorite local spot. read more

This was the last place we enjoyed before heading back home to California. The service was very friendly all the servers looked great in their black uniforms. We sat outside lots of shade and water misters to keep cool. We tried a variety of dishes during our dining experience. OMG. If you want excellent large portion meals, this is the place. We split the pork tenderloin sandwich that extended a good 2 inches beyond both sides of the bun. Just like back home in the Midwest. Every plate that went by was large. The service was excellent and the tavern was pretty much full. A good relaxed atmosphere. Highly highly recommend. read more

Just a terrible experience overall, we just went today and they just had a bunch of inexperienced high schoolers working and no one knew a whole lot of customer service. I get it first job etc.... We got a waitress who didn't have any note pad to write our order down and ordered nachos and added chicken towards it, well the food came cold and the chicken didn't come on it! Waited another 15 min to get an our chicken on our nachos. Ordered the cowboy burger and it was awful, well done cooked meat just covered in BBQ and overcooked bacon to hide the dryness in the burger not juicy at all. Layout was weird as you just had a bunch of people crowding around the door waiting to be seated as there isn't any hostess stand or anything to help the "please wait to be seated sign" you're better off going to Native for a better experience. read more

Came in for the first time today, the space is super clean and everyone was very friendly. As soon as I sat down I was greeted, given a menu and asked what I would like to drink. I ordered the Reuben lunch special, my daughter ordered the kids burger and fries. Food came out fast, the kids meal portion was really big! I have to say, the Reuben was one of the best I've had in YEARS. Perfect amount of dressing and sauerkraut, the meat was fantastic ( I was told it's freshly sliced when you order) the bread was also amazing. Sometimes Reuben's come out overly dressed and you can't even taste the meat.. and then it's soggy: that was not the case here, thankfully! The fries were also amazing, I think they need to use whatever they put on those fries and make some onion rings! When we finished we promptly received our check and our table was cleared. First time here and probably the last. Somewhat new and already needs a deep cleaning. Their $6 lemonade is straight lemon juice and vodka...barely drinkable even with water and Splenda added. Then it took 40 minutes to receive a chicken wrap for me and a salad for my lady. When 35 minutes went by, I asked the bartender to check on our food and was responded with an annoyed response. No conversation attempts with us, but of course, was chatting with the creeps at the bar making inappropriate small talk. Food was ok, but nothing to brag about like their Instagram posts. The blue cheese was tasty, but for waiting 40 minutes for a wrap with a chunk of fries all stuck together, I'd rather make my own and stay home. Not a single attempt of a "Thanks for coming in." on the way out, nor a "How is everything?" once we finally received our food. I get better service at Chick-Fil-A. read more

Ordered take out earlier this week to check this place out. Food was fine; pricing pretty much lined up with what I'd expect these days (about $15 per plate). I had a cowboy burger and my wife ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Chicken was pretty good with rather crunchy breading; perhaps was a touch over fried. Burger was pretty good quality but just didn't have that much flavor. I specified it cooked medium and I think I ended up with it well. Not a huge complaint, but I didn't find anything to really make us want to rush back here. It's fine given the lack of restuarants particularly convenient to Eastmark right now, but nothing that'd get me excited to go back over and over. read more

The quality of food here is outstanding! The honey hot boneless wings had an incredible light breading and you can tell the sauce is made in-house. I had the blue cheese Cajun style burger and it was seasoned perfectly. My husband had the southwest style burger and he said it was also fantastic. We went to point 22 on a Sunday around 1130 am less than two weeks after they've opened. We walk in and they were packed. Few minute wait to be sat and the owner actually took our drink order and brought them back immediately. You could tell every server and host was overwhelmed. How could you not be? Every single person that we dealt with gave us five star service and went above and beyond with anything we asked. I couldn't imagine opening a new restaurant in a neighborhood that has not many options to go to and is as picky and as critical as most of these neighbors are. Owner and staff handled it so well today. We ordered wings, cheese curds, pretzels, a burger and a wrap. Everything was fantastic.
