    Garlic Gouda Bacon Burger

We ordered the Gouda Garlic Bacon Burger, Patty Melt and lemonades. I upgraded my fries to garlic fries which were phenomenal and definitely the star of the show. The restaurant is clean and staff were friendly. You order at the counter, they give you a buzzer with a number and you seat yourself. Food came out quickly and everything looked delicious and was tasty. Patty Melt came out piping hot and the garlic fries were seasoned to perfection with fresh garlic. The burger was a bit bland and Patty Melt could have used a tad more salt but overall was delicious. Lemonades were refreshing and the perfect pairing for what we ordered. We ordered regular and blackberry, both were delicious but preferred the regular lemonade. We would definitely recommend! We plan on coming back for breakfast and trying a couple of other things on the menu.

This is one of our go-to spots, especially for your birthday since you get a free meal! My husband swears nothing compares to their chicken & waffles they're truly a game changer. If you visit, you absolutely have to check out the bathrooms because it's one of those things you just have to experience for yourself After your meal, take a stroll through the gorgeous Agritopia Gardens to soak in the charm and walk off all the yummy food.

This place is phenomenal. Be prepared to wait around lunch time for 30-60 minutes to order and get your food. It is definitely worth the wait. The portions are all fresh, and we could have easily shared a burger or sandwich. Their onion rings are real, shakes are the best around. And their service, while extremely busy, they have the process down. Very friendly staff.

I had a great time with my friends here .. We have a Mama gang meeting here and I went out good and fun , foods was good but lots of flys since we sit outside in the patio.I was fine when I got home but another 2 of my friend got sick in theirs stomach and threw up and have dizziness. Anyway I still have to take my husband there to give another try tho

Joe's Farm Grill is one of those places that has quietly become a family tradition for us. We pretty much have to go for every birthday because... how do you turn down a free birthday meal? Exactly. The vibes are half the reason we love it so much. Sitting outside, the relaxed farm setting, and the kids being able to run around once they've finished eating makes it such an easy, happy place to spend an evening. It never feels rushed, which is a huge win when you're dining with kids. Food-wise, we have our favorites. The onion rings are fantastic, and the corn dog bites are technically for the kids... but let's be honest, I absolutely steal a few whenever there are leftovers. And then there are the milkshakes. Oh, the milkshakes. They are always worth it. We usually split two meals so we can balance things out. One of us will go for the classic burger and fries while the other orders something a little healthier like the salmon and veggies. That way we get the treats and the tasty stuff without feeling totally overboard. Great food, fun atmosphere, and a place the whole family genuinely looks forward to. It's a birthday tradition for a reason.

Every time I come here we always love to eat outside for lunch so that means the weather is around mid75- to 80 degrees or so. Plenty of tables outside. You first have to order your food and then you go find your table. From the To Share I love the Garlic Fries, fried zucchini slices, onion rings and sweet potato fries. From the Farm Favorites I've enjoyed the ahi tuna sandwich, baby back ribs and grilled salmon platter. From the Burger section o loved Fontina and Farm burgers. From the chicken sandwiches I loved the fontina chicken sandwich. And from Sides I like French fries, beet salad, Cesar salad and if I upgrade I'll do garlic fries or fried zucchini. And then for milkshakes you can't go wrong with any of them: fresh strawberry, dark chocolate, real vanilla bean, butter pecan, mango strawberry. If you haven't checked it out go check it out!

I must say the photos don't lie and the smell from the line you can tell the food was going to be great. And if the line is long it must mean it is worth it. I like this place since you can choose inside or outside and it's nice having rowdy kids they have plenty of area to run without disturbing any peace. The owner came and brought menus out which was nice we can look while we wait the line was pretty long this time tho so we didn't end up staying needless to say we will be back, I can't get the smell of the food out my mind and the photos I've seen just look so good! There are some must tries here.

Service Once we found a table a server brought over a picture of water/plastic glasses. Our food came out fast. Ambiance It was unseasonably warm for late February so we sat inside. Several tables were dirty but we found a booth. Outside patio is nice with very large trees. Food We had the BBQ Chicken Salad and the BBQ bacon blue bird. The sandwich came with several side options, and the beet salad was fresh with golden and red beets. The chicken was so dry and chewy in both dishes. The salad had plenty of roasted corn, poblano peppers and juicy tomatoes, there was a smoky barbecue drizzle throughout the salad, but the char marked chicken was so dry and tough. They bring you the drinks (and you can get soda refills). The best thing we had was the beet salad.

The food was great, came out hot and it looked (and tasted) delicious. You order at the counter and the food, silverware and water is brought out to you. In addition, when your food is ready, it's brought out as well (staff). Sat outside, although it is warm today it was very comfortable in the shade. The food is worth coming back for along with the exceptional service.

Always a great visit! Have been here many times and no complaints. Staff takes care of you and food is delicious. Still have more items to try from their menu but so far, none have disappointed. Depending on when you visit, the line can get long and out the door, but it's all part of the experience! They have a birthday discount so be sure to stop by on your birthday and show an ID. Great spot to chill with family, hang out with friends, celebrate a birthday, go on a date or even get some work done (depending on the time).

The hype is real with Joe's Farm Grill. Super fresh food with beautiful outdoor seating. Came in during the Fall and had great weather to sit outside. Their Chicken Sandwich, Seafood, and Fresh Salads were delicious. Very happy and friendly staff at the checkout counter. Not much interaction after the order line since they give you Table Number and deliver your food when ready. Will be back to visit next time I am in the Gilbert area!

Stopped in on a Monday night to grab dinner with friends from out of town. Knew this would be the perfect spot to bring them as they have two young kids. Joes is a very family friendly space with tons of outdoor bench style seating, Adirondack chairs, and a grassy area. It's an order at the counter vibe, and the line was long for a Monday, but moved quickly. Tons of great menu options but i went for the fontina chicken sandwich which had a creamy pesto on it-- so good! Such a local gem!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here with a few of her club volleyball teammates and had such a great experience. We chose to sit outside because the weather was perfect, and the heaters made it extra comfortable. While we waited for our food, the girls took photos around the beautifully maintained grounds, which made for awesome backdrops. The food was good, and the customer service was really nice. Our waitress even thanked us for the tip, which felt very genuine. Overall, it was a lovely birthday dinner for my daughter, and we'll definitely be back!

Ask the Community - Joe's Farm Grill

Do they have gluten free options?

Yes they do but it depends on what you order, my advice is to go in and ask them. All the food there is fantastic so imo it's worth the wait in the line to find out the options.

I have strong allergies, does anyone know in what oil they cook their burgers?

The site says "trans-fat free canola oil".

Can you bring your own drinks/booze?

Yes of course! Simply hide several airplane sized bottles in your underpants (exact placement is up to you). Add to the soda of your choice and voila! Actually, NO they frown on outside beverages except for water bottles of course. You have to walk… Read more

    Do they offer local beers?

Hey Matt, the Farm Grill is limited (family atmosphere) but the Garage East, also on the property has a brewery inside along with eateries and a wine bar with a nice patio. Even better experience than the farm grill IMHO.

    Free meal on my Birthday?

It's a $10 credit towards your bill, but it's only good on the day of your birthday with ID Card.

Do kids also get the free meal on their birthday?

I'm so sorry I do not know the answer about free kids meals on their birthday's. I'd call Joe's for this answer.

Where can I buy or how are their pickles made? The pickles are perfectly neutral and I can't find anything like it anywhere .

Is there a separate line for take out orders?

Yes!!! Call in your order and pick it up at the window!! This is how we do it even when we are eating there. It saves so much time and waiting in the line!

I have a lemon sensitivity. Is there anything on the menu I can have that does not include lemon or citric acid/ natural flavors as a preservative?

They have really good burgers which o don't believe have lemon or critic acid. They also have a large menu of healthy choices but I think you would have to go there to determine their ingredients.

Do they have Gluten-Free Breakfast options?

    Yep !!

    Sodium in farm fresh burger?

I'm sure some is in the burger as it is in almost everything. (Unless you live in NY) but it's all fresh food, you will not see a Sysco truck at Joe's! It's high quality meat and food in general.

Does Joe's' have any vegan choices on their menu?

Yes! We have our Veggie Burger which is Vegan and is absolutely amazing! You can visit our Instagram page and even see how it is made. :-) Hope to see you soon!

But to put this receipt on your table for us to see is beyond cringe, and on top of it their servers will pick it up and ask if I've been there before. 50 times I'm guessing we've visited in the last year or so. Countless reservations under my name and other friends and bar visits for happy hour. Today was my wife's 38th birthday and we came to Buck and rider to enjoy it with our three boys. For the first time in our couple years coming they id'd my wife for her drink she ordered. She didn't bring her ID. The server got the gm and she denied us even seeing our history of how many times we've frequented the establishment. She didn't care that it was her bday or that we had a picture of her ID she was cold, dismissive and short. Nothing you expect of a place that should welcome us with open arms, remember us and make our experiences there memorable. It's a judgement call for them. Deny our best customers who dine here twice a month or more, who have three boys and take her ID picture or lose a good customer. Common sense and standard judgement have been completely lost

After looking around (they weren't busy at this moment), we choose a table closer over to the kitchen and their view window. I always love sitting near the chef's watching them prep and cook. They have a daily special and today was my favorite, eggs benedict. I actually waivered back and forth between this and their pork chop and eggs but ultimately went with the server choice of the benedict. You don't get a dedicated server, they are roaming and everything is there to help and support you, keep drinks coming, serving, etc. Wife choose The Hog & Chick, their version of a basic eggs/bacon or sausage, and toast breakfast. She didn't specify which potatoes and it came with your classic shredded hash browns which was cooked well, crispy on the outside and tender and soft in the center. She asked for the sausage patties, which had a slight kick to them. The dish comes with a slice of their thick sourdough toast and that most delicious home-made strawberry jam. A wonderful, tasty dish! I want to get back to my breakfast...I specifically asked for the home fries and what a disappointment. Yes, I probably could have sent them back but didn't. My biggest issue...they were so, so greasy. I loved the caramelized onions and the bits of rosemary but overall, just way to greasy for me. I did like their hollandaise sauce, although it also needed more lemon flavor. I had the poached eggs and they were cooked to perfection. Ok and lastly, I just want to say that I was a bit concerned with some of the hygiene I witnessed while sitting and watching both the server's area and the chefs in the kitchen. Had an environmental specialist been present, there most likely would have been some writing up. Things like...new server enters space, places both of her cups on the counter, punches in, pulls her hair back into a ponytail, moves her cups off to the side and goes to work. No handwashing observed. In the kitchen I watched a couple of servers and chefs touch hair, face, pull up pants, etc. and continue to cut, chop, serve. Bare hands observed while prepping including a pulling up of pants, the push back of the side hairs and then reaching over, peeling and slicing a banana and putting the pieces bare-handed into a bowl for serving. When you are in the moment, these actions happen without realizing it but as a customer watching...not Kosher. I asked about their outdoor patio area...it's not pet friendly so wanted to share that.

The queso was rich without being too heavy, and the mustard added a nice contrast. For my meal, I had the Caesar salad topped with a bistro steak cooked a perfect medium rare. The romaine was crisp, the garlic-anchovy dressing bold, and the garlic croutons and parmesan tied everything together. The steak was tender, flavorful, and elevated the salad. At the table, we also ordered the cheesesteak with Angus beef, roasted peppers and onions, Havarti cheese, and garlic aioli served on a baguette, with sweet potato fries. Use to visit the Chandler location weekly 12-14 years ago.. even told our kiddos that tonight when we brought them here. Problems started as soon as we got our food. All the food came out besides our son's children's steak, was told they had to cook another one. As we were waiting for his steak, my husband noticed his steak wasn't a ribeye like he ordered. He suspected it was a NY Strip Steak. About 7 minutes goes by and manger brings our sons steak. My husband asked the manager if his steak looked like a NY strip to him and manager replied "yes, I think we have the best NY Strip" and my husband nicely replied, I didn't order a Strip, I ordered a Ribeye and told the manager it was fine, he would eat it still and still tasted good but didn't want to be changed for a Ribeye since he got the strip wrong. ($12 difference) I got the firebirds bacon chicken pasta with steak instead of chicken and no tomatoes and green onions. Well.. there was def tomatoes and onions and no bacon. And I was changed $30 for pasta and steak.. that wasn't even made the way I asked. Well my son's (late) steak was suppose to be medium and it was rare. By the time the server came back my son was eating some of my husbands steak and my pasta so we just asked the server to take his meal off the check because it was late and cooked wrong. She said it was absolutely cooked wrong and insisted to bring him a new steak as well as take it off the check. She even asked him to put his steak on a plate and "she'd throw it away and they'll make him a new children steak." Well manager comes back and tell my husband that his steak was in fact a ribeye (it was def not a ribeye.. no marbling whatsoever) and dropped off our sons steak.... It literally was the pieces we had cut up that they just threw back on the grill. Even pieces our son chewed and spit out when it was rare and too chewy for him. Like GROSS!!! They did take the children's steak off the check and gave us a free dessert( which we didn't even want, we would have rather paid the correct amount for my husbands steak...) The waitress was fine, none of this was her fault because she read us back what we ordered and had it all correct.. but she fell short as to getting us refills (never even offered a 2nd round of wine or beer) and when it was time for the check we gave 2 gift cards $50 each and our card to pay. She brought back our copy to sign and she only took off 1 $50 gift card. We had to call her over and she realized she didn't use both giftcards and had to void our card and redo it. The managers were busy the whole night talking to upset tables. This location really needs to get their stuff together. Again, nice to offer dessert but truly all we wanted was to get what we paid for and how we asked for it and tonight wasn't it. Literally felt like we were scammed outta $160. we will be taking our $$ elsewhere.

Service was very pleasant and helpful. They have a good size menu with American food to choose from. I went with the Philly cheese steak and fries.. the Philly has thinly slice meat with peppers onions and melted cheese lightly toasted bun option to add mushrooms. It tasted great really tender slices of meat flavor on point. Fries I liked they're the crispy kind. Ive been in before and I always return, I haven't had one thing on their menu that I really didn't so I will keep coming back! :)

It is a good thing they have a big variety of dishes to order. For me I was feeling a cheese burger and I actually enjoyed my burger. Others ordered a steak and chicken fried steak. All dishes looked pretty good but on this day I was the burger guy. Not a large place but has ample seating for customers. They do have a bar if that is what you are looking for. Today we just wanted to eat and visit and chat. This place is located on Val Vista Road south of Highway 60. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. The service was good and there is ample parking.

Much to our dismay, the restaurant was closed to focus on catering. Luckily, though, It reopens for pop-ups. This morning I saw an Instagram post announcing that there would be a brunch pop up today, so we got up and got ready to go. It really is tucked away in the corner of plaza and goodbye Safeway. Inside is a small dining room with a bar, and through the rolling doors is a patio with outdoor seating. You can see the kitchen through the plexiglass divider, and there is bar seating along the divider so you can watch the cooking. There's a great, colorful mural on one wall and some fun lighting fixtures and art. Today's pop up was packed when we arrived. We grabbed the last two chairs which were on the bar overlooking the kitchen. The menu had seven choices. Of course we ordered two different things so we could share, but we skipped cocktails. We ordered: *Steak chilaquiles Christmas style (both red and green chile) served with a side of beans and talked with an egg *Green chili pork hash served with a side of beans talked with an egg Both were delicious! We both ordered scrambled eggs, and I'm pretty sure it was more than an egg. I'm not sure how they cook those eggs but they were the best ever. The pinto beans had green chili in it and was so good. I'm from New Mexico, and these tasted like the beans that you rarely find outside of New Mexico. The steak on my chilaquiles was really good - - thin sliced and tender. I was able to easily cut it with just a butter knife. The pork in the hash was so yummy. What are scrumptious brunch! It was nice to sit overlooking the kitchen, as it was quite a show to watch the chef. I was amazed at how over easy eggs were tossed and caught in the pan without the yolks breaking. Heck, I can't even flip eggs with a spatula without breaking the yolk! Anytime I've overlooked a chef cooking, I'm totally in awe of their amazing skills, and this was no different. I really recommend Tucked Away, just as I did when it was a regular restaurant. Follow them on Instagram to be alerted to pop ups. You won't regret it!
