We got there early to avoid the lines and ordered a full rack of St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs and two Pulled Pork Sandwiches, with some sides. Menu was limited, but what they offer is quite solid. The St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs were smoky, had a nice bark, and very meaty. It could have been slightly more juicier, but overall satisfying. As for the pulled pork, I preferred the sandwich with the South Carolina Mustard. What a great tangy flavor? I just wish there was more of it. The Kansas City Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce was great too, but also needed some more. Lastly, I got to taste the Alabama Great White BBQ Sauce, which is similar to the famous one from Big Bob Gibson, but possibly had more black pepper taste, which I didn't mind. Maybe next time I would go with that. Btw, coleslaw with some julienne apple was a nice touch, but I didn't love the beans.

The corn tortillas were a bit odd and you really couldn't eat them as a taco because they just falling apart. So I ate the filling. The pulled port was the best. It was lean, moist and so flavorful. The carne asada was just strange. It was very small curled up balls of meet. Charred and has no flavor. I don't touch the chicken. It looked like it was a repacked frozen sliced strips. Not my jam. I had asked for some sour cream but never received it. O would not recommend this late in the season.
