Coby, the technician who usually services our property, is always pleasant and spends a significant amount of time at the house to make sure that everything is treated correctly. Anything from rats to ants to wasp nests to roaches, Earthwise has been there to fix it all. They always have a solution and I'm a happy customer time and time again. Service: They provide courtesy calls 24-48 hours in advance when they are arriving or need to enter the premise. We moved from San Jose to Sacramento. Besides the change in climate, I was surprised to discover half a dozen black widow spiders around the perimeter of our house. I learned that they are common here. We also had cockroaches inside our garage. I hired Earthwise. Zack, our technician, visits us every 3 months and removes any webs or egg cases. He then sprays the perimeter of the house. After the initial treatment, we have not found any spiders or bugs around or inside the house. Zack is friendly and professional. He always asks about any issues or new problems. On today's visit, he removed a yellow jacket nest from under our porch eave, and also removed webs on our large kids play structure. Excellent service. They came out due to subterranean termites at our home and quoted me over $1800 less than Orkin quoted for the exact same treatment plan. We live out in the country so we get every kind of critter, but they always take care of the issue quickly and accommodate my busy schedule. I currently have them for regular pest control and quarterly check ups on the termite bait stations. First, have to keep asking for an updated home inspection report. I'm told I'll get a call back/email back and that hasn't happened. Rescheduling also isn't easy. I also would like more accuracy on when the inspector will be arriving. The time windows haven't been accurate and I feel like I have to move my whole life around to deal with these appointments. Lastly, I've had multiple inspectors come out and say conflicting things about what's going on and what is needed. Communication overall just has not been clear. I'm about to look elsewhere to get the home exclusion done. I've asked to schedule that appointment and also get a detailed quote - after several days, no one gets back to me. Chris performed an initial termite inspection at my house and provided a quote for me in December. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering several of the detailed questions I had for him. He provided site-specific advice (related to our mulberry tree) that would be true regardless of who we select as the company to perform the work. From a price perspective, they came in under a couple other quotes I received from similar companies. Because of these reasons, I selected Earthwise. The work was scheduled for January, which was performed by Joe, Guy, and their team. They came out and treated our garage and pre-drilled holes for the foundation. However, because of the relentless January storms, they had to reschedule to come back out to finish everything up and treat the crawlspace in February. The field guys and the administrative gals have been fully transparent and communicative along the way. I appreciate the thoroughness of their reviews, and the attention to detail that Joe had in suggesting minor changes that would positively impact my property, such as moving one of our specific hoses farther from the house since he noticed a bit of water damage down below it while in the crawlspace. He also replaced our crawlspace door because it was beat up. These kinds of things are simply above and beyond my expectations, so thank you Joe and team! read more

They will not warranty their work esp if you have to get work done on your home, they won't offer to come fix it Other companies stated they would come out and help repair minor work if things were done to your house after exclusion. I now have chewed up ducting which will cost me $$$$ and can hear rodent activity, also seeing squirrel sized rodents run up the trees so exclusion was not properly done within a year ago. They have excuses on how they won't use warranty to fix any problems. Would go with another company for now on. read more

Not pleased with the service. I honestly thought based on the reviews that I was making the right choice switching from Aptive and really regret it now. No where near as thorough as Aptive. My garage wasn't even treated for any bugs. When I was with Aptive they always sprayed around my garage and placed new traps every other month. I have ants all inside my garage and has to buy bug spray at Home Depot to spray in and around my house as have more bugs now with company. Can't wait for the year to be over so I can switch companies because I'm no where near satisfied with my service. They're already inconsistent with service as they said they would do a follow up in 4-6 weeks but nobody showed within that time frame and I'm going into week 8. Just not worth it. read more

I explained my situation and she clearly communicated next steps and we scheduled a service appoinment. They sent Steven and he was extermely knowledgeable about wasps.
