Since this place has a drive thru and we were the only one that drove thru in the 20 minutes, I don't think it should have taken that long for them to have gotten us the food. But we waited patiently in the parking lot. Maybe they needed to make more rice. When we received one of the bowl, they had put exactly the opposite stuff that we asked for and we had to go inside to ask if they could fix it. The Asian lady that was fixing it was extremely rude and yelling at us to go back to the car. Im afraid they might've spit in that food or something. Been there 4 times in the past 3 weeks. Each time the process to order, pay and get my food differed. The last time I called in my order and told her I am waiting outside. 30 min. Later nothing. So this is my first review on any restaurant, ever. I ordered a poke bowl off of door dash and it was just absolutely terrible. My protein selections were tuna, shrimp and spicy crab. There were maybe 3 tiny shrimps and like 4 bits of tuna? The spicy crab was disgusting, I honestly couldn't tell if it was spicy crab or just a glob of spicy mayo. The base of the bowl was sushi rice and it was drenched in eel sauce! Most poke places drizzle the sauces on the top, but whoever made this bowl is apparently a big fan of extra, extra sauce. I'm from San Diego, so maybe I've just been spoiled with good poke all my life. It's also known that the food off of these delivery apps can be a lot more disappointing then when you get it dinning in. However, I will not be giving this place a second chance dine in or not. Horrible customer service and small portions. They don't have seaweed, garlic or other essential ingredients. Food quality is below average. The worker that did my poke bowl didn't understand half of my questions. Also, the rice is not even kept in a steamer, they have it in plastic containers which changes the texture and quality of the rice. How a Japanese place can get rice wrong is beyond me. read more

do not go to this place!!!! i bought the pokerito, poki bowl and pho --- we got super sick! food poisoning !!! dont come here the fish is old!!! the pho is nasty prepacked powder and the beef is old seems like they rinsed it and resused old meat! i spent $30 and returned the pokirito because it only had a thin slice of salmon! i ordered it with no fake crab meat and they gave me a seaweed wrapped rice burrito that is it~ they are sooo skimmpy with the ingredients! when i attempted to return it the asian lady (whom you cant understand shit) didnt want to return the pokerito saying that it was my fault that the pokerito was poorly made bc i didnt want the crab meet and masagu. she didnt want to exchange it but then after arguing with her ass, she gave in and made me a poke bowl! stay away from this place, pricey and shit food. i got super sick i am currently throwing up and hella sick! i do not recommend this place. read more
