One warning: their online menu says that avocado, krab salad and seaweed salad are free options but they are actually up charges. They were marked that way in store though so I'm not mad. I tend to be pretty disappointed with poke places because they just don't have the best ingredients or flavors or they have small portions or the up charge for everything that I want and it ends up costing a fortune. Pick your base, toppings, protein and sauce. A great variety of toppings- up charge for krab, seaweed salad but portioned to justify the price. Cucumber, pineapple, fresh ingredients to balance the proteins. They also offer boba teas and milks, didn't get one but I was grabbing a quick lunch before an appt and didn't want to get all sugared up. Haha. Ordered here last night first time. 2 bowls with fish and one with chicken We were really looking forward to our bowls. My daughter and husband and i. My daughter picked up on her way home from work and dived into her salmon and tuna bowl instantly upon arrival. I had not even made it downstairs when she came flying up telling me that something was very wrong and proceeded to be in and out of the bathroom for hours Since i ordered the same thing as my daughter i decided it probably was not a good idea for me to eat my meal. I called the Coral Springs location last night and spoke to Yang. He answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not there. Explained that we just picked up the food and my daughter got sick. At one point he said he was going to issue a credit but then it was determined that since the card was given to DoorDash i had to call them for a credit The restaurant could not help me. DoorDash was useless. They basically opened up a claim for a credit last night and by 12 am they sent an email stating no credit due When i called DoorDash after seeing this it was like i was speaking to a robot that could only say no credit is due and we can't reopen the case. I then proceeded to call back Poke Bros and this time spoke to someone else. Again no manager was there but i learned that Yang who i spoke to last night was the manager even though he told me there was no manager there. This is a disgusting way to run a business. I would have preferred to enjoy our meals I have spent way way too much time at this point trying to get our money back. BUYERS BEWARE If you order on line no choice but to bill thru DoorDash.
