An excellent addition to the area. Poké isn't that hard to do but it's not that easy to to really well. This place does a great job with their bowls and "burritos." The premades are very creative and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I've tried a bunch of their bowls and rolls and nothing ever disappointed. On top of this there are multiple ways for you to order and either get delivery or pickup. Grubhub is just one option and their own order infrastructure is top notch as well. Their service is awesome too as I've never had a bad experience on site for eat-in or pickup, and no problems with their delivery. read more

I built my own bowl with white rice, crab, shrimp and tuna, plus cucumber, avacodo, daikon, corn and PINEAPPLE. two sauces on top with topiko, masago, and tempura crunch. I was in heaven and for only $10. they let you do a burrito or bowl, build your own, or pick from a list. you can pick as many as you want of anything, except proteins, and even then you can pick 3. This used to be a great place to grab a good, healthy meal. It still is, in a way. When we first started coming here, they served you a sufficient amount of sashimi to last you to the last bite. I came today with my daughter for lunch and to our disappointment, they now ration the number of pieces of meat/fish depending on the size of your bowl (10 pc for small, 15 for medium). If you order multiple types of fish, they split that ration amongst your choices - yet they still charge you the same, so now you're getting less for the same price. Sad. Well, I've been getting lunch here regularly for some time. It's a bit overpriced but tasty and healthy. But now I just ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later to find the place locked with a handwritten sign saying they had decided to close early! So so Fresh. I've been here 10 times since they opened and I keep going back for more. While the regular bowl is filling, I typically choose the Large or Burrito w/ Seaweed paper. Their house specialties are the way to go. The Hawaiian Classic is perfectly balanced and never contains too much sauce. The staff is friendly and quick. I tried to eat here Saturday night . They were very busy with takeout orders and no one acknowledged us for over 5 minutes. There was only Two other customers were in the restaurant. They were either looking at their phones or preparing food for takeout. I guess they just assumed we would wait forever. We took out completed order forms and threw them in the garbage . We would have stayed if they had been courteous and acknowledged us. I have eaten there before and it was good but I will never go back. Hopefully the owners will hold some training for their employees. Otherwise they won't be around for long. read more

I bought a Hawaiian classic large bowl to go yesterday, it was so delicious, tuna was so fresh, other ingredients were very fresh as well, also the bowl was made so nice and organized. I have been here several times and liked it enough to keep coming back periodically, but not enough to write a review. This last visit changed that- I was blown away by a few key changes they've made. They updated their menu to include 3 bowl sizes, and gave more specific descriptions of each sauce, allowing me to really pick the flavors I like now that I know more of what is in each sauce and how spicy it is. I got a medium bowl with salmon and tuna, and ordered extra protein. The amount of fish was so generous, I had to check my receipt to see if I had paid for 2x extra protein. The fish was cubed way bigger than I remember, and was the perfect amount to have a bite of fish in each bite of my bowl. Also, I think this is the most packed I've ever seen it- it was a late lunch around 2:30pm and there were at least 4 or 5 other patrons eating in, with others taking to go. So impressed with their attention to the little details and how big of an effect it had on my lunch today. Will be coming back here much more often!! read more

Words can't express how thrilled I am that Poke Burrito has made its way to the neighborhood! It's exactly what the area has been missing. Compared to other poke places in the city, it has ample seating, large portions, and fair prices. Plus, you can't hate the BYOB aspect! They were super accommodating of my peanut allergy (let me read the labels on everything), and even gave us punch cards to begin working towards a free meal. Really nice and clean interior with solid poke. The serving size is ample, the ingredients are all very fresh, and price is in line with competitors. Also a big plus that they don't charge extra avocado. My only critique would be the wait time, which only turned out to be maybe 6-7 minutes but was quoted as 10-15, which surprised me when I was told that.
