Have been on the hunt for a new takeout spot and sometimes the hole in the wall is the real gem! so thought i'd try a few different things to test this place out. first, im guessing the seaweed salad image on the app is a stock photo. pictured atop cucumber but did not come with it. this was a bummer but i like seaweed salad anyway so no biggie.. but it smelled off and tasted metallic -- so this was a miss. the roll i ordered was fresh, but pretty loosely rolled so kind of fell apart. still tasty though. the panang curry was the biggest disappointment though -- the curry was super thin, had no heat and was very bland in flavor. delivery via uber eats was quick and easy but pretty disappointing overall. l in a pinch for a late night drunk snack it would probably be passable (maybe i should've seen that coming given the name), but for an actual takeout meal I was bummed. read more

I am obsessed with this Pad Se Ew i got it twice this month. This was the most flavorful one I've had so far. My go to Spoon Thai has been slacking with theirs lately so i gave Late Night Thai and Sushi a go and was not dissapointed. the delivery did take 1 hour so i dont think these travel well but I would love to have this in person to see if the noodles retain a little more bouncyness. Aside from that is is perfect. Normally I'd have this with chicken but I think I'll switch to beef on this since it has a deeper soy sauce flavor. Ordered this food at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. Everything was terrible. The ebi mango maki roll had slimy mango on top and the shrimp was so overcooked it was hard and dry. The sushi rice all around had zero flavor. The noodles for the crazy lad nar looked like and tasted like it was cooked in a dirty wok with old oil. And the crab Rangoon and piggy bags tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The piggy bags tasted sweet and had no bacon or bacon flavor. Forget about the name of this place because you can get sushi for lunch and evenings. It's also not open particularly late, so that adds even more confusion to it. Late Night Thai & Sushi may not be accurate in sense of time, but it does have pretty good Asian cuisine though. Average prices for pretty good sized rolls, and there's a lot to choose from. They also have Thai but I haven't tried any yet. Came here for pickup at lunch. It still has a closed dining room. They let you in just enough to place your order, and then you can come back later or sit and wait. Basically sushi is the better menu. It's about $6 for a roll. Got a few of the vegetarian ones. The Avocado Roll was creamy and my favorite of these. Also there's the Oshinko Roll, which is made with a kind of radish. This was pickled, so it was salty and soft. Good place for both sushi and Thai cuisine. It's not like it's open way late but it's good for some late night drunk eats. The prices are pretty good on rolls and whatever. read more

I have had A few meals from here that were pretty good. Last night I splurged and wanted two meals worth of food and ordered via Grubhub. In three orders I have never gotten basil fried rice that was spicy at all but last night it was terrible. Overcooked old rice, no basil and no flavor whatsoever except msg. The pad see ewe was not bad. Both portions were smaller and more expensive than in the past. Grubhub kind enough to refund me $16 of a $68 order for a ruined dinner. To start off I really like this place. I've been going here a few years now and I think it's pretty good. I just went today to pick up my order actually. But the thing is when I got home and looked at my receipt I got charged and extra $2 as an "adjustment fee"? I'm not really sure why. I ordered two spicy scallop rolls and they called me to let me know they didn't have any scallops so they offered spicy shrimp instead and I just went with that. I got all the things we ordered. But the salmon don meal came with a bunch of pickled veggies. The salmon was set on top of them so the taste bled through. The pad Thai was fine. The crab Rangoon and mini egg rolls would be something that I would like when you were tipsy, but it just didn't cut it. They are also super generous with the Mayo. THE GOOD: The sushi rolls are generous and built by people who "know what they are doing" and hold together for each bite. I also think that they are open until MIDNIGHT-so as of NOW (MAY 2020) they WILL DELIVER before MIDNIGHT!!!! THE BAD: I like the Pad Thai (Chicken)-generous meat...but missing the bean sprouts and lime...BUMMER...also they cut the noodles up to make it "bigger aka more plentiful (being cheap possibly)." We got the vegetable fried rice and orange chicken. The order arrived with most of the sauce of the orange chicken spilled in the carryout bag so that's why they get a 3 for cleanliness. The orange chicken was flavorless. You couldn't even taste the orange (and this could again be because the orange sauce was coating the brown bag and not the chicken) but the fried rice had fresh vegetables that were not over cooked. There is lots of room for improvement here in terms of taste but nonetheless, if you're starving in the middle of the night and need something to calm your growling stomach, this will do! read more

I've ordered from Late Night Thai a few times since they moved and I've been really happy with everything I've had, prices aren't bad, sushi is fresh in their maki and delivery speed is awesome. They are always delivering my orders way before the predicted time which is great when I'm feeing for some food! I've tried Late Night for a variety of sushi & thai items and everything has been great. I detest cucumbers and they always oblige my notes for maki sans those crunchy demons without issue. Love their crab rangoon, always very crispy and overloaded with the cream cheese & initiation crab mix. It's a very generous amount of innards compared to other Asian joints. Just $4.95 and a must have offering. Their Pad See Ewe isn't the biggest portion around but you can get it in a lunch portion for $7 with an appetizer, suhweet! It's very flavorful and no complaints at all about it. I think their main jam is Thai food so trust that anything you get on their Thai menu will do you right. Maki wise - I've tried a ton and in particular love their sweet potato roll! Not only do they offer a sweet potato roll for a steal of $5 that has avocado and spicy mayo, but they have an amped up sweet potato roll. The amped up roll is called the Crunchy Sweet Potato Roll and will run you $10. It has the tempura sweet potato, it has the spicy mayo, it has the spicy mayo but it also has a more smotherings and bits to it. Personally, I'd rather have two of the standard sweet potato rolls for the same price but then...I like foods. Their Iron Maki is another I'm a huge fan of Salmon, Crabstick, Avocado, Cream Cheese, Unagi sauce and spciy mayo all in a deep fried goodness roll? Yea, this is pretty much a white girl's dream "sushi" aka not really sushi but dang is all that fatty-yumness delicious! You won't go wrong with any of their less indulgent makis, I've had good sized fish portions in my tuna & salmon rolls and always enjoy them. They are open until 4am every night! Not bad for for what it is. The food is fast, the apps were definitely good, and the staff is quick to help give you napkins, to go containers, sauces if you ask but you don't get a lot up front. i always orde late night through grubub when im looking for a quick bite and usually its pretty fast and good. this past thursday i believe i ordered a beef pad see ew, crab rangoons and a spider roll. the pad see ew were a bit salty im assuming they used too much soy sauce. and the noodles were too soft they kept breaking. the spider roll smelled really fishy for some reason and soft shell crab or whatever meat they used for it looked raw still which probably gave it that fishy scent. i only ate two rolls and threw the rest away. crab rangoons were semi decent, they were a bit soggy but still edible those were probably my favorite from that order. i will not order from there again. read more

Quality = 0 Quantity = 2 Taste = 2 The worst Thai I ever had. We got the Seafood Basil fry, the portion was so small and it barely had any seafood in it. It was mostly full of thin leafy vegetables and 4 squids and few shrimps compared to what we get from other restaurants. Late night fried rice barely had shrimps and you can barely taste any salt in it. It tasted like blend rice. Never getting it again. Big fail. They didn't even provide you with soy sauce or hot sauce on the side. Po Tak was the worst of it all. It was so sour that it tasted like drinking raw lemonaide, yuk. There was no crap stick instead crap very thin strips barely there. This was just false advertisement. Agedashi Tofu was so soggy, I didn't even touch it again after small bite. I don't recommend it at all. Looking at the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one that didn't like their food quality and quantity. They need to update their food quality. Someone needs to check on the chef to see what he's doing in there because we wasted our money. I have tried many other restaurants but this one was the lowest. I don't recommend it. The saving grace of this meal was definitely the crab rangoon, but the basil fried rice left a LOT to be desired. I'm not even a huge spicy fan, and this was not in the neighborhood of medium spice at all. There wasn't much flavor to the whole dish, and there were hardly any veggies in the rice. My friend ordered the Late Night Fried Rice with chicken and (while she is not on yelp), she said there was a lot left to be desired as well.
